I had liposuction by Dr. Willis on April 12, 2018. I paid the additional $450.00 dollars for Smart lipo. Dr. Willis decided not to perform Smart lipo on me day of surgery thus performing traditional liposuction instead. I have made several attempts via phone messages left with Anuisha Roberts for John Holmes, Surgeon Coordinator to contact me regarding my refund. The staff have texted John regarding my refund, they have also left him messages. I have been told by Anuisha that John does not have regular scheduled hours. Anuisha has repeatedly told me on several occasions that she would contact me when my check was ready for pickup, I have never received a phone call from her or any staff regarding my refund. Anuisha told me that Celebrity Body Sculpt has up to 30 days to refund fund me the $450.00 dollars, however, 30+ days later I am still waiting for my refund. I have been given the run around for over 30 days. After questioning the legitimacy of Celebrity Body Sculpt with a staff represented, I was told that refunds have been provided to past customers and that there are currently a lot of people awaiting refunds.

I am still fighting to talk to tbe doctor I call every other day and they either put me on hold or say they will call back. First of all they x completely lie to you they had a special for 4450 and thats why I went to them . my procedure was done feb 13 2018 I am 3 months post and look horrible they tell you lne price but on paper its another they charged me 6600. You'll never talk to the doctor you'll only hear from Desiree and maybe the finance lady who never calls you back .. In having all kinds of problems a big lump in yhe front of my stomach which is the size of a long metal bar no fat got transferred at all . they will lie to you just to get your money stay away please .. I'm in the public eye every day and my body is worse than it was I wish I had never came here at all . and the doctor will tell you after you get off the table they can only remove 5% of your fat after you paid rip off do not come here I will be sueing ..

I had an FDL TT and lipo to my flanks on 5.8.2018. Dr. Willis was so patient in answering my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was asking a silly question. She was able to perform the procedure based on my specific goals (to be shaped like an hour glass) lol. A month later...I feel like I own any room I enter. I never looked this great. Life on the flatside is amazing. Thank you, Dr. Willis. And my husband adores your work!

I don’t know if these reviews are real or what the case may be but I had lipo 360 and a Brazilian but lift I’m 3 days post op and my results are amazing. The only problems I had was scheduling they did have to reschedule two of my appointments and they forgot to call me ahead of time and let me know but other than that everything was smooth..,I’m actually using my daughters iPad to write this review but my name is ikera Andrews. A friend of mines had hers done here last year in March of 2018 and she referred me and she didn’t have any problems either. Well I hope my review can help someone

I had liposuction on my stomach there recently.. I am literally 5 days post opp and my stomach is looking AMAZING! I am so glad I went to celebrity bodysculpting! Dr. Willis is a wonderful, concerned surgeon and they did an awesome job on me. Its a bunch involved, but you just have to take care of your post- operative care how the dr deems necessary. 3//4 mnths post opp... AMAZING

If you are looking to have a liposuction done this is not then place to do it. A couple of months ago I had liposuction done here and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. The surgeon that performed the procedure is not Dr. Willis instead he is a surgeon from New York thats does not have any hospital privileges at any hospital in the are so god forbid you have to be admitted into the hospital like I was. I was in the hospital for 12 days because of 2nd degree burns from the procedure that caused an infection , had to have three blood transfusions , two additional surgeries had to have a PICC line for 4 weeks ,all because of this surgeons negligence.Contacted the office over a month ago , and was told that Jon the office manager would call me back , still havent received a call from him. Please reconsider when selecting this place to have your surgery. You get what you pay for.

SCAM DO NOT GO HERE... I paid in full for a lipo and BBL. Had a surgery date for 5/24. My surgical clearance was on 5/22 and when I went all they did was blood pressure and tell me my lad Dr.wills was rude and didn’t want to be there. Hell she asked me what I was getting NO CHART OR ANYTHING She told me my white blood cells was high and I had to wait. So I asked how long because my surgery was that Friday and she told me even if my labs where good they would not do it because she was not going to be there. So they changed it and had me thinking Dr.wills was doing it, but they had already knew she was going to be gone as in NOT EMPLOYED THERE. So when I called to check 2 days before my next surgery that I was good for surgery they gave me the run around and I had to ask for a second time was she doing it and they finally told me she does not work there any more. So they tried to get me to a terrible doctor who doesn’t even know when he can do the surgery and his work is bad and I want a refund. And for weeks they have given the the run around and now they are telling me it will take AFTER 69 days to get 4500 back and won’t give me a date. They keep telling me the director will call AND HASN'T it’s been weeks. The owner has already been on the news and in court for refunds. The manager knows this is a scam and she is willing to tell you what ever and take your money with no problem. STAY AWAY. Because now I have to miss work just to go to court

I really wish I could give -0000000000 stars, this is the biggest rip off company that has EVER been in business!!! I'm so PISSED OFF at this place, because my wife paid them in FULL, and after making excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't do her procedure, she finally asked for a refund. They said it would take up to 30 days, so after 30 days they tried to give her 1/3 of her money back and made up false claims and inflated charges to places she didn't even go to in an attempt to keep most of her money, we are now getting a lawyer and we're going to fight them until they are out of business and can't rip anyone else off, I've talked to many people that have been ripped of by them, but this is going to end right now!!! We are also contacting the news media and getting them involved with ending this rediculous fake company. I really hope people read this and not get suckered in by this company. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything everyone is saying is true! SCAM ARTIST! My surgery was pushed due to Dr. Willis quiting per the office manager Anishua and she then wanted to shovel me off to a new clinic in Duluth Sei Bello which made me totally uncomfortable. I declined in proceeding with the surgery and was told the owner will cancel my financing contract with ProtaPay. Guess what, 1 month later after numerous phone calls, emails and no replies...PROTPAY DEBITED ME! What company had the ethics to knowingly mislead people into taking their hard earned monies or keeping them obligated to contracts by still getting paid for services NOT RENDERED! There is a special place in jail for each person as you mislead and then call and act like you never heard of me when trying to scheduling an appointment...ummm hello! I cancelled a month ago stop trying to schedule me for something I don’t want. Do yourself a favor...stay away! Research and file and complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I’m filing a complaint with both because after 1 month and messages they haven’t resolved my contract or called back either. I’m thinking they are in cahoots together...Scamming, Canceling and taking people money.

I went to Celebrity Body Sculpting, after I had done several consultations with Plastic Surgeons in the Atlanta area. The first noticeable difference was that the staff was very nice and they were all smiling. They had lunch catered and they offered me something to eat. I waited about 10-15 mins for my appointment after I completed my paperwork. The consultation was very thorough and focused on areas that I was really concerned about. I decided to get the Smart Lipo 3 areas because I had some stretch marks and loose skin. I completed all of my lab work, medical and surgical clearance all in a matter of days. I love the fact that they did everything in house. Dr Willis did a great job of contouring my body. I love the fact that they send a nurse to your home the following day to check on the patient and change the bandages. I'm really happy with my results and highly recommend Celebrity Body Sculpting. This is truly one of the best kept secrets in Atlanta.

I called before going in asking if they had the shots and adipex prescription they tell me yes but I've been calling and they keep saying the same thing they don't have them it's been a while and they will call the people who has paid for shots I believe this place is most definitely a rip off and would not reccomend anyone to go there unless u actually have the shots an take them with u.... I had my procedure done 11/2017 and after 10 months, the results are phenomenal! I am still in the process of healing, but overall, I would do it again if I had to. Dr. Willis and her staff are very professional. When I needed a little extra tender loving care, they catered to my needs. Although the after care procedures were not thorough when I initially had the procedure, they have improved tremendously as seen when I had my 6 month check-up! Thank you CBS for taking care of me and paying such great attention to detail! Please everyone - follow the doctor's orders/instructions and when it's time to do so, follow up with lymphatic massages from a professional lymphatic therapist. It helps with the healing.

Went here to get a bbl surgery done . It was a horrible experience they injected the fat in the top of my buttocks and told me i had to get a massage for it to even out and it never worked it looks like a botched surgery. And a lot of keloids from the incisions from the Liposuction on my skin and a lot of belly fat and back rolls still left and I’m not a fat person im 5’7 about 180 pounds .DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO HERE STAY AWAY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

My questions arr always answered by the ladies up front which makes me feel bad because they didn't do the surgery. I'm writing this 6 months post-op. First, I want to thank the Awesome staff for putting up with my difficult attitude. I'm not the easiest to get along with and their staff smiled throughout the entire process. I know i got on their nerves, but no one would have ever known. They are so professional and have exemplary customer service skills. I got a bbl with hips and i'm loving it. I have 4 kids and i had a lot of stretch marks and loose skin in my stomach area. Dr Willis recommended i get the laser added to the procedure to help with the skin tightening. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra for the laser, if you have stretch marks and loose skin in the stomach area. My body is really contoured and my butt and hips now have a nice shape and curve to them. Thank you Celebrity Body Sculpting and Dr Willis. I'M SUPER HAPPY! LOVE YOU GUYS!!

DON’T GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE my review isn’t a joke or false this place is a scam at 1st I looked at the reviews and was like I’m not gonna just base my opinion by other reviews cause I’m not a follower man I wish I should’ve listened to others well here’s what happened to me I kept receiving emails from them so I said to self ok I’m gonna check them out so I did in feb I payed 250 deposit then the lady at the front desk made me a Consultation appt now before I went all the way to union city GA I wanted to make sure everything was cool to go ahead and leave out since it’s about a 4 hr drive from Nashville to GA the front desk lady like you cool everything good so I headed out the next day I headed to GA once I’m on the interstate I had to call the office for something got off the phone with d lady she then calls me back after two hrs done passed to tell me the doctor wasn’t gonna be there so I’m like if you knew this at 1st why you didn’t say anything I’m already headed there she knew this at first and waited the last min to tell me this so ok it was rescheduled so when I finally did see the DR it was a male doctor I told him I wanted Lipo and a BBL now I remind you they already have pics of my body so it shouldn’t surprise them how my body looks so he looks at my stomach and like I’m not gonna give you Lipo you need a tummy tuck now the Lipo and BBL was 4950 but when he said tummy tuck it made d price 7500 so I said ok maybe the DR know what he talking about so I paid the entire 7500 I went back I seen a DR name Kanye Willis now take it back a month before I went to celebrity body sculpting I went to my doctor cause I had a knot in my stomach so I asked my DR can I still get the tummy tuck he said yes cause d knot isn’t life threatening either the doctor there can remove it or leave it in so I get my doctor to put this in writing I give it to doctor Willis she’s like no I need you to get a biopsy done then I can do your surgery she wanted to make sure it wasn’t something other than what my doctor said it was ok so I got d biopsy done and like my doctor said it wasn’t nothing so I faxed the results to anishua Roberts it took her a wk to even give it to DR Willis so when d letter was finally given to DR Willis anishua is like DR Willis is out on family leave and doesn’t know when she’ll be back so I’m like ok do u have another DR who can do my surgery cause at 1st anishua told me she had another DR who’ll do my surgery and I didn’t have to get the biopsy so she like give me till Friday to let u know about another doctor doing it Friday here I kept calling her She finally answered I say just give me my 7500 back she like if that’s what you want then ok Im like y’all play to many games with people money and I’m not gonna be like d people in the reviews where people ask for they money and y’all give them half back so she like you know it’s gonna take 30 nawl matter fact 60 days for me to send you your money that’s our policy but in their policy that’s referring to ppl who have canceled their scheduled surgery appts I never had a scheduled surgery appt only appt I had was for the Consolation so I’m like nawl I’m not waiting no 60 days for my money when I payed with cash how hard is it to go to y’all bank and withdraw my money it doesn’t even take a day before I gave anishua my money she’s like ms nixon you sure you want to pay now cause if she deposit it their bank it takes 3 days for her to get it out and refund me my 7500 so how she go from 3 days till 60 days smh well I’m in d process of suing them now I was on the news in GA talking about them I called d front desk to speak to d owner d lady like they not allowed to give his info I then contacted his lawyer Nathaniel Blackmon he said John Holmes d owner will give me my money at his own pace so I filed a lawsuit he’s been Served but hasn’t responded yet I’m hiring a investigator he messed wit d wrong woman my money isn’t for free ITS A SCAM they try to keep your money after they’ve given u the run around my IG is authortiffanyn I’ll tell u more

DON'T GO HERE I paid my money over a month ago, no procedure no refund. I ignored the reviews thinking it can't be that bad I WAS WRONG. People say they just care if the surgery is good. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR SURGERY they will take your money and keep rescheduling and then tell you they're bringing in some random doctor because Dr Willis isn't in but the Dr never shows. I found out she was out before I paid my money and they lied. They will try and send you to sei bello in lawrenceville ga. It's the same company and they don't even have a regular surgeon so you could get anyone. What was said to me was everyone is contracted. It's truly a scam. Don't do it and I still haven't received a call from the owner or my money back. Don't trust Anishua she will say anything to get you to pay. I went somewhere else with no problem, no drama and no rescheduling.

03-13-18 This review of Celebrity Body Sculpting is way overdue. I wasn’t even going to write a review because I just wanted to be done with this place, however, I find myself going thru mess just to have my money returned. While shopping the market for Cosmetic Surgery, I decided to go with CBS due to pricing, there’s being the lowest. I was evaluated by the coordinator in 2016 received a price. However, I pushed the date back because I wanted to finance the procedure. In Late 2017 I received my financing and payed $6000 through Care Credit and $1500 of my own cash. Twice my surgery was cancelled due to my own health related issues. I have no problem with that and since I’m a nurse I truly understood. My issue comes in with the staff at CBS not returning my funds to Care Credit Acct and back into my Debit Acct. I was informed by CBS one day after I decided not to have the procedure due to my health issues that they have 30days to return my funds. Its day 28 and my funds have not been return to either me or Care Credit. I had to call Care Credit and let them know about services not received. I received one return call after calling several times, leaving messages, and sending emails for an answer about my money. At this point, since they’re playing games and no one can inform me as to when I will be getting my money back, have decided to pursue legal representation regarding this place. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter as well. My next step is to seek help via Action news to see if they will publicize this matter and assist me with getting my money back. To me this is ridiculous and takes up far too much time and energy, but I work hard for mines and will do whatever it takes to get it back!! Last note, If you go to Celebrity Body Sculpting you will undoubtedly regret it!!! Take heed to what customers are saying about this place or you just might end or like me; writing a zero star review, getting a lawyer, and seeking help thru the news. Trust your intuition!! 03-14-18 This is an Update regarding my return of funds into my Care Credit. A refund of $3200 out of $6000 was put back into my credit care!! These people are price gouging, Celebrity Body Sculpting claimed the two visits with following up with Dr. Willis regarding my clearance was $750 each, $1000 for lab work, $800 for a Medical Clearance and EKG I never received from them or they affiliates!! I declare in Jesus Name that this place will not prosper and all whom are associated with robbing customers as well! I have sought legal representation and they will pay more than what they stole, even if it's through the legal system!! In addition, it's now day 29 and Anuisha still cannot tell me when I will receive the cash I gave them!! Supposedly, the have up to 30day to return a refund.

I've been trying to schedule my 2nd appointment since November 2017 but the dates they have available are FAR out and when you get within a day or so of the date that they gave you which is about a month out...they call and cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional. Affordable, but unprofessional. I wish this was a chain and I could write the CEO. I am very disappointed in this place. I would recommend you pay a little more money and get the best service. Once again, and I cannot say it enough, this place is TERRIBLE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SURGERY. I had lipo with fat transfer. Never met the doctor only to find out after that he is an ob/gyn from NY. It was not the doctor listed on the website. The "doctor" punctured one of my implants and now I cannot get a call back from anyone to fix the issue. He also performed a Brazilian butt lift which was never discussed or wanted. He asked me during surgery if I like curves. Unfortunately I said yes. The only good thing about this office is the ladies upfront.

Tried coming here but the front desk lady did my consultation then said I needed to see the DR who was out for a month and noone knew when she would return. Called twice after about pricing and the people were not only rude and gave me an attitude and did not answer my questions remotely right but the pricing was a scam! They are quoting different prices and the discount offer is a scam to pull people in cuz there is no way they were originally charging 4 times the price than the competitors.

I went to Celebrity Body Sculpting in July after trying to make me feel and look better after the passing of my mom. My first visit was the only visit I had before my surgery the staff was so pleasant that I know I was in great hands. After doing my blood work I came back 3 hours later and now it has been 3 months after and I'm very pleased with my body. I was told it takes up to 6 months to see the improvements but by then I will be a brick house. Last but not least I was diagnosed with high blood pressure but after losing my big belly I am free of that. I put my money to great use. Thank you all for the new me.

This is by far the worst place in the whole south. I had my surgery done on 4-13-18 on 4-21-18 I was rushed to the emergency room and had to stay in the hospital for 2 week. I got an infection from the surgery and also numbing fluid was trapped in my back. I has to get cut open and had drains in my back and still to this day 2mos post op I still have no feelings in my back. I was supposed to go back for another procedure but ofcourse after the infection I requested a refund. I was told it take 30 days ok cool. June 4 I still haven't received my refund. They promised a nurse would follow up with me the day after the surgery, never heard from anyone! To make matters worse there is no after hours contact number for the doctor. Needless to say I think its time I get an attorney. Loss wages, medical bills and the return of the rest of my money is what I'm seeking. Please spend a little more money and stay away from this place!

It will be so great if we can see up to date pictures of your work. The pictures on the site is old and shows the same woman. Your face book page is also not up to date. Updating your website and fb page can get you not only more clients, but it will also give people an idea of what your work look like. However, customer service is great! Staff was friendly. Procedure didn't turn out as I was told it would nor as I expected. I'm not a big woman and I just had a little gut. So I expected a drastic difference after surgery and that's not what happened. Stomach still buldging over. I'm still not comfortable in my clothes and I still have to suck my stomach in. If you're a matured lady then you may be happy with the subpar work done. But if you're a young lady looking to be sculpted & contured then please don't waste your time & money because they don't really contour your body. I went back to doctor Lock for my follow up visit and expressed my concerns with my stomach still buldging over and me looking almost the same as before surgery and they tried convincing me I looked good even though my upper belly and side were still full of fat. Then they tried charging me an additional 4K to get more procedures done to fix the problem and 11 scars I was left with do to them not giving any keloid injections to prevent keloids. So now I have to go to another doctor to fix all these issues and pay twice as much. So disappointed and wouldn't recommend a soul to go here, unless of course you're older and don't want the vixen look. The name "celebrity body sculpting" is extremely deceitful

I had a follow up appointment today at noon. I get there on time and acourse I waited 1 hour. Still wasn't called back. I complained to the receptionist at this point, I done missed work for this. She tell me the same story surgery running behind, just like the other three time. I left after she tell me to go have lunch and come back. So I couldnt do my follow up. This the only reason I'm leaving this review, But as far as my tummy tuck stomach isn't flat like I expected I still have love handles that's really why I wanted my follow up visit. My time is valuable and I like me to be treated as such, but hey they have my money so they really don't care at this point. I will never ever get work done from here again.

I have waited a year to post this, because they kept saying results took time. I got a bbl, && see no difference except my stomach. I went here to save $1500, but you get what you pay for. The stuff was nice, but I had to go get my blood drawn somewhere else. I got poked SIX times in one session because the Phlebotomist said she couldn’t find my vein. I didn’t meet the dr until the day before my surgery. The nurses did everything. I should have known that was a sign. My appointment to meet the dr was at 4:00, I didn’t get to a room until 5:30. I would have left but I wouldn’t have been cleared for surgery && I had already requested the time off work. Dr. Willis was very dry but since I work customer service, I believed she was tired && behind. She insisted that I needed to have another procedure done if I wanted by stomach completely flat. I didn’t really care about that much; I just really wanted a bigger butt. I felt most of my surgery since they don’t put you to sleep. The day after my surgery, they sent nurses to my home to check up on me. I couldn’t sit down && was encouraged to eat greasy food to feed my new fat. Fast reward to my results, they suck. My stomach Lopo was fine, pretty much as expected. But I had a bbl, && see no results on my butt or back, which I told her was more important to me. My scars are quartet length slits along the bottom of my stomach && back. I have raised indentions in the middle of my back from the stitches. Also, I made to join a massage membership for $60 a month to remove the hard knots from my stomach and back. I told the nurses I hasn’t happy with my results but they instructed me to get another surgery done to see results. This was a setup.
