I met Dr. Stephan when I arrived at the office.He was warm and friendly and there was a professional vibe that made me feel that I had made a good choice . My session with Heather was very comfortable in every sense of the word. She is very soft spoken and that is exactly how she works on her clients. Every tool and maneuver she approached was explained completely before she began. I appreciated that because I felt as though I was seeing everything she was doing through her eyes. Heather has a very gentle touch...and a soothing voice , so even though I had been given a numbing medication , I felt absolutely no discomfort. I also feel that her gentle approach lends itself to a very natural looking result. I am very happy to have met Heather. I will definitely be an established client and recommend her to others. I love my new look and will continue to try new procedures.

Cannot say enough good things about this office. In South Tampa, there are soooo many options for cosmetic/aesthetic procedures, but this is by far the best office I've visited. I've met Dr. Stephan once, and he was extremely friendly, and extremely professional. Both my Mother and myself have become regulars with his Nurse Practitioner, Heather Flanagen, and she is fantastic! Heather is so incredibly detail oriented, and so innovative and proactive, when it comes to skincare and cosmetic treatments. Everything from laser, to filler, to botox, you name it. Heather takes her time to fully assess your particular skin conditions and goals, to determine the absolute best course of treatment. She is super conservative, not only in terms of your wallet, but also in achieving a very natural look. She is big on anti-aging and prevention, which I think is key to keeping your face looking as good as possible, for as long as possible. She never tries to "sell" you on anything that you don't actually need. And she is one of the few medical professionals that I've met with, that properly diagnosed and successfully treated my melasma. I've had others try to "laser it off", only to aggravate it, and make it worse....whether that was due to an improper diagnosis, thinking it was sun damage, or general lack of knowledge regarding the condition, and that it doesn't "like" laser treatment, who knows.... But Heather was quick to determine exactly what the discoloration was, before suggesting any procedure whatsoever. And after a very simple, and very affordable peel, my skin looked amazingly better. The office is lovely, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. It is always easy to make an appointment, and a pleasure to see everyone there. Highly recommend!

I have sun spots on my face that I am trying to rid of. I tried the ViPeel service to see if this would help remove. I am very pleased with the results. While they are not completely gone the color has lightened and they are as prominent. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an appointment with Dr. Stephan for my first Botox treatment to my brow and forehead. First off, I’m really pleased with the result, no more “11”, which was my main concern, and some added edge without the lines. I found the experience to be really easy and comfortable from start to finish. He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I’m the type of guy that appreciates the play by play. Additionally, he’s down to earth and precise. Definitely recommend and plan on returning in the future.
