I couldn’t be happier with the procedure from Dr. Nahai. Having the chin lift was the best thing I could have done. I had the typical turkey neck but no more. Everyone in Dr. Nahai’s office is great. I would highly recommend for any procedure.

I visited MetroDerm and met Dr. Farzad Nahai on May 8th 2013 after a couple of consultations with other doctors about having a little filler done under my eyes to fill in my tear troughs and possibly give me a more rested look. Dr. Nahai does have a very calming, self assuring way about him. With that I felt comfortable and went ahead with the procedure knowing I may have some minimal bruising and the procedure would last about a year but would start dissipating after about 6 months. After the procedure was over I immediately started seeing discoloration under my eyes, one worse than the other and was given a bruising cream to use and said call in a few days if the bruising does not subside. ( I work in sales, so this was a big concern for me). The bruising was so severe it appeared I had been in an auto accident. I went back and the doctor gave me more cream and took some after photos and filled in a small place the was concave under where he had done the previous injections. I went home and again the bruising was not clearing so I called back the following week and went back to see them again. Dr Nahai said he has never seen bruising to this point, that it could be hyper pigmentation. That he will have to do some research or speak to colleagues about the situation, which once again gave me little comfort. I did a lot of research myself and found this bruising totally is not normal. I called the office once again and was told I could come back in and see the doctor again. I declined. It has been 4 months now, The bruising has been cleared up about 2 weeks, and there is no difference in how it looked under my eyes than before I received the filler. I ultimately paid Metroderm and Dr Fazad Nahai to give me black eyes for 3 1/2 months. There has been no positive outcome of the entire situation. I have documented pictures from before, during and after the complete process I have been through. I have learned from the situation however its very important to do more research in the future and not be fooled by a nice bedside manner.

My experience with Dr. Nahai began 2 years ago when I discovered my breast implants had encapsulated and ruptured. Surgery was immanent. I had two grandchildren I was caring for and one on the way. It was not a good time to say the least. At the insistence of my family I visited 7 plastic surgeons and made a decision. The decision was an easy one. I just followed my gut. Dr Nahai assuaged my fears that it would be an extended time before I could care for a newborn and 2 young children. My result was excellent. My breast looked far more natural than the first procedure and people commented on how much more attractive my breast looked in cloths. I have since undergone some suggested procedures from Dr. Nahai that I have been thrilled with. I was extremely hesitant to ever even look into having these procedures done due to the unnatural looking result my friends had experienced. However, I am very pleased and enjoy wearing make-up again! Oh yes, and the staff-- absolutely wonderful, warm, and caring. Thank You Dr. Nahai

Dr Nahai and his staff are professional, generous, kind and caring. You don't wait very long for your appointment. The office is quiet and very comfortable. Dr Nahai takes his time to answer all of your questions. Gives you options. I had a small fatty tumor removed form my chest. Nothing at all serious but I was very nervous. I chattered throughout the whole procedure. It must have been very annoying. But Dr Nahai responded to all my questions, and asked me questions in return to keep me occupied. It all went very smoothly and if anything every came up in the future I would definitely go back as well as recommend him to others.

If there was a rating higher than a five star I would give it to Dr. Nahai. He was the 4th doctor I visited for consult and knew he was the right choice from start to finish. You will find Dr. Nahai so knowledgeable, very precise in his work and delivers the best outcomes for his patients. This man is an artist and a master of his craft. Dr. Nahai is very intuitive and adapts his work to complement one's personality and overall look. I totally trust his esthetic judgement. Not only is Dr. Nahai talented and skilled, he follows up personally with his patients on how they are improving. This gesture goes a long way honestly. His surgical coordinator, Dana is amazing. I truly admire her professionalism and attentiveness. She displays true example of what customer service truly is. I am definitely going back for future procedures. Not only are they incredibly timely they are all very lovely in this office! Often doctors run late. I haven’t found that to be the case with dr Nahai. He has the nicest bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything so patiently. He is very meticulous and manages to tell you every step before it occurs. Dr. Nahai removed a decent sized mole from my eyebrow. I was worried about my eyebrows not looking the same or hair not growing back. He is so talented. Three months post-removal, you cannot even tell which eyebrow had the mole. I look forward to future visits with him. He deserves 10 stars!!!

After my neighbor's dogs tried to rip my face, arm. and breast off- I had to get some cosmetic work. I saw several plastics before finding Dr. Nahai (which is ironic, since Metroderm has been my derm for a long time, and they share office space). Unbeknownst to me, the first doctor was under investigation & ultimately lost his license to practice in GA. The second was a well-known heavy radio advertiser in Vinings whose horrorshow CO2 surgery experience was almost as traumatic for me as the dog mauling. The third was not qualified to do the work needed (medspa). Dr. Nahai did very good work with a facial revision surgery, and he gave me excellent advice about Botox to support the work done. If you're a beginner with Botox, he's especially great, because he administers it in the most painless way I've felt yet. He'll be honest with you about which procedures you should elect for the best results. (Sometimes the "fad" nip/tuck isn't the best solution.)
