30 seconds diagnosis for ear pain? I was out of there in less than 5 min with the nurse checking my heart rate. They rushed to schedule another appointment in a month. Dr rogers just wants money go to different E.N.T he does not care for your health

After many years of visits to different asthma & allergy specialists here in Florida we decided a better option would be to try out Florida ENT and Allergy, which at the time was (Tampa Bay ENT). It’s been close to 7-8 years and I couldn’t be more happy with the decision we made. Allergy medications never worked for me. Since day one Dr. Rogers has shown his dedication to his patients, he makes it not only his priority to address whatever situation it is his patients need care over, but he also makes it his priority to make his patients knowledgeable, and comfortable with what his recommended plan of action is. He is not one to make his patients feel pressured. He dedicates time to each of his patients appointments, which is something that I appreciate. His appointments may run a little behind due to the time he spends with his patients, however I rather a doctor allow me to ask all the questions I need to ask, and dedicate time to my care, than feel rushed and not get the proper care. He is also amazing with children. I cannot thank him and his medical assistant enough for everything that do! Sarah, does everything in her power to schedule his procedures, and surgeries. She is great with caring for his patients, and making sure they are well taken care of.

Recently had thyroid removal surgery performed by Dr Rogers. I am so glad I found this excellent surgeon. He is a wonderful professional that is amazing at answering all questions, speaking in terms that are easy to understand without talking down to you. The surgery was performed at Brandon Regional Hospital and the facilities and staff were excellent. Of particular note is Dr Roger's assistant Sarah....she is fantastic, on top of everything and with a bubbly friendly personality to make you feel at ease. STRONGLY recommend Dr Roger's for your ENT and head and neck surgery needs.

I'm really disappointed with dr Rogers, after coming in to the room he spends 1 minute looking in to the ear and nose that's it. He said he can't see anything wrong, prescribed drops for 200$... "If it doesn't get better come back in a month".... Seems like he doesn't care about the people.

I generally see the professionals, Bri and Katrice, who administer the allergy shots. They are always friendly yet professional and always willing to assist patients with any office-related problem. I almost always see Bri who has an uncanny memory for personal issues/children/vacations that I have talked about in the office. So while being a total professional she also demonstrates a very caring mentality. This is very refreshing in our current world and especially as compared to other physician offices. Also the front desk receptionists Valerie and Jasmine are the best. There used to be a girl there that was your worst nightmare; I hated coming knowing I had to deal with this girl who couldn't smile and offered no help regarding payment amounts other than "that's what the computer says". Valerie and Jasmine smile, greet you, ask you how your day is going....how refreshing! Jasmine too has an uncanny memory regarding my past stories about my girls, their college life etc., with all the patients seen every week, it is amazing how she picks up on who I am and "checks in" on my girls! Love!

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Rogers this morning at the Brandon location. He is pleasant, friendly and answered all of my ENT questions. I have been followed by him for ear issues and he always gives me truthful medical options for my ear care! I would recommend him if you are looking for a great ENT!!!

Jeremy Rogers was the worst doctor I have ever seen for my hearing impairment. I was referred to him after losing part of my hearing from an illness and before any tests could be done, he told my parents that I was lying for attention and that nothing was wrong with my hearing. We had to talk him into doing tests, which he did reluctantly. When the mri came back and he interpreted it as damage to the auditory nerve he said to me, a 13 yro girl at the time, yeah it could be that or you could just be a liar to get special attention”. One of the worse doctors for hearing problems, especially for children. Overall the office is disorganized and sketchy. Dr. Day in Brandon is much much better for pediatric ENT.

This was my first visit. Dr. Rogers was great! His staff was very disorganized though. They told me I had to pay extra for an additional procedure, which I agreed. At checkout, they told me that I had to pay almost $100 more than the agreed amount. Then, I get a bill in the mail for an additional $115. So an additional $200 I ended up paying without being told about it. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty and communication. The whole experience was pretty uncomfortable.

Dr. Rogers is an excellent Doctor. I have been suffering with Sinus issues for a while and since I have been a patient of his I am finally starting to feel like myself again. He is very caring and patient and willing to do whatever he can to help you feel better. Sarah who is his MA is also equally great. She goes above and beyond to do whatever needs to be done to aid in your care as well. I have no complaints and I love the excellent treatment I receive from the two of them

went for my first visit approximately 2 weeks ago and was very happy with my experience. I have had to call a few times since with questions and the staff could not be more helpful and polite. I was also very happy with Dr Rogers. In that one visit I was given more information about my issues than ever before! I have a followup soon to decide the course of action to be taken. He gave me options and different scenarios with each option. He took his time, explained things and was not in a rush to get me out the door..I would recommend for sure ..thx!!
