Dr. Bagheri and his staff deserve 10 stars. Dr. Bagheri is an experienced, dedicated, educated Doctor with a kind and caring manner. He is one of the best in his field. He is a true professional and so are his dedicated staff. From the moment you call the office you will feel welcome and get the feeling they are truly there to help you. I was in excruciating pain over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called first thing on Monday morning and they got me right in. I was very Thankful to Dr. Bagheri and his wonderful staff for taking such good care of me like he does for all of his patients. Once again, I am grateful. They are the best of the best of the best of the best. Majid Fakhrzadeh

Dr Beghari was supposed to fix my broken and dislocated jaw. I even went to physical therapy. Then I paid $700.00 for an implant that wasn’t put in correctly and very painful. I had the implant removed and they refused to refund me any of the money for it. My Dentist even called because he could place a tooth on the implant at all. It was not in the jaw bone evenly, it was sticking out the front. It was also very painful. My Dentist has to tell them to remove the implant. I had the jaw surgery and physical therapy in 2012-2013. Very painful. I was also lead to believe by many Doctors and Begheri I had Trigeminal Neuralgia and Atypical Neuralgia. Don’t believe this Neuralgia mess people!! Your nerves are working fine, they are telling you your Doctors are really bad people! It’s is 2018, March and I just found out My jaw is still dislocated!! It’s still broken and was never fixed! Now, this Doc put me through hell for years and got paid!! I still suffer! Look elsewhere, I see he’s got his hands in plastic surgery now and claims to be oral surgery, that’s very scary! Before you do anything, look up Trigeminal Neuralgia and then question people before they mess with your face and mouth. They can hurt you this badly.

Dr. Bagheri and his staff are amazing. I had a facial injury in 2013 which lead to numerous infections and Trigeminal Neuralgia. I lost five front teeth and my maxillary was shaved all before meeting Dr. Bagheri. After getting my pain under control Dr Bagheri reconstructed my maxillary ( bone grafts) and put in implants in August 2018. My smile is beautiful and I owe it all to him.

Really good experience with this office. The oral surgeon was super nice and listened to all of my anxieties about getting my wisdom teeth out. He did a great job of alleviating my fears by just explaining the truth about what would happen. He has a great sense of humor which made me feel comfortable. My surgery was super quick, and he did an excellent job - I hardly swelled at all, my recovery was very easy and I am back to normal in less than 2 weeks. Also, the office staff was able to tell me that if I used medical insurance I would end up paying less out of pocket than if I used dental, so that was super helpful because it ended up being much cheaper than I thought it would be.

Billing staff sucks, asked to be emailed when my payment needed to be made, instead they just billing me, thanks for the overdraft and incompetence at the desk. I'll find a better place that won't lie about how they handle there work

When choosing a surgeon you want to find a practitioner that views each patient as a priority and someone that genuinely has a passion for their work. Dr. Bagheri is an example of both. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Bagheri. I was stopped in traffic on 75S when I was rear-ended by a truck texting and going 70mph. This accident resulted in a broken jaw from hitting the steering wheel with two fractures. My jaw was basically hanging on by one side with the other side being completely severed. Dr. Bagheri went out of his way to schedule emergency surgery for me with a start time of 7 pm at Northside. Being in the medical field on the orthopedic side, this is a surgeon going above and beyond. Most of my ortho surgeons don't operate past 4 pm let alone add on patients that late into the night when the surgery is a 2-3 hour procedure. He guides you in a way that's easy to understand and provides clear instructions for post and pre-op. I have had no complications from the surgery or during recovery. I am now 4 months post op with zero pain, swelling, discomfort. I have a plate and 4 screws now in place for the main fracture and the second fracture has healed. Thank you, Dr. Bagheri and staff for giving me my quality of life back!

I was sent to this office to have my wisdom teeth removed and left with an experience that was worse than what I could have imagined. Don't get me wrong the staff was very nice and the lady that took me back was very sweet and tried to make me comfortable and asked where I would like my iv and I told her that I was used to my hand so she tried my hand...no luck. She then tried to put the iv on my wrist where she thought she saw a good place....no luck yet again. So I told her that if we had to we could just use my arm. Well at this point the surgeon had already walked in with some other assistant and was approaching me to look inside my mouth as she was still getting my iv inserted and in place. She didn't even have it hooked up before he was already in my mouth looking around and I felt that he was rushing to get started. Next I remember is waking up to excruciating pain and crying because I remember feeling what I assume was the drill and I remember the feeling of some gauze shoved so far back in my mouth that I felt like it was hard to breathe and me being half drugged and in pain and crying I remember trying to reach towards my mouth to push the gauze from what felt like blocking my throat. Only to have my hand pushed down and told that I cant do that and as I was still crying he finished up and left the room. The 2nd assistant tried to start taking me off the iv and that 1st lady told him to give me a few more minutes I only assume she said it because she knew that I just felt some crazy pain so they finally took the iv out and I stood up and got into a wheel chair and they took me into a small waiting area and covered me with a blanket and told me that they would have my ride pull around the back of the building. My husband is let in the back door and sees me and asks if I am OK and I tell him, while still crying and sniffling like a baby, no and that I had woke up and felt the pain and my husband looks at the second assistant as if he was looking for answers and all the guy said was that it was normal for some people to get emotional and cry after sedation. I was in so confused and in too much pain to say anything more I just wanted to go home. A few days later when I was feeling better and it didn't hurt to talk I called the office to ask if this kind of experience is normal and why wasn't I warned that it could happen or why wasn't I given enough medicine to keep me asleep and I was told that it was in fact normal to wake up during the procedure and that it happens all the time. I am still in pain 4 days later and I am out of pain medication in which I was told that they will call and let me know if they can give me a prescription for a few extra days and if not just to take OTC Tylenol or ibuprofen. I have never in my life went through something so bad even child birth was less traumatic then my experience here. I would never in my life send anybody to this place I am so glad I only had to get this done once in my life because I would never let them near me or my mouth again.

I called this practice a little over a week ago because I desperately needed to have two wisdom teeth removed. They found me an appointment slot for today and I was grateful. When I arrived at the facility, the staff was very kind and courteous. The dentist removed my wisdom teeth and also gave me a discount. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a fantastic experience at this office!! The surgeon helped me realize my fears were worse than what was actually wrong with me and the whole office had a really comfortable feel to it. I would 10/10 recommend this place for oral surgery! I am terrified of doctors so it means a lot coming from someone like me!

The worse place ever they don't have a clue how to put am iv in and they charge your insurance for sedation but I was woke during the whole thing no wonder they always have openings

The surgeon and clinical staff were wonderful. The billing staff was not so great. After multiple phone encounters to determine if it were best to use our dental insurance or medical the office determined we should use dental. I paid the amount they requested in full at the time of service. Now dental has paid and the offices "estimate" was off by several hundred dollars. Considering the amount of time spent determining which insurance to use and the office knowing the fee schedule for each company this error should not have occurred or at least should not have been this big of a difference. Unfortunately your billing staff can cause your practice to get a bad rap and unfortunately for these providers that is the case.

Mike

Surgeon is great. As mentioned in a previous review, the billing staff is a nightmare. You pay up front and, when the EOB is available, the billing staff delays returning the overpaid amount to you. Several phone calls and 3 months later I am still waiting for amount due me.
