I hope the only reason that office manager works there is because is related to the Doctor. She is so unprofessional , The experience is so upsetting , They lie they change the numbers and when you ask for the return of the money , they refused to returned my calls during a 6 weeks period.( A six week period that started 4 weeks after the return was asked) Finally when I threat them to sue them for the money , She called within 2 minutes , to tell me that my check was sent to me 20 days ago and oh course instead of over $800 amount was for over $400 , and now , They will have to void check and charge me the cost to my account , I do not understand why somebody didn't tell me that check was already issued two weeks ago that I called in three times. She also lied right to me over the phone telling me that she is been returning my phone calls. I do not understand if she knows the damage she is doing to the Doctor's reputation but I guess they do not care a bit.
