The staff of Atlanta Face & Body is extremely kind and even Dr. Whitaker herself is very nice. The atmosphere is very pleasant upon entering with coffee and water offered at the door by the front desk. I was More than satisfied on my initial impression and loved how easy it was to get in to see the doctor. My partner and I each had filler and Botox by Dr. Whitaker and left happy. We were told to take it easy, apply the cold pack, and care instructions that we followed. We’ve had other fillers and Botox before so this was not anything new until we visited this specific doctor. I noticed About three days later a small (trough) in my cheek area and my partners Botox did not take effect like it usually does. We were told it could take longer and had a series of follow up appts to look at the trough and even adding more filler to try to offset what was seeing. My partners problem with the Botox was fixed but not without saying from the doctor “this time” I won’t charge you. Here’s the problem I have with that if we spend over $2500.00 within a week the last thing I want is the Botox not to work and then imply it would cost us more but she was going to make an exception. (The result should be what was paid for) in conclusion my partners Botox finally took effect and is now ok. Now, back to the (trough) she rolled a Q-tip over the area on two follow ups but after explaining and taking pictures and even the doctor stating she could see the trough her proposal was ( buy another syringe) and she could store the remaining for next time. Wait! Reviewers understand I didnt want more filler I rather just wanted the trough that was noticeably seen fixed, it showed in the photos, the doctor seen it, What am I missing? My face wasn’t un-even before and didn’t have this trough. I felt the doctor was just trying to get me to spend more unnecessary money rather then fix the (trough) and I leave happy and satisfied with the results. I informed the front desk we would not be back, not because we didn’t receive good customer service but because we felt taken advantage of and quality of work did not seem superb as indicated per the website. I was told by the front desk they were going to speak to the doctor but have not received any follow-up.

I have heard a lot about Dr. Whitaker whether it be around town or on the radio after having my consultation I moved forward with my precision lift. I am getting married this year and wanted to get rid of the fullness in my face. Dr. Whitaker did an awesome job and I am so delighted that my results are as awesome as they are!

Worst experience ever, this DR sees every patients in dollar signs , no patient centricity she could not care less trying to build her practice as quickly as possible with no attention to details and no real care for patients! Avoid at any price

Do not use this doctor. I had surgery done by her and she left a suture in my nose which is now caused permanent damage and I have to find another surgeon to fix the tip of my nose

Thanks to Rosanne I look as young as I feel. I have been her client for 7 years and she is very good at working with my limited budget and suggesting the procedures to give me the most bang for the buck. She is very thorough and meticulous when she is preforming a procedure I tend to get better results from the procedure than my friends who have the same thing done by someone else. I tell her not to hold back no pain no gain. Ten days ago I got my first chemical peel I was expecting to have pain or at least feel like I had a sunburn. This is a new chemical peel called a VI Peel it has something in it that keeps it from hurting. I was afraid it didn't work because I was never uncomfortable. The first 2 days after the peel it just looked like tan skin. On the 3 and 4 day it peeled I wasn't too frightening I even had a date but I warned him I was peeling. This is the perfect time of year to do this because I want another before Spring. It soften dark spots from stress acne around my mouth , took care of fine lines and soften pores. I liked the aftercare products that came with the peel, it kept my face moist and protected from sun damage on the new skin. Before my peel I was given a skin analysis so when I go back I can actually be able to measure my improvements. I looking forward to seeing the results.

A lot of time wasted....

Like anyone would be, I was very hesitant of the results that I would ultimately end up with. I am 10 weeks postop and absolutely amazed with not only how I look, but how I FEEL. After working hard to lose 80+ lbs over the past 2 years, I decided to do one more thing for myself, and that was try the signature face lift to tighten the loose skin I had from the weight loss. Again, the results are way more than what I expected and I am thrilled with the way it makes me feel. Fresh, glowing skin, my eye lids are no longer drooping and my double chin, GONE! If you do one thing for yourself, do this, if you have thought about it, come discuss it with Dr. Whittaker, she is so very easy to talk to, and her staff, just as wonderful. Unfortunately, I can not say that I am pleased at all with my results. I went in for smart lipo about a year ago and other than the scars that were left behind, I can't even tell that I've had the surgery done. My stomach is still pudgy and my lower abs still have excessive fat. There is a ton of jiggling and the side view of my abdomen looks just as bad as it did before the surgery. I expressed multiple times that I was unhappy with the results to Dr. Whitaker and her staff and was told that it could take up to a year to see maximum results. One of her assistants became frustrated as I sat in the office crying over how unsatisfied I was and kept asking why I wasn't happy and what was I expecting to look like? She was upset that I wasn't happy, how backwards is that? Fast forward a year later and everything looks the exact same. I kept asking for my measurements and to see the before pics so that I could compare them but they kept stalling. I'm so unpleased with the results that I'm making an appointment with a different surgeon to see what was done, if anything, and how I can get the results that I thought I was going to get with Dr. Whitaker.

I had never had any type of (non-invasive) work performed on my face other then a basic facial. Another excellent experience at Atlanta Face & Body! I recently had two ultherapy treatments with Roseanne and my skin feels and looks fabulous. From the moment I walked thru the door until the moment I left I felt like a VIP. The staff is very professional and courteous and the treatment was described to me in detail so I knew what to expect. I have had several procedures here and I will never go anywhere else. I would give Dr Whitaker's practice 10 stars if I could. There is a reason she is known as the "Queen of Faces!"
