I dont really know where to start other that i'm really dissapointed with this office. My friend had a consultation last yr and i came with her and it was great. she wasnt able to do her surgery here cause she need a tuck with her bbl and went to Dr. Boutee (yes the Dr in the news that going to jail) but we always remember how great our experience was here! So when it was my turn and I went back I had a totally opposite experience. First, its all new people and sadly they dont know what they doing. My first question was if doctor was plastic surgeon since this is plastic surgery and been so scared about what i been reading in the news with all these ppl dying. I was told "they all the same thing but with more experience" And I go home to research and find out THEY LIE!!!!!! Main doctor is a ER doctor and other delivery babies on the side. They dont even be upfront on the IG either- like they hiding it. The young lady has ZERO experience and cant even answer basic questions abt medical concerns and then lie when she don't know answers. My customer also went there and end up canceling after they also try lying to her and she found out! BEWARE OF THESE WACK DOCTORS WHO LIE N SAY THEY PLASTIC SURGEONS, SMH!

Dr. Puppala and nurse Danielle were assigned to me and they were amazing and treated me so well. They answered every question and concern I had.They were very honest with me and made sure that this is what I wanted to do. They answered all my questions and explained everything with great detail. I had a bit of complications and they took care of me and made sure they resolved my issues. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the staff. Marjorie, Clay, Ashley, and Liz have all been very friendly and helpful as well!! This place assumed me the night of my lipo research! It's like I automatically knew the following morning that Atlanta Liposuction Specialty Clinic was "it" for me! Starting with the initial consult which was more like an educational hour! The front office staff is absolutely amazing; Clay was one of the people that had an influence on my decision to go ahead and schedule my procedure, Meeting with Dr. P and Danielle during the pre-op really sealed the deal! Dr.P was very informative, compassionate and confident in his ability to get the job done to my total liking! Now that it's over and done; I only have one regret and that's I wish i'd done this years ago! I recommend Dr. P and his staff highly and I'm certain you too will not be disappointed!

I would like to say this is not my first rodeo but the experience here at Atlanta Liposuction Specialty Clinic was EVERYTHING! The consultation was is free and very informative, they answer ALL of your questions. The staff Nurse Antwanette and Dr. Cole were so professional, informative and nurturing. Dr. Cole called me himself the day after surgery to see how I was doing and if everything was okay. My procedure was not what I expected, it was that much more. The procedure was painless and the results were ALL THAT, after only a week I can see results. I'm still in the healing process but by the summer I'M GOING TO BE READY. I can not thank Dr. Cole enough for giving me exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend this office if your our looking to make a few body changes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cole and his AWESOME team of professionals. I had my procedure done in April and was so nervous!!! VERY FEARFUL!!! BUT ...Its the best move I made after having children... My gift to me. I came to the practice with friend of mine who was there on her own appointment. There was an opening for a FREE consultation with Vanessa. During that time I told her my concerns and she was so wonderful explaining the SMART lipo procedure and what to expect. It went so well and she eased all my fears I made my down payment and scheduled my procedure right away. The cost was so within reach. *** Listen ladies its not cheap by no means but... I don't want cheap because this is my life we are talking about and I want the BEST!!! however it was attainable :)*** Reward yourself... love on you and get your FINE back :) The staff is so attentive and always available. Thank you Ashley for making sure my account was managed well. Thank you Antoinette for making the day of surgery so calm and easy...You were a blessing The real deal is the results... Please note as I write this, I am still in the process of healing as I am only 8 weeks post op ...but I could see noticeable true results 3 weeks later. I needed about a 2 weeks for the fluid to subside and the rest of the time is the healing time/recovery. Now, I haven't changed my diet much but I HAVE made some changes. Yes, I cut out mixed drinks (lol), soda, juice, ONLY WATER!!! and limited drive thru once a week maybe (Chickfila) oh and stopped eating after 7pm sometimes 6pm. Low sodium diet helps...Listen to the staff they know what's best. I listened to Ashante(so helpful and supportive post surgery) and started focusing on 1 gallon of water a day ... ohhhweee that was a little difficult. hit or miss but I tried :) and most times conquered. Last but not least my girl Mariana..The right support garment makes life lovely... Its so necessary and will make the day to day movements easier having the right post surgical support garment! After 5 to 6 garments later... ***Thank you Thank you Thank Mariana for making sure I had what I needed to get back in the swing of life and still be GORGEOUS :)**** Dr. Cole I know you used your training/knowledge, skills and gifted hands to help enhance my quality of life and give me back myself confidence making me finer. I thank you so much for being the best in the industry and can already see I will be back for more :) This will be a HOTT(HAUTE) and FUN summer I have already put on a 2 pc. bikini!!!!!! Now I was promised a flat tummy and hope to get there. I'm not yet but I hope to share more in a few weeks. Thanks Dr. Cole!!!! and his amazing team :)

Don't be fooled by the nice facades at the front desk. They are con artists. You will not see the doctor until the day of the procedure. An administrative mess as well. The conversations about a practice surgeon by the employees was unnerving. They master making you feel comfortable yet if you have the ability to look past it, you are just a $. No $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Reportedly urging patients to write reviews post procedure. Not months down the line. When clients can make rational opinions. They tell you one thing in the consultation and you literally walk down stairs and it's different"on the fly" or in the momen-a convenient "save" to secure or get more money. Very oily operation. I regret giving them money and wasting my time.

My entire experience this far has been amazing. From the very first call, consultation, surgery, and follow ups customer service has been above expectation. I was so scared going into my procedure but Dr. Ball and his nurses made me feel so comfortable. I am very very pleased with my results so far. 3 weeks out and there is such a big difference even with swelling still visible. I would definitely recommend!!!!!!

After losing more than 100 pounds, I looked around the Atlanta area for a plastic surgeon to remove excess fat that would not leave regardless of the amount of exercise I performed. When I got to Dr. Cole's office, I knew I was in the right place for my surgical needs. This office is AMAZING! The staff are warm, personable and professional. Liz and Ashley are by far the best front end staff that you will meet. You are always met with a smile. Antwanette always makes you feel like you are meeting an old friend and she gives you the best instructions, answers questions and takes her time. Dr. Cole has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever met. He is always concerned with overall health first cosmetic second. He is beyond skillful in that you have a natural appearance once he is done. Dr. Cole even personally calls after discharge to make sure you are okay. Speaking as a person who is moderately active with exercise, I did not have a lot of down time and minimal bruising. I was actually up walking the next day. Not fast but I was up and by the end of 5 days, I felt great. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole for your surgical enhancement needs.

I came in for a consultation recently because of the reviews. The front desk staff seemed nice and professional. The young lady Ali that did my consult wasn’t very knowledgeable and seemed very annoyed by the questions I asked. I left my consultation feeling angry and disappointed and wished I would’ve asked for the next available consultant if there was one. After this experience I decided to go to a few other places and noticed a tremendous difference in the professionalism.. I am scheduled to have surgery next week.

I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Cole. The moment I walked in and spoke with Vanessa, I knew the other consults I had scheduled would be pointless. I went to them anyway, but wasn't at all convinced on the expertise level of physicians. I reviewed Dr. Cole's work and reviews online. I did my research! I called within a few days to schedule my procedure. I was really nervous during my pre-op but the staff once again showed how much they cared and reassured me that everything would be fine. When it was time for the first procedure (arms), I was comfortable. That meant all the world to me! The second was even better! I am seeing results within 4 weeks and to know there are better results to come.... I am loving it! Thanks to Dr. Cole and his team of beauties! :-)

My experience with Dr Cole was not what I expected. My belly didn’t get flat at all and when I had the follow up the girl burned me. The burn mark scar is still there and slowly going away. It’s been a whole year now and I feel pretty much like I waisted my money. Wasn’t really pleased. The staff was nice but I just wish I had went to another place and maybe I would’ve gotten the best results. It took me this long to write a review because I thought maybe after a year some improvement might’ve happened. But nope. I guess it works for some and not for others. I still have this little pouch and I am going to work out hard and maybe I can get a flat tummy that way. I’m not a big person, 5’3 130lbs and have a small gut I thought Dr. Cole could get rid of with the laser liposuction. I was wrong. Best of luck to others who try it. I wasn’t pleased. LaKeeta M

I love the doctors work on instagram and I’m sure they are very professional but I told the consultant I traveled from Miami to get my consultation and they said I couldn’t come, because of my new born who was sleep even tho I was on the way there. I purchased round trip a hotel and rental car and I couldn’t have a simple consult because of my baby. I went to other surgeons for a consult and it was no problem. I understand policy but when somebody spends close to 1,000 to come to you guys it’s only right you accommodate them.

Believe all of the negative posts about Dr. Cole and the staff! They make you feel as comfortable as possible prior and during surgery . God forbid you have an issue you will be treated horribly. They will become dismissive and treat you as if you are a problem! I had my surgery back in Nov and I can’t begin to post my full experience. From being denied to see the doc on 3 separate occasions by them saying he’s unavailable etc. When I was able to finally see Dr. Cole I voiced my concerns about the lack of difference and unevenness of my back and abdomen and he told me “well it won’t be perfectly symmetrical but you can always go back into surgery” They only removed 2200cc I’ve seen more than that taken from an extremely small patient on their page! Pls Beware ! Update: I’ve called and still no resolution just as before! So pls hold the nice comments on reviews ! The staff is STILL not on the same page! Rwhitehead

It is a waste of money the result was not satisfactory after 6 months everything returned the same as before procedure and the doctor did nothing to fix it. He said there was nothing to do anymore and put a thousand excuses. I am very disappointed because it was a lot of money for nothing.

This is the first review I have ever written online(for anything). But I thought it was important enough to share my wonderful experience with Atlanta Liposuction. From my first phone call, the staff(Vanessa, Liz, and many more) at ALSC has treated me like a king. Dr. Puppala is the most caring and attentive physician I have ever met. His assistant, Danielle, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. I am a guy that works out weekly(5xs) but could not get rid of this "spare" tire. I am three weeks out from my surgery and I cannot believe the results. I finally have a flat stomach and I know that the swelling will go down even more!! I feel like I am looking at a different person, when I see myself in the mirror. I cannot say enough good things about making the decision to have this procedure and having Dr. Puppala as my physician. Horrible, horrible, horrible.. If I could put 0 stars I would... A big waste of my $4500 and my body looks exactly the same or worse! Now I have these small imprinted areas where the cannulas went in with no visible reduction of fat!.. I also still have alot of nerve damage and pain when the doctor said this would clear up after 3 mths!!.. The assistants are the worse at this office, just horrible. Not only did they not speak good english but they laughed and made disrespectful comments of doing something to me while under anesthesia. I was completely horrified here.. To top it all off they wrote the wrong prescriptions for me with many mispellings and it was embaressing having pharmacy call to clear this up.. From beginning to end this was a regretful experience.. The office staff were very rude and the doctor did not deliver good results.. Staff were very rude and inconsiderate.. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here!!! I am scheduling my BBL with a another office now and they are great! I am looking forward to my procedure with them!!..

➡️First time people looking to get a bbl/fat transfer please read my honest review. It’s long but it’s important that you actually read reviews so you know what you’re getting yourself into. ➡️First and foremost, I want to give a huge shout out to the staff that works super hard to provide excellent service at the Atlanta Liposuction Office. You guys are awesome. Clay at the front desk was amazing. LOVE his attitude and friendliness. Ashley on the other hand always gave me rude vibes and could learn something from Clay. Ali, who helped me with my consultation, amazing. She understood my needs. Lastly, Lindsey did my cellutone treatments! She was great, but felt that she didn’t target everything on my stomach. But if you tell her, I’m pretty sure she will do it. The doctor that performed my BBL using smart lipo was Dr. Cole and my Nurse was Antwannette. AMAZING!!!! From the pre-op, to surgery day I wasn’t nervous at all because they made me super comfortable. Mind you this was my first surgery ever. ➡️ In my opinion, bring a picture of what you would want to look like and show him so he could get a better understanding because sometimes it’s hard to bring a vision to life through words. But do understand that you will not come off the table looking like Kim Kardashian or Bernice Burgos. All body types, weight, height, etc will play a part on how your final results will look. He does work to enhance NOT to over exaggerate, so if you’re looking for bartender/ stripper over the top body, go to Miami. Also, most of these people who wrote reviews are doing it days after their surgery. They’re not even healed yet! I’m two and half months post op, so I feel that I could give a more accurate review than most people. ➡️ I showed him a picture of a person who had amazing surgery. The person’s ‘before picture’ resembled my body type and I was hoping to look something SIMILAR to her, but that wasn’t the case. Two days after surgery when I took my compression garment off to shower, I was in love. I thought I had my dream body. Waist was super snatched and my butt was prefect, but that was ONLY because I was super swollen. Now fast forward to 2 and 1/2 months later (Dec-middle of March) my body looks a little too natural. I wasn’t asking for over top, but I wanted my body to look more noticeable than it does now. You can’t tell I had surgery which is good, but my butt looks too natural, especially in jeans which defeats the purpose. Yes I love the fact that I have a flat stomach, my waist is taken in a little, and I have some hips, but my butt is still too natural looking. I started weight training so I hope my body will look more of what I want by the end of this year, because I already have that foundation. but what’s the point in paying $X,XXX.XX for me to still have to workout to achieve what I’m looking for? I’m truly not satisfied with my job. I feel that he could’ve did a better job if I stressed that particular picture to him. But it’s already done. Yes I would recommend him because he does great work, but maybe I wasn’t vocal enough about my needs as I thought. I feel sad because I feel that I wasted money that I don’t have and now I have to pay it all back every month. ➡️Ladies and gents don’t be scared to go BIG, because when you’re in the healing process most fat cells die, so if you go for that natural look and your fat cells die in the healing process, it will look like you had no work done and you will feel that you wasted money, which is the case for me. Hope this helped anyone.

I had my lipo 360 surgery on August 3rd 2018. It was done Dr. Puppala. It's been four months now, and I don't mean to sound vain but I look and feel AMAZING!!! I chose to go to Atlanta Liposuction over its competitors because I didn't have enough time off from work to recover. I needed a place that would offer me less intrusive surgery, yet yielded the same results. Atlanta Lipo met this need. In addition to my awesome surgery, the staff was and still are awesome. Nurse Danielle and dr. Pup pals are amazing!!! Best Smart Lipo and Anti-aging doctors around. I’ve struggled with pockets of hip, thigh and stomach fat for decades that has been resistant to diet & exercise and I finally decided it was time for Smart Lipo. I visited 2 other practices before coming here and was just not happy than I found Atlanta Liposuction and after my free consultation knew this was my place. They were better educated, offered better service and the price was slightly lower than the first 2 providers. I’m one weeks post op and feel fabulous. My body is contoured and looking better and better each day. It’s takes time for full results but I’m ecstatic to be where I’m at and fully recommend Atlanta Liposuction. Only tip is if you can do this in the fall or winter it’ll be more comfortable wearing a compression garment.

I am no rookie to having Botox and fillers, and he is the absolute best doctor I have found in Atlanta! My lips are always a masterpiece! The office staff was very personable and cordial when I arrived. Vanessa was very informative about the procedure and expected results. We discussed having the procedure done on my upper/lower abs and bra line. I was so comfortable with the professionalism of the staff and doctor that I made the appointment that same day to have the procedure done the following week. About two weeks after having the procedure done, I was really pleased with the results. I could see a noticeable difference overall, especially my bra line. I saw how passionate Dr. Cole was about his work when I went for my post-surgery appointments. We both were all smiles! I have regained my confidence and esteem and I am re-embracing my body. I am writing this review anonymously because none of my friends or family know I have had this procedure done, and I never write reviews! I had lipo 360 done here at Atlanta Liposuction by Dr. Cole I can start off by saying it was one of the best decisions and investments I have made for myself. All of the pre-op staff was very nice when doing my blood work and arranging my surgery. The day of the procedure Dr. Cole and Dr. Ball did my procedure together. I was aware of everything going on throughout. They both talked to me, made sure I wasn't in any pain, and were very gentle. Dr. Cole called me the night of the surgery to make sure I was okay. The care after the procedure was very easy and the pain was minimal. I am so glad I chose Atlanta Liposuction for my procedure, no other surgeon could have snatched me the way Dr. Cole did! The care I received at this office was not what I would expect from a professional clinical office. My aftercare due to a reaction was *none*. They said they were members of Brilliant Distinctions, they were not. I was to receive two gift certificates, on their specials which were bogus and another one could not be used anywhere. I had a smart lipo done by Dr. Cole Dec. 2014. 1st off his staff are beyond polite and caring. During my initial visit, his specialist was who I spoke with. She was super nice and she gave me all the info I needed to know and answered every question truthfully, from my personal experience. The office is very nice and very clean. The equipment is all up -to- date. My next visit I was nervous of course but they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. I was weighed and given meds. The procedure was a little more painful than I expected although I didn't feel this the entire time(I was kind of out of it) However the suction around my belly button was a little painful. I had upper, lower, and flanks(side pouches) done. I am still swollen but everyone is different some people see no swelling and look absolutely fabulous afterwards, however some are not. I wasn't aware it could take from 6months to a year to see full results for some, but I learned that from others online who have had similar questions after procedure. I see a significant change in my appearance and so does everyone else. Do I look exactly how I want, NO. Would I do it again, YES. Would I ever go back to Dr. Cole, in a heartbeat. They tell you to expect only 50% of your results. I got that. I still have some stomach there and I am crossing my fingers hoping it's still a part of my healing because you must remember it is surgery. He provides 2 garments to u to assist with proper healing as well as some meds to reduce scarring and swelling. He even gave me his Business cell so I could text him anytime the next couple of nights with any complaints(which I exhausted lol) Also I must add that the recovery time varies from person to person, I still have pain in my lower stomach and flanks, and it itches terribly. I would recommend you check Dr. Cole and the staff out, they are really awesome and they really know their craft. They have many service to help all your cosmetic needs! I love Dr. Cole!!!

Dr. Puppala and nurses are amazing!!!! I can say so far I'm so happy with my results and it's only been 3 weeks. I still have a little swelling but can see a difference in my abdominal area.
