When you walk into the facility, it looks like a luxury office with a clean lobby and seating area with coffee ready. You are greeted by friendly staff who are available to help with any of the paperwork and explain to you what your appointment will be like. Overall it is a very comforting and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of working with Darius on utilizing the HCG injections for weight loss. This is a 40day process and am now at my halfway mark. Darius goes through every detail of the program and how to be successful with it. It isn’t easy so make sure you are mentally ready for a lifestyle change, but the results are worth it. You also have access to Darius for any and all questions everyday. He is a wonderful support. I am looking forward to losing another 10lbs in addition to the 10lbs I have already lost.

I had the unfortunate luck of being referred to them for a plastic surgery consult after a broken nose. The office staff cancelled my first appointment the day of, then scheduled the next appointment when the doctor I was supposed to see had a previously scheduled surgery, without telling me. They also informed me once I was there, after I inquired on the phone and was told the opposite, that the visit was not covered by insurance. In the end, I waited half an hour to have a nurse remove stitches and tell me “it looks okay”, never to be seen by a doctor. Based on office staff alone, I’d run far away.

I wouldn’t even give them a star if that was an option. The staff is super unprofessional sent me to the wrong place I took the blame for it despite me calling and being on hold for over 20 min showed up to my appt 15 min early and all. They were so quick to call me and follow up with me to take my money but not when it was time to help me find the place or actual service. I requested my refund after a horrible morning. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I started my weight loss journey in February and I’m very satisfied with my results. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the program. If you are trying to lose weight, need a mommy make over etc. This is the place to go! The Nurse Practitioner Hetty was amazing! She supported me every every step of the way. I have several family members that have had surgery at this location and love the results. Dr. J is a great surgeon.

I was very scared looking at all the other google reviews before I came to Dr. Curves Office. Completely different experience. They were so courteous to me I felt right at home. Dr. Curve explained the process to me completely and I felt very comfortable. They don’t look at there patients as patients, I feel they look at them as friends and with my surgery to the recovery center they fully took care of me and when I got home if there was a question that I had, the responded as soon as they could. I’m still recovering but so far I’m 100% satisfied with my results.

I had an amazing experience! Dr. Jimerson and his staff were awesome. I truly felt apart of the Curve family. Dr. Jimerson is hands on from the day of surgery and way after. He’s always available for questions and concerns. The nurses at the recovery ease rocks! I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel in a amazing atmosphere with nurses (Lizzet, Aisha etc.) that gave encouraging words, care and who was very informative on what I was experiencing and would experience later during the healing process. Even the post op nurses rocks ( Danisha Stewart,N, Jodi & Yolanda). The after care was phenomenal!!!!!!! The care continues with constant phone calls following up on your healing process. The two ladies that sit at the front desk Is always on point with follow up appointments and is always friendly. I can go on and on about Dr. Jimmerson and his staff, but words won't measure up for the excellent service they all provided as a team.

After reading these reviews, I'm ecstatic Dr. Jimerson or his staff didn't return my call!! I would've been a cash paying customer. I already have plenty of money saved up for the procedures I wanted, but after reading these reviews, I will NOT be wasting my hard earned money here. What was just as disturbing as the bad reviews, were the good reviews. With the exception of a few, most of the good reviews were completed a month ago, which tells me they were probably completed falsely by his staff to tip the scale on the bad reviews and make the good look like they outweigh the bad. SKETCHY. BIG RED FLAG. Don't just do good work on celebrities for promotion purposes and leave us common people in the dust.

So I noticed more and more of dr js staff leaving fake google reviews. I had to share my truthful experience due to the sneaky practices of this office. First off I heard great things and trusted this dr. I went paid my fees asked about my tummy tuck and did my research. My blood pressure was high so I had to reschedule but the staff tried charging me! As if I had a choice in the matter! It's a huge red flag when an office tries to penalize you for having to postpone surgery due to health complications that are out of your control. I talked to them and finally they agreed not to charge me due to something that wasn't in my control. Next I came back 3 weeks later for my surgery once my blood pressure was stable. Hunny they tried charging me another $2000 for areas I already paid for! I had my paper and showed them the dr said oh well you were mis quoted on the price but I guess I can do it for another $800. I couldn't believe it I was so upset but fine I pulled out my credit card and paid just to move on with the surgery. Post op I noticed the back areas were not touched at all!! Several areas were lumpy and uneven and I was rushed out of the recovery room while passing out. I called for concerns during recovery and they just said if you feel dizzy go to the hospital! I'm sorry my insurance isn't going to cover that and you did this to me like your office can even look at what's going on?!? Girls take my advice avoid this man he's just after coins

the customer service is terrible. You are treated great before surgery but post op and once they have your money. You wait 30-45mins for post op appointments you NEVER see Dr. Curves again. After my lipo surgery i was walked out (no wheelchair after survery) i was made to walk out before i even fully woke. My opinion is they could care less about their patients and if you are happy post op. Worst $10k ever spent. And to make matters worst, 6 months post op, im still not seeing ANY results.

My wife recently had her breasts enlarged here. I honestly didn’t feel as if she needed it- but I supported her decision. The staff did a good job of not only making my wife feel comfortable but me too. The DR and nurses explained everything to not only her but me as well and I appreciated that. Although I’m not the biggest fan of body modifications, I must admit that her breasts look really good and I’m happy that she was able to do something for herself because she’s always doing so much for others. I followed Dr. Curves for over a year on Social Media and made the decision to let him beautify this body. Let’s jusy say “my mirror gets tired of me”! He exceeded my expectations!!!! Make sure you ask for the retired Colonel when you’re in the operation room. He has great hospitality which made it easier for me to relax before being put to sleep. I recommend the recovery house for at least the first 24 hours. Mrs. J makes sure you’re well taken care of the entire time you’re there. After having 3 children(all were breastfed) my breasts were DONE. I did thorough research on breast augmentations and consulted with several doctors in the area and ultimately decided that Advanced Plastic Surgery Solutions was the best fit for me. The staff was amazing. My consultation specialist and Dr. Gordon answered all of questions(I had TONS) and gave me every option available for optimum results. I was extremely nervous the day of surgery. The OR staff did a fantastic job making feel comfortable and assuring me that I had nothing to worry about. The anesthesiologist came in and explained the whole process to me and answered MORE questions (that were probably repetitive at this point). When I woke up after surgery the staff was still very helpful and were extremely patient in dealing with me. The best part of it all is that my breasts look AMAZING.

First I must say I have not had surgery with This place or Dr.Curves but I am leaving this review because of intense research about this place and it’s basically 85%negative with so many people left unhappy with their surgeries. I follow Dr curves on Ig and saw a video with him and Mama D from love and hip hop and quite a few other D-list celebrities from reality tv that I’ve watch so I was considering getting my liposuction done there but unfortunately these negative reviews is a big turn off for me because this is about my Body and my health. I wish this place would consider the mental and physical toll it takes on a person when they trust you and you take their hard earn money and botch up their body. Sad but I’ll keep researching for somebody with less negative reviews and more happy ppl after surgery.

Today I went to Dr. Curves to get juvederm injections. I was very pleased with my entire experience. I went in and was greeted by the lady at the front desk who promptly got me checked in and seen by the nurse, Joyce. They were both very friendly and helpful. Joyce told me about a problem I had with loss of volume in the face. I intitially only went in to get juvederm in the nasolabial folds but I had been unhappy with the results of only addressing the nasolabial folds in the past and felt like I was always missing something when I did this. She told me I would probably need some juvederm voluma in the cheek area in order to smooth out the loss of volume. I got both areas injected and was very pleased with the results. It lifted my entire face up and I had always been missing this factor when getting injections in the past. I can’t believe how amazing it looks at a relatively low price. I was able to use my brilliant distinctions points that I had recieved in the past and currently to bring down the cost. I will be returning and look forward to more good experiences at Dr.Curves!! Thanks Joyce and staff at Dr. Curves!!

Please listen to these reviews as they are true. This establishment is all about the money and they are fraudulent. I had surgery (October 2018) First off they tried to force me to stay at the recovery house and told me 1 week before I was schedule for surgery. I was told that right after my consultation (May 2018) Dr J made it mandatory to stay there. I told them I refused. How can you put another unexpected $1000 cost on someone right before surgery? Another thing. DO NOT get the cell saver service. They charge you for it in advance and if you don’t use the service they say they will refund your money back in 30 days. It has been 2 months and I am getting the run around and my money has not been refunded. Take your chances and do not get it trust me! And to top everything off I got a bbl and do not see ANY results. I paid $18000 and I am not satisfied at all. And I came from out of state so it was even more expensive for me. I really wished I would have went somewhere else. Very very disappointed. Don’t believe the Instagram... all those photos are right after surgery and your butt will shrink. The only way my butt looks bigger is if I wear the compression garment ALL the time because it lifts your butt up. This is very unfortunate because it is a black business and you want to support, but this was a extremely bad experience.

He is a very caring doctor and he always treated me with tender loving care and I feel that is because he cares about your feelings and your wellbeing My experience with Staff Interaction: I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff, from the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit comfortable. This was the best medical staff team I have been around in a long time. The doctor is busy (understandably so) but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. I loved visiting when I am back home and I will be rendering their service again this year and of course I know I will be welcomed

Everybody is different on how their body heals., but Dr Jimerson does let you know before doing the surgery that it will take up to a year to see good results., but I already see good results...I don’t even have to wear a bra

At the Recovery Center I experienced EXCELLENT service from the Friday late afternoon staff (Lois) was Superb. My Saturday morning experience was the exact opposite. For my breakfast they gave me butter that had been opened and used. A young lady came to my room and stated the lady at the desk wanted to know when I was leaving? (It was 7:30am when I was asked this question). For $600 overnight stay maybe the Saturday morning staff can get the same customer service training as the evening staff.

I go here for my amino acid blend shot and Darius has been wonderful to me. The first time I called I was forwarded to a woman to explain what they offer in weight loss. They have mentioned some other products but when I say no they aren’t pushy about it. 10lbs so far with the clean eating menu provided and the shot gives me the extra boost I need!

I called and paid for a consultation. The call center scheduled the appointment for 1pm and stated someone would call me. No one called at the appointed time. I ended up calling the office and was put on hold for 15mins. I finally was able to speak to someone and Dr. Jimerson hadn't even looked at my pictures. I ended up being on hold again for 20mins while he looked at my pictures. i was very disappointed in his unprofessional staff. In addition, you need to ask a ton of questions because they will add services you never asked for in your quote. I like Dr.Jimerson's work I've seen on IG, but it seems to me they try to get you to pay for services you didn't request are or not needed. They force you to stay at their recovery house and put it in the quote. His call center staff and the schedule are the worst. Again, my appointment was at 1pm and I just got of the phone with them at 2:42pm. I will look else where for the procedure that I want.

First off I will like to say that this has been an awesome experience for me. Dr.jimmerson is Dynamite. The whole staff is very caring! Melondy, Dr. Marche( the anesthesiologist ) , and Lisseth. They made me feel as if we were family. I couldn't have chosen a better place to be. Once again, Thank you Dr.Jimmerson and Staff!!!!

People do your research and read the low rating reviews. I know we can be desperate on obtaining our goals but if you do it you will get the best results ever. I wanted to do my bbl with Dr. Curves back in 08-18. I was having my nose done with my Ent and called Dr. Curves for the bbl and explained to them of the few facial procedures I was having around the same time. They told me that it was not a problem and to pay the deposit for the surgery to save my surgery date because of their demand. So I paid the $500 deposit and then even went to the office for the preoperative consultation and paid the full procedure. Then after I had paid the full procedure which was 15K they stated that they were not sure they could proceed with my surgery without the Dr. consulting with my Ent. So after they consulted with my Ent they said that the only way they would proceed would be by me signing a paper freeing them from anything happening to me and of course I was not going to do it so they cancelled everything and refunded me the money. However they took over 30 days to give me my money back and kept the $500 deposit and have refused to let me use that money towards other services that they provide. Another heads up; because I've had almost every surgery you can think of from facial to body procedures. It is best if you deal with a Dr. were you can talk to their staff directly instead of a call center like his were you won't even have the chance to meet your Dr. Miami Dr's are less expensive. I eneded up doing my bbl there it cost me less than Dr. Curves including a recovery house where I had several staff members looking after my care. Best of luck beautiful souls and remeber the best is yet to come!!! =D

I was looking forward to having Dr. Curves (Andrew Jimmerson) provide services to me but after reading all the reviews (Negative) I have decided to continue shopping and doing more research. I refuse to pay $10,000 or more and not be satisfied with my results. Yes the pictures he post on his IG make it seems like he's the PERFECT doctor but I have too experienced horrible customer service from his staff just by trying to schedule a consultation. It doesn't take the smartest person in the world to know they ONLY care about the money. Ladies please do as much research as possible.

Extremely unprofessional office & staff. I had a consultation in July. I paid the $100 consultation fee when I booked the appointment. I drove an hour and a half to get to the appointment and showed up 30 mins early for the appointment. They were over 45 mins past me appt time getting me into the room to see the doctor only to be told that the doctor wouldn't see me for a consultation. I was told I would get a refund for the $100. Its now September and I have yet to receive the refund. I've called numerous times & left several messages because now no one answers the phone when I call. This whole process has been extremely frustrating. I will never recommend this office.
