Haven't even been but I won't ever go after my so call virtual consultation, first they gave me the run around for over 4 weeks. After the 4th week I called to find out what was going on for them to put me on the phone with some guy who made me feel so ugly and fat... I will not go here, it really hurts to know that they treat new customers like this. Only the lady who answered the phone was pleasant.

Called to make an appointment using a Groupon. Discussed desired procedure and the area I wanted treated. The person scheduling the appt said the Groupon would apply to the procedure I wanted done. Arrived at appointment on time. Waited for nearly an hour to be seen by Dr. Miles. After telling me I was a suitable candidate he sent in his "upseller". The salesman of the office then told me the Groupon procedure that was advertised wouldn't be enough for what I wanted done despite being told it would be honored over the phone. He then told me it would be an additional $800 above and beyond the $299 advertised price. I showed them the exact groupon and procedure they said they would do as part of the Groupon on the Groupon website. They said too bad, the price was what it was. Total waste of my time. They are all about the upsell here. Don't bother, they are not going to honor what they advertise for the price advertised. Would not recommend to anyone. Scammers! Groupon has turned into a platform for scam doctors to get you in the door for the upsell!

I'm 7 months post operation and absolutely love my results! I got a bbl and it came out perfect, I told him that I wanted something that goes with my body and it does. The lipo came out very good as well. I just recommended my friend here, the place is clean, recovery is fast and someone was there to answer my questions at all times. I'm going to get lipo on my back now I will be updating in a year letting everybody know if my bbl shrinks anymore cause that's the only thing I'm worried about since it did shrink quite a bit from 3 months to 7 months. However it was an Overall amazing experince.

After consulting with 4 other different places and paying over $1000 worth of deposits for procedures I ended up canceling due to my “gut” feelings; I finally ran across Smart Shape. From my virtual consultation to my follow up visits, everyone was amazing. I came down alone from out of town for my procedure and Nurse Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond for me by coming to my hotel room to care for me after the procedure. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The staff is awesome in terms of being nice. However... I hate the results of my BBL. After a year and 4 months I don't see much of a difference from the operation for the price... Do not go! When I went to get my BBL I felt EVERYTHING. I was screaming and crying when the girl held my hand. It was so traumatizing. Also for my first scheduled appt, the surgery never showed up and I fell asleep in the office waiting. It was VERY unprofessional. I get another BBL done in Miami because I was disappointed in the results. The Dr I’m going to in Miami is cerified, uses anesthesia (better to work with due to people not moving around due to extreme pain) the price includes post op massages which I found out is a MUST. And in Miami they do 12 areas to LIPO from. I can’t believe the amount I paid with dr miles and the results. I regret it almost everyday.

My surgery was set for 5:30 AM and I have to admit I was a little nervous since they said I would only be under local Anastasia. I did a lot of research to see how that was going to go. Morning of my surgery I met with Victoria who went over the aftercare with me she made me feel Eddie's and assured me everything was going to go very smooth. I'll happily say it truly did. I was conscious enough to know what was going on and listen to the docs instructions but never felt an ounce of pain!!!! Right after my surgery girls help me get into my compression garment were very kind and caring and walk me out to the lobby where I met my husband. I went home took a nap woke back up change my bandages and I have been great every sense. Everyday I am shrinking more and more and I am ecstatic with my results! Ladies and gentlemen if you have been thinking about doing this procedure it truly does change your life do not listen to the negative people go and meet with the girls in the office Jordan, Sherry and Victoria are amazing and meet with Dr. Miles and form your own opinion! Every time I called with 1 million different questions and trust me I really have, the girls answered them with no problems and always made me feel comfortable! I am now coming up on four weeks postop and I love my results! I want every week for my massage and girl talk LOL

Just came from taking my daughter in for a consultation .....First impression was while signing in, the reception desk was covered with tiny ants crawling around .......secondly, we waited for 45 minutes and still no one had called us back yet. We finally just left. Very disappointing experience.
