I've actually had 2 procedures with Dr. Anderson. My advice for anyone considering a hair transplant procedure is "do your home work". The most critical component in this process is the doctor you choose. If you are choosing your doctor based on how cheap they are, or because you saw a late night TV commercial, stop it. Once its done, its done and there is no going back. The first procedure was about 10 years ago, and the results were excellent. I liked Dr Anderson right away because he took the time explain the procedure and set expectations for the results. His suggestions were spot on because in the end, the result was a normal hairline. If it had been up to me, I would have brought the hairline down some more I would have looked like an idiot. The point is he's know what hes doing. IF I had listened to him post procedure, I probably would not have needed a 2nd procedure. I did not take the Propecia regularly and my haired thinned on top. So, I went back for a more comprehensive procedure. This time I did the maximum number of grafts that are allowed safely, which was about 2-3 times as many as my first procedure. So this time the section he had to cut went all the way around the back of my head. This part is VERY Important. When making an incision of this size the doctor's skill is crucial to making sure the scar is minimal. I was worried about this. An inexperienced doctor can really mess this up, and once it's done, there is no going back. Mine is barely noticeable. Its a very good thing when the person that cuts your hair, doesn't even notice it. Ask any hairstylist. They see these types of scars all the time. As it stands, I can talk my hair almost as short as I want without worrying about looking like I have a plate in my head. The lesson here is make sure you have true "plastic surgeon" for this type of procedure as opposed to urologists who is now doing hair transplants. Doc Anderson still checks in on me from time to time which is cool. I like that. I was reading some other reviews, and I noticed some complaints about pain. For anyone thinking of a procedure like this, you should know there is going to be some pain. Its surgery for crying out loud. But its not that bad and it only last for about a week (if that). My apologies for the long post, but anyone that has taken the time to read this far is probably seriously considering this type of procedure. If this applies to you, then I can recommend this Doctor without reservation. He's a cool cat.

I just had my linear strip (not ARTAS) procedure 2 weeks ago and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Anderson after visiting several places in the area. He was the first place I visited and the time I had the most questions because it was all so brand new to me. Meghan met with me first and was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me to walk me through my options, showed pictures and videos, and answered all of my questions. Then Dr. Anderson came in and talked to me specifically about my hair loss situation and what he recommended. He drew on my head to show me exactly where he recommended putting the grafts so i could visualize what the results might look like. He had great professionalism and also spent a good deal of time with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. I didn't realize it at the time because he was the first doctor I met with, but looking back I really appreciate the fact that it wasn't a total sales pitch like the other places I went to. He felt like his resume and experience spoke for itself, and he's right. Whenever my wife or I need a procedure, we always want to find the doctor that's performed that procedure hundreds or thousands of times, rather than doctors who have performed dozens. And this is one area where Dr. Anderson differentiates himself from others in the area. He's done thousands of these procedures, and therefore he has seen thousands of hair situations, thousands of results, and can apply all of that experience and lessons learned to each patient's unique situation. Regarding the actual procedure, it was clear that Dr. Anderson runs a very professional operation and has a great team supporting him. I was impressed with the number of technicians involved and the attention I received. I was made very comfortable throughout the day, and Dr. Anderson or his assistants walked me through every step of the procedure before they actually performed anything. I was there for about 8-9 hours and was able to sleep for 2-3 hours during the procedure. The rest of the time I was awake and Dr. Anderson and his team kept things lively and I can't say I was uncomfortable or bored. They play good classic rock music throughout the day, and it was pretty impressive that Dr. Anderson knew the words and guitar solos to just about every song that played throughout the day...haha. In terms of pain...I can't say the entire procedure is painless, but I can say that the amount of pain/uncomfort should not deter anyone from getting the procedure. Keep in mind I had the linear strip method and not ARTAS. The worst part of the procedure was the numbing shots in the head, which occur twice during the day. The first time you receive a series of shots in the back of head where he makes the incision and removes the strip of hair. It feels like you are receiving a series of a dozen or so shots in the back of the head...sorry I can't be more descriptive, but you can imagine there's some pain involved with that. But it's over in a couple of minutes and then you're completely numb in the area and feel nothing else during the incision or suturing process. Then, when they are ready for the grafts to be implanted, you get another series of shots all around where the grants are going to be placed. My grafts were focused on the front and top areas of the head. So they gave me shots all over those areas to numb everything before the implant process. So again, you can probably imagine how a few minutes worth of shots around your head might feel. It's painful but tolerable, and nothing that would deter me from getting the same procedure again in the future if necessary. Overall, I'm very satisfied so far with my experience with Dr. Anderson. Now we'll see what kind of results I see over the next few months, but I'm confident in Dr. Anderson's ability to give me the results I desire.

First class operation and I can not say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Anderson and his staff. I just completed my 2nd procedure with Dr. Anderson and his expertise and the results have far exceeded what I experienced from my first ever visit to another well known provider. If you are looking into a hair replacement procedure, then your search should begin and end with Dr. Anderson!!

Dr. Lee was Awesome! His vast experience, training and expertise coupled with his genuine care and desire to do the best possible for the patient was such a reassurance. Additionally, his personal follow through on checking on me was much appreciated. First Class Gentleman! The office and procedural staff were also very professional, well trained and had at least 10 years experience each. The procedural ladies were working right in front of me for quite a long time and their attention to aseptic techniques was very thorough. I highly recommend to "just go" in and see Dr. Lee for a consult. I am so glad I went when I did as there are good options to fight hair loss and restore hair where its needed and if had I procrastinated it would have been a tragedy. I posted a detailed review with pics on RealSelf and will try to followup on that at month 6 and 12.

Great FUT experience with essentially invisible closure at day 4 post op.

I must say hands down the best Dr. experience I’ve ever had. My son who is only 20 was having early patches of hair loss. The Anderson staff and Dr. were super kind and informative threw all of his treatments. He now has a perfectly full head of hair. I recommend them too anyone them with confidence. Fantastic experience. My hair has been starting to thin a lot. I decided to visit Dr. Anderson's office based on other reviews on here, and the first thing I noticed is that Dr. Anderson is all about prevention. He wants you to keep the current hair that you have, but if you do decide, you can still opt to get hair grafts/transplant, which I did. The only thing you should really know before getting a hair transplant is that you'll be sleeping in a recliner or at least upright for 4 nights. So get yourself a good neck pillow. Other than that, I was back to work on Day 5. There's no pain after Day 2. I didn't even need to take the painkillers. And 2 weeks later, I got my sutures removed. Everything went really well. And the great thing is, the hair that's transplanted from the back of your hair to the top of your scalp is permanent. It's immune to hair loss.

Personal care is the best! Dr. Anderson and staff make sure you are very comfortable thru the whole process If you are like me and have reviewed a lot of post and utubes and web info I always came back to Anderson.

Everyone was very pleasant and made my visit extremely easy and fun.

My hair transplant went incredibly well. On my way to the Anderson Hair clinic the morning of my surgery, I almost turned around and went back home, twice! I am a chicken and don’t like the idea of needles and scapulas and my thoughts were, forget it, let them keep the money, I am going home!, however with reluctance, I kept driving to Dr Anderson's office. When I got there I was nervous as a cat. They took me to an area of Dr Anderson's facility I had never been to before, down a sparkling new, bright hallway to the “operating room”. There was a large window that looked outside and a huge TV/theater screen on the wall and a very comfortable recliner type chair where I was placed. A very friendly, kind, gentle lady, one of the technicians, came out and introduced herself. I told her I was nervous and she told me this was no big deal, they do it every day and I had nothing to worry about. Boy was she right! I was now in the chair, facing the giant TV screen watching a mountain bike race, she gave me some medicine for anxiety and from then on I was totally relaxed and very well taken care of. They have their system down! They washed my hair with special shampoo then Dr Anderson came in and started preparing to remove my graft area. He has a method that it totally pain free and even the shots to numb my scalp didn’t hurt! Dr Anderson was with me most of the morning, talking about things, telling stories as he did his work and before I knew it, it was lunch time. The friendly staff brought me a delicious lunch and after lunch three nice ladies placed my hair follicles in the places Dr Anderson had prepared under his constant and frequent supervision. Before I knew it, mid afternoon, it was over and my wife was there to drive me home. I went home, ate super with my family, watched TV and slept well. The day after the surgery, to my surprise, I had NO PAIN!! I had expected to be sore. Dr. Anderson himself called to check on me and I told him I was not in pain, he said that was the plan! I never had any pain and for the next few days I followed the instructions on caring for the graft area, it was no big deal. The following week, I went back to his office for a check up and they said everything looked great. The biggest inconvenience of the whole experience was wearing the shower cap the first few days to keep the graft area healthy. My wife, an experienced RN who specializes in wound care, looked at my head and was very, very impressed at Dr. Anderson work. A few days more passed and I went back to have my stitches taken out, which was nothing. Three weeks after the surgery, I was totally healed and living as though nothing had ever happened. Now, 4 weeks out, I am just waiting for my hair to do its’s thing and it is coming along GREAT! I would do it all again tomorrow, without any hesitation. I am almost embarrassed that I ever had any apprehension. Dr Anderson’s facility is amazing and every single person on his staff is too. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, efficient, truly concerned with my comfort and sincerely friendly. The procedure was virtually painless, they do it every day and know how to keep you happy and comfortable.

I recently underwent a hair transplant at Dr. Anderson's office and my experience was amazing. I am about five days out of surgery and for the most part, the process was painless and easy. I chose Dr. Anderson based on his accolades, experience, and knowledge in this particular space. His staff was and has been very accommodating, caring, friendly, and professional. While recovery from any surgery can be a hinderance to every day activities, his post op plan is comprehensive and helpful. Since my surgery (5 days ago), I have received two calls from his staff and one call from Dr. Anderson to check in on my progress. I highly recommend visiting this office if you are interested in this type of surgery, not only because of Dr. Anderson but his wonderful staff.

Dr Anderson did a great job of educating me on all of my options to battle hair loss ranging from preventative care up to and including surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr Anderson to anyone who has any hair loss issues!

I had a procedure with Dr. Anderson, and from start to finish the experience couldn't have been better. His staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. Meghan Channon in particular really went above and beyond to make sure to keep me informed and comfortable with every stage of my procedure. During the consultation, Dr. Anderson took time explaining every detail of what my procedure would accomplish and what to expect. On the day of my procedure, he continued to be personable, informative, and attentive. His experience and knowledge are very apparent and he has an approachable and friendly personality. My procedure went smoothly and I'm very happy with the work that was done. He came highly recommended to me and after having my own experience I highly recommend him as well.

The procedure went very well. The staff was excellent and Dr. Anderson had a great bedside manner. The price was certainly not the cheapest but neither is my result. I would recommend them highly.

I first went to Dr. Anderson in 2015 to inquire about hair loss on my front hair line. I received a lot of information on this initial visit and Dr. Anderson provided me with an honest opinion; that I should wait a while because the hair loss was not that bad. Before visiting Anderson Center for Hair and Aesthetics I went to a Bosley location and did not feel comfortable with the information they provided me as the SALES SALES SALES environment pushed, as Bosley was also willing to take my money that day, literally offering deals if I paid them immediately after the consultation. I came back to Dr. Anderson early 2019 and got a hair transplant done February 2019. The operation went great. I was very impressed Dr. Anderson, assisted by Dr. Lee, and the staff who carried out the procedure. Everything went smoothly and the logistic of their team throughout the entire procedure was amazing. Excited to see the final result and would highly recommend.

ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant: I went to Dr. Anderson for this procedure about five years ago, had 2500 graphs. After about 4 to 5 months the new hair begin to come in and it was fantastic! I went from completely bald to a nice head of hair! So I was thrilled. After a few years I decided I wanted more density so I went back to Dr. Anderson because I was very pleased with their service. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family, Dr. Anderson is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and he is easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone for hair restoration! You won’t be sorry!

I used the other billboard advertising hair clinic 2 years ago. The treatment is 100 percent better Go with Ken.

Carl Michel

I could not be happier with the level of treatment from Anderson Center for Hair. I went with the ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant procedure, and Dr. Lee and the rest of the team were incredibly transparent, thoughtful, and comforting. Dr. Lee gave me his personal number and sends me messages checking up on me making sure I am doing well. He also has been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. No matter how silly I think they may be. He really cares about me getting the most out of this procedure and it is easy to tell. Thank you to everyone at Anderson Center for Hair. I couldn't be more pleased!

Dr. Anderson is the best in his field and deserves this 5 star rating.

Had a great experience with Dr.Anderson. 1 day out with no pain and minimal swelling after a 2500 graft FUT. No finished product yet, but if the service is an indication of the results... I have a lot of hair coming.

I have experienced many procedures with Dr. Anderson, along with one procedure with another doctor. The corrective procedure with Dr. Anderson was a completely different and positive experience. The staff, the assistants and the doctor himself, were at the top of professionalism. My experience was pain-free and the results were far past my expectations. I would recommend Dr Anderson to anyone, (male or female) that is in need of a transplant procedure. Especially, if they have experienced a bad or botched procedure. There is always hope if you have the right person, Dr. Anderson is your man!

If you’ve considered hair restoration for thinning hair, I’ve located your best surgical option, by far, in the Atlanta metro area and far beyond. My months of research led me to Dr. Ken Anderson in Alpharetta, Georgia. He and his delightful and fully competent staff at Anderson Center for Hair perform “magic” in hair restoration. However, the “magic” is really Dr. Anderson’s extensive education and experience in medicine with a highly specialized focus on hair restoration. His impressive credentials and years of practical experience in hair restoration greatly exceed most practitioners in the field. Much of his success can be attributed to the way he and his staff communicate and cooperate. Dr. Anderson appears to truly enjoy practicing what is both art and science to transform his patients in a very positive way that makes them feel so much better about themselves. Dr. Anderson transferred hair grafts from a “donor” area on the back of my head to a thinning “recipient” area on the top of my head. The procedure was relatively painless and I was extremely comfortable. Each patient is given detailed instructions on how to care for the relocated grafts to maximize the experience. For me, the decision to undergo hair restoration at age 66 was very personal, and I had mixed feelings about it. From being raised in the South, I had some hesitation about going against what Mother Nature had naturally provided me and that hair restoration would come across as trying to be something I’m not. However, when I got into the supportive and friendly environment of Anderson Center for Hair and saw the outcome of my procedure, I had no regrets. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and strongly suggest to anyone considering hair restoration, that you call Anderson Center for Hair to set up a consultation. You potentially have much to gain.

Hello. My husband wanted to share his hair transplant experience with Dr. Ken Andersen of Anderson Hair Clinic and Aesthetics. This is his testimony and review of Andersen Hair Clinic and Aesthetics. I had two procedures done for hair restoration with Dr. Ken Andersen both a year apart. I had, on two separate occasions, hair transplant surgeries and I couldn’t be happier. I conducted extensive research of many different surgeons in the Atlanta area and decided upon Dr. Andersen. The main reason for choosing Dr. Andersen was his immediate interest in my hair restoration goals. Other hair restoration organizations have you meet with their sales representative who are not certified doctors. They tell you what you want to hear but they are not the surgeon. Dr. Andersen meets with you in the initial visit and will cover all your options along with full documentation. His staff is absolutely wonderful. Not only are they well educated and trained they are meticulously supportive throughout the entire process and will walk you through each and every step. They also follow up with you on a regular basis to monitor your progress and answer any questions along the way. In my case I did not have any hair at the top of my head all the way back to the crown. I only had hair on the sides and lower back portion. Dr. Andersen, in my initial visit, drew the area that would receive the hair from the donor area. I had the lateral scalp incision procedure, which was painless. My first procedure was performed over a year ago and produced a great supply of hair. After six months I had a good amount of hair growth and it just kept growing. The most rewarding part of it all was the reaction of my grandchildren who were so impressed. They announced to me and all their friends that I now had hair! I went back to Dr. Andersen for a second procedure, again painless, and it was just as wonderful as the first experience. Dr. Andersen performs the procedures himself each and every time. The second procedure filled in the same area from the same donor area. In fact the original scar had hair growing from it and it became the same donor area as before which hardly left any scar. Dr. Andersen walks through the entire process and explains what to expect and describes the ultimate outcome and it comes true each and every time. I now have a more densely populated area of hair. To punctuate it even further my grandchildren, who are both in elementary school, went back to their drawings of me and colored in the top of my head with hair! When we play a game on the Wii system they pick out a character now with a full head of hair. Even my son mentioned that I had more hair. For someone who went without hair for so long, hearing and seeing the reaction of having hair is extremely gratifying. The best part for me is now when I walk through stores with cameras at the entrance and exits I now see hair instead of a bald head on camera! I can’t imagine how I could have picked a better surgeon than Dr. Andersen for my hair restoration procedure. I was thorough in my search and Dr. Andersen exceeded my expectations for results. If you or anyone is considering a hair transplant procedure I highly recommend Dr. Ken Andersen as the primary choice. He is extremely qualified, is very interested in your case and goals from the very beginning and will never disappoint you. He is the best in the business.

Overall great experience with Dr. Anderson and his very professional staff. I researched numerous physicians and procedures over the last couple years. After lots of home work and reviews, Dr. Anderson's credentials were impressive to me and when I had my free consultation with him and his staff, I was sold. I'm always a bit nervous before any medical procedure and his staff put me immediately at ease. Very quickly it became apparent to me that all of his staff is like a Nascar pit crew where everyone knows their job and executes their role with perfection. Dr. Ken is great with his explanations every step of the way and is very, very committed to keep his patients comfortable and at ease throughout. I was at ease early on (just had the linear procedure 2 days ago with minimal discomfort) and I can honestly say I made the right decision to go to Dr. Anderson. He and his staff called me yesterday to ensure I was doing well and had all my questions answered. My recovery so far is going well just as planned and explained by his staff. Dr. Ken is a surgical artist and genuinely wants his patient to have a great outcome along with being as comfortable as possible during and after the procedure. I expected that and feel comfident my end results are going to make me happy. Thanks Dr. Ken!

I absolutley loved my experience with Dr. Anderson! I am a transgender woman and was looking to have my hairline restored, Dr. Anderson and his staff was very inviting, treated me with respect, highly skilled professional at giving me the hairline i needed, even went above and beyond to make sure that my hair was how i wanted it. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff to ANYONE looking hair restoration. I cant express how happy and relieved i am that i chose Dr. Anderson for this!!!! Please feel free to ask me any question, about my experience. Ty

I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Ken Anderson for my hair transplantation procedure. To begin, I would mention that I myself am a physician involved in aesthetic surgery, so I have some insight as to what qualities are appreciated by patients. From start to finish, the process has been exceptional. The pre-operative consultation was very informative, and left me with no additional questions or qualms about what was to be upcoming. The surgery was relatively painless, and the experience was memorable in a good way. I am so far very happy with the results, and would recommend Dr. Anderson without hesitation to anyone who would like to rehabilitate their hair. His music selection is also awesome.

Roger Harvey

Dr. Anderson, Meghan and the surgery team were amazing. From start to finish. I did my initial consult almost a year ago and at the time did not have the money to spend on the procedure so I waited. I didn’t want to go to other facilities which are cheaper. Don’t compromise on something so important. You truly want to go to the best. There are lots of facilities and doctors out there. Doctor Anderson is top notch. Do your homework then put your mind at ease and have it done by Dr. A. Did the procedure yesterday and now at home having just completed the FUE procedure. Dr. Anderson just personally called me to see how I was doing. How caring is that. He is genuinely interested in his patients wellbeing. I am feeling good and trust the outcome will be excellent. So if you live in Georgia, go see Dr. Anderson and his team. You will see why you pay a little more than the average facility who does hair restoration, but it’s certainly worth it. Well done Dr. Anderson!! Thanks to you and your top notch team.

The Anderson hair center Alpharetta office is a beautiful and state of the art facility. The staff members are very professional and informative. Dr. Anderson made me feel very comfortable and aware of the process involved. From the beginning, I could tell Dr. Anderson and his staff had performed many procedures. Dr. Anderson performed the surgery, not someone else. I had a hair restoration procedure and the process was just as Dr. Anderson had described with no pain or issues. I researched Doctors and the hair transplant process for years, Dr. Anderson and his team are the best choice for hair treatment needs. My advice is choice the best with Anderson hair center.

My time with Dr. Anderson was from start to finish "spot on" ..... I went from skeptical to nervous to informed to comfortable ....... Dr. Anderson's ability to communicate and address concerns was knowledgeable, caring, and straightforward. For me it is always good to know the plus and the negative of any situation and Dr. Anderson was not at all bothered by my hundred and one questions. ...... now the good part ..... During the procedure, Dr. Anderson was calm, in-charge, relaxed, focused on the business of getting me the best result and maximizing the harvesting of follicles for my best results ..... What I like best is his knowledge and comfort with which he does his work ... He was there for me to get the best results possible ... and YES! I am a happy man !!!!!! Thanks Dr. Anderson P.S. Just want your readers to know I interviewed other doctors and walked away because I thought they were "selling me something" instead of listening to me and addressing my questions with knowledge and with real concern. .... I taught me children ... "no ones cares what you know until they know that you care" ...... Thank you Dr. Anderson for caring ...... and for knowing! ..................... Al Keys

I had spent years being self conscious about my thinning hair. Using every product possible from speciality hair shampoos, minoxidil to finasteride. While they helped maintain what I had lost I wanted to get back the hair I had lost. I had spent months doing research on hair transplants doctors before I found the right one for me. That right one was Dr. Anderson. From the first consultation till the surgery, Dr. Anderson and his staff have been amazing. They put my mind at ease and follow up with you after surgery to make sure you are doing alright. Dr. Anderson is always available by email/phone call and prides himself on his care for his patients and it shows. If you are having any hesitation on getting a hair transplant give Anderson Aesthetics a try. They will answer all your questions/concerns and there are excellent finance options to help with costs. If you want to regain what you had lost why go anywhere but the best? That would be Dr. Anderson.

I was apprehensive to get hair restoration done, but this turned out being the best decision ever. The staff was really knowledgeable, and Meghan and Kirsten were amazing! I went with a robotic procedure about 9 months ago, and already have great results. Money well spent.

Dr. Anderson is a miracle worker whose work has rejuvenated my life. My journey with Dr. Anderson began in 2010. Back in 2003, I noticed my hairline starting to recede at the temples, so I started Finasteride. I had great success with that for years, but when I was 33 I noticed it started to recede again. I have always wanted to be in a situation where people just assumed I had not lost any hair rather than going from thin to full hair. I decided to be proactive and not wait until it was very obvious. I met with Bosley, but they told me I had to wait until I lost more hair because it would only be a small procedure (ie, they wouldn’t get enough money). Then I found Dr. Anderson. Even though I only needed fewer than 1000 grafts, he had no hesitation taking me as a client. The scarring was so small that when I went in for a consultation a few years later, he had a difficult time even finding it. The recovery time was very fast (a few days). The grafts were noticeable for about 2 weeks, so I lightly wore a hat. After 8 months, the hair had grown in, and all I can say is the results were phenomenal. It’s not too much to say that Dr. Anderson isn’t just a surgeon — he’s an artist. He took time to make sure that my hairline looked completely organic. It was so natural that my hairstylist didn’t believe me when I told her. She said she could always tell when someone had work done from Bosley. Every few years, I would make an appointment as a follow-up. Dr. Anderson understands that men can be paranoid about their hair loss. Even though I didn’t need anything done at that time, he was patient and compassionate. Most men will end up having more that one procedure, and that was true of me. By 2017, I had lost some fullness around the temples and had some more recession, so I scheduled another procedure. A year later, I couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to the surgeries, I continued with Finasteride and now have added Platelet Rich Plasma treatments and the laser cap for maintenance. If you have any concerns about hair loss, go to Dr Anderson. You won’t be disappointed.

Easier Than Going to the Dentist Apprehension, Concerns, Scared, Pain? Sure, but after my experience in working with Dr Ken Anderson and his team it was easier than going to a dentist to have dental work done. Professional, Knowledgeable , Great environment, Sense of Ease and no nonsense. Great Music , Virtually no pain with the state of the art ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant machine. I felt at complete ease. No pain, no discomfort and his team were very comforting and caring I was mildly thinning/ receding at the mid hairline and needed 1700 hairs to restore and Dr Anderson approached it just like a skilled artist. I would highly recommend him

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind individuals that work great together. They do everything within their power to make your desire for this procedure a reality along with preventative, maintaining solutions to your hair loss. At the consultation you meet with Dr. Lee and he explains everything, answers any comments, questions, or concerns. From there you schedule the appointment. They were extremely patient during all of my travel and persistent with followup calls. They knew I wanted it done, just had to work on the financial aspect, which they were helpful with too. Working up to procedure day they contact you periodically to make sure you know everything that will happen and to continue addressing any questions you might have. During the procedure they're incredibly sweet and accommodating from giving blankets in case you get cold, handing you anything so you don't have to get up, to even doing something silly like take pictures for me because I was just beyond curious. They even let me watch them under the microscope and explained everything to me because I'm inquisitive by nature. As far as the actual procedure is concerned, it goes by faster than you realize, they even let you watch movies/tv shows/etc on streaming networks on the tv right there in the room while it's being done. Dr. Lee has giving the anesthesia down to an art form so you don't feel the needle at all and they will periodically administer more to make sure you don't feel a single thing during the whole procedure. They even give you medicine to help you relax in case you're a bit anxious and if at any time you need more of either of the medicines, they give it to you. I couldn't believe how quick and painless the procedure was, Dr. Lee and his team are phenomenal. After the procedure they send you home with a goody bag that has literally absolutely everything you would possibly need for recovery along with care instructions that are so detailed and specific, I couldn't have been happier about that. The care instructions are literally broken down day by day details of when and what you should do, what you can/can't do, what you should expect etc. it was amazingly helpful. Post procedure your forehead will feel really swollen however, it's not as swollen as it feels that's mainly due to the numbing agents and whatnot. For the first 3-4 days you'll sleep sitting up, they even provide you with a neck pillow but since I travel so much I already had one. They say either days 2 or 3 will have the most swelling, mine was day 2. It was mainly my right eye and cheek (probably because when I woke up my head was tilted that way, whoops), but it basically lasted just that one day then was back to normal. I recommend being able to take a few days to just relax while you heal unless you don't care about wearing a shower cap on your head (just for the first like 3 days or so). They also give you the blue doctor looking hats which I wore over the shower cap when I went out and did things like take my dog to the park, grocery store runs, etc. I was telecommuting when I had the procedure done but had a trip coming up for work which started on my 4th day post surgery. I was able to be at work (in uniform) just fine with no issues and just not allowed to exercise or wear my hair in a high or tight ponytail or bun. Applying the ointment on the stitches was perfectly doable by yourself, however, of course it's easier with someone else's help. You're also washing your hair with baby shampoo until the stitches come out on day 14. They will call and checkup halfway though on day 7 to see how everything is going, which is nice and also listed on the highly detailed care instructions. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Lee and his team of professionals, they're all amazing from start to finish.

Paid this practice tens of thousands of dollars. Had two surgeries done. First went well; second was a disaster (barely ANY results). Assistant staff made flippant staff and Ken Anderson did jack**** about it too after, invited me to come back to atlanta to get pictures each month, what kind of a joke is this? Pays for his placement to reviewed as a top hair transplant surgeon in airplane magazines. I have even flown to atlanta to get PRP shots and the machine wasn't even at their office only to fly back. Stay away FROM THIS DOCTOR. I literally wasted 10s of thousands of dollars! TICKED TO THE NTH DEGREE.
