I had a consult for a breast reduction today with Dr. Chang & I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everyone in this practice is very professional, caring and has the patient's best interest in mind. I am not one to normally write reviews but today I was compelled to share because my experience with Dr. Chang & her staff (Heidi and Stephanie etc) was one of the best experiences I've ever had, it was over the top impressive and professional. Dr. Chang & her staff were more than willing to answer any questions/concerns I had about my surgery & making me feel like family from the time I walked in the door. I look forward to having my reduction/lift! I'll follow up with a review of my results because I have no doubt it's going to be awesome!

l will definitely recommend my family and friends to Dr Chang. I had masscetomy and dr chang did my reconstruction part of the surgery. I look and feel like my old self per cancer. Dr Chang is extremely skilled artist with a sweet and loving bedside manners. The staff was also extremely friendly and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Chang is an amazing surgeon and I am so glad she has her own practice. I had laser liposuction of my muffin top and love handles, and a revision of a previous breast reduction. She by far exceeded my expectations and gave me my confidence back. I would highly recommend her and her wonderful staff to everyone. I cannot wait to have more procedures done, it's good to know I'll be in great hands!

It appears to be normal business practice for the scheduler not to follow up/respond to you. I loved my consult with Dr. Chang, but have been forced to go elsewhere for my procedure. Very disappointed.

Dr Chang was not the first surgeon I had seen about my areola procedure. I had visited another surgeon and ended up leaving his office in tears because I was looked at as more of a science project than a patient. From the moment I stepped into Dr Chang's office I knew she would be my surgeon. She explained to me all the pros and cons of my procedure and how it would affect me later on down the road. The ladies at the office were fabulous and would greet me by name as soon as I walked in the office. They followed up with me before and after to make sure I was doing okay and made me feel at home. I would highly recommend Dr Chang and her team! If I ever need another procedure I will certainly go back:)

I had 2 breast surgeries wit Dr. Chang. The first one she convinced me to get implants that I did not need. The second was to remove the implants and perform the reduction that I requested in the first surgery. Now I am about $6,000 in debt and still not satisfied. My breast are still big even after I explained and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She also has a horrible bedside manner. Do NOT use this plastic surgeon.
