I had my breast reduction consultation with Dr. Jones back in September. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional but appeared to be a little forgetful. His staff was nice and very politely. About 4 weeks after my visit I called BCBS to check had they received my claim from Dr. Jones office for my breast reduction procedure and they told me that no claim had been submitted to BCBS. So I called Dr. Jones office to see what was the hold up. When I called in Mrs. Lesilie, when I called the office I was told the young lady that was support to submit my claim had gotten married and was on her honeymoon abd that she wouldn't be back to work for awhile. I said so how can I find out if my claim has been submitted to my insurance company? She said let me check then she put me on hold. She came back to the phone and told me that it says in my file that it had been submitted. I just took her word for it and said OK thank you and waited another 2 to 3 weeks. I called back into BCBS and they told me yet again that NO claim had been submitted. Let me add that this was around the end of October and I was highly upset and very disappointed because I had taken this young ladies word as her bond but she straight out lied to me. So I called back into the office and spoke to Mrs. Leslie, I asked her about my claim. She told that she had previously submitted my claim then she said that she would submitted it again on October 19th. This whole practice is founded on lies, lies and more lies. I called BCBS again and they told me that Mrs. Lesile with her lying self didn't submit my claim until November 3rd which was on a Friday and of course BCBS isn't open on the weekends. The young man also informed me that Mrs. Lelise submitted my claim without pictures or any supporting documents. So on November 7th BCBS had to send my paperwork back to Dr. Jones office, requesting that they send my pictures and supporting documents so that BCBS can move forward with my predetermination. I told the BCBS representative that I would NO longer be using Dr. Jones for my procedure then I called Mrs. Leslie at Dr. Jones office and told her do not resubmitted the documents for my procedure to BCBS and that I will NOT be moving forward with my breast reduction. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY'RE LIARS AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE! They have literally wasted 3 months of my time. I take it as a sign from God as well. I truly believe that it wasn't meant for me to have my procedure done with this doctor and all of the delays were just signs from God. This review is from one VERY disappointed potential patient!

Dr. Mark Jones performed the ThermiVa treatment on me last week. It was a life changer for me! I am a mother of two children and have been dealing with incontinence issue for over 15 plus years. I would get up 3-4 times when I lay down to go to sleep. Since the ThermiVa treatment, I only go ONCE!!!! Thank you Dr. Mark Jones for your great bed side manners and for introducing the ThermiVa to me!

I was self-conscious about my breasts and timid about surgery because it is painful and expensive. My breasts looked funny after the procedure but I was patient with the healing process and even after almost a year of waiting, my breasts still looked horrible. I could not look at myself in the mirror without coming to tears. I stayed in contact with him about how awful they looked and what he could do to help me. Due to the breasts looking so weird, I thought he would at least be apologetic and offer to fix his work for free. The only option he gave me, was to pay him AGAIN in full for a whole second procedure. Not only was I far too scared to let him touch my body again anyway but I was surprised that he wasn’t even willing to fix my breast unless I paid him a second time. I asked for a refund to go through a different doctor to get my breasts fixed but he turned my request down. I would attempt to hide my breasts with a high neckline but I would still be embarrassed by people asking how I got such large chest muscles. I spent a lot of nights crying myself to sleep and regretting ever getting the surgery done. I do not recommend getting breast implants from this doctor, going here was a huge mistake and I was stuck with an expensive surgery for breasts that looked worse than my natural breasts.

He was extremely detailed, thorough, and caring during the entire process, which made me feel extremely confident with his performance. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and supportive. I'm considering possibly having breast reduction surgery to reduce strain which I experience from time to time, and he is definitely the physician that I would feel most comfortable performing such a procedure.

Why did I look sad when I was not? When I saw my “normal” facial expression in the mirror, it just looked worn out. I did not like it for I did not feel like that on the inside! Dr. Jones changed it! After Dr. Mark Mitchell Jones did my eye lid surgery, I feel great about seeing myself in the mirror again. None of that loopy, tired look anymore! My only regret: I should have done this earlier. Creams do nothing to remove the wrinkles and the sagging eyelids that accompany getting into my late 40s. I feel refreshed in the face, and it affects my inside every time I look in the mirror or see a photo of myself. Dr. Mark Mitchell Jones did a fabulous job. He did not go overboard, he did it just right. He had the expert touch from the beginning to the end. Trusting my doctor is most important to me, and if I do this surgery again in ten years, I will just let him decide what can be done to achieve a more refreshed, happier look. It pays to let experience bear. It is my face. No scars. No sagging eyelids. Even the wrinkles around my eyes went away. Thank you, Dr. Jones and your wonderful staff.

My son had his ear (microtia) repaired over the last few years by Dr. Jones. Holly, Bella and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones has AWESOME bedside manner. I wish all doctors could have that ability to talk with patients, listen, and project that calm, professional approach. My son did have some complications from the surgeries where the site became infected or the stitches did not dissolve properly. But Dr. Jones and his staff patiently worked with us and took care of all the issues. We are really pleased with the results. Unless someone looks very carefully at the ear, they can't tell a difference from the normal ear. Thank you, Dr. Jones and all of your staff. I know for sure that you have made a difference in this young man's life.

Dr. Jones is truly one of the nicest doctors I've ever had the pleasure to meet! As for Dr. Mark Jones you can find a better doctor he is "Magical" when it comes to surgery.
