If the photos are not visible it's because he deleted them.... This is a very long story it spans over 2 years I'm giving you the super short version... Initially I thought highly of Dr Paul McCluskey my friend who is transgender had his breasts done and l was SOLD... She showed me her breast implants and I thought they were fabulous she told me where she got them and I immediately booked an appointment with dr. Paul McCluskey... That was in 2015 April.... Very late August early September I started experiencing pain in my left breast. It ended up being capsular contracture which I understand can happen but. I am not a first-time breast implant wearer

You guise so I am SOOO excited about my upcoming surgery with Dr. McCluskey!! I was nervous with so many questions but didn’t wanna call lol but I got the courage and did call up the office and a nurse named Laura picked up the phone. You guise when I tell you I feel so relaxed and all my questions been answered lol I feel soooo happy ;) definitely a great person! She stayed on the phone with me for a whole 25 mins I didn’t feel rushed or nothing. This is definitely a place I would recommend looking at surgery of any kind. Thank Laura for everything !!

He was 100% up front with me about which procedure would give me my desired results, but never pushy like some other surgeons I consulted with! The office staff was very professional and friendly. He is honest, doesn't rush and is the type of doctor we are all searching for. He explains things simply and lets you make the decisions. Customer Service is horrible when you are trying to obtain information. Receptionist answers the phone and asks you to hold on then sends the call to a voice mail. I am trying to schedule a surgery and I have felt like they do not want my business. I've decided (since I will be paying over 10k) to take my money to a surgeon who will be happy to answer all my questions and inform me about my procedures. Horrible referral, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Dr McCluskey has been my beauty expert/surgeon for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier. His staff focus 100% on customer service and it shows the moment you walk in the door. The practice manager, Laura, runs the place and she doesn't miss a beat. She addresses everyone as Ms or Mr, never by their first name. Everyone is extremely patient and will take the time to explain things. I also must give a shout out to Daniela (surgical assistant), Aimee (nurse) and Nyrva (anesthesiologist). They are not only top notch in their field, but they truly care. I lost over 130 lbs after a gastric bypass and had excess skin. Dr. McCluskey performed a breast implant, full facelift including upper and lower eyes, butt/thigh lift, lipo suction, lip augmentation, Botox, Restalyne, and derma fillers. He always makes himself available to answer any questions I may have, even on the weekends. I can explain (and send photos) of what I am looking for, and he provides options weighing the pros and cons. If I want to do something he doesn't agree with, he'll tell me no and explain why it's not the best idea. He is truly an exceptional surgeon and his staff make his practice a true boutique experience. I highly recommend Dr McCluskey.

Dr. McCluskey and his staff were above and beyond what I expected to find in our search for a breast augmentation for my wife. At several other consultations we were unable to find a doctor that was willing to give my wife what she wanted. Dr. McCluskey was attentive and onboard with the outcome we desired. Laura and the staff are the gold standard for customer service and care. My wife is 3 days post op and already the look is dramatic and fabulous. There is barely a scar, and the work is tremendous. I change my wife's bandages, I can attest to the skill of the surgeon. The anesthesiologist was so sweet and kind that my wife was reminded of my mother. I cannot recommend PSI more highly. Worth every cent. If you go elsewhere, you are making a mistake.

These people never respond to emails or calls to try and set up a consultation. I sent multiple emails and calls to them almost 2 months ago and haven’t heard back a word. Which is a shame, because I was ready to book with them just off their before/after pictures. LOL who would think u would have to chase down a surgeon to take your money. It’s also weird that they don’t have a RealSelf page and you can’t find any detailed reviews from patients.

I recently had a breast augmentation with 450cc's silicon memory gel implants under the muscle and they are gorgeous already. It's only been TWO WEEKS but I can tell that they will look really natural in a few months. I also got lipo on my lower abdomen TWO WEEKS AGO which I'm kinda nervous about. I have a few hard spots and swelling which I was told (and read from other surgeons) that this is normal. I hope that it goes away soon. I've had a lymphatic massage and ultrasonic cavitation and both the hard spots and swelling are still present.
