I can't begin to say enough nice things about Dr. Aya-ay. I received a breast reduction from her, I started a 34e and now I am a 32d/34d (depends on the bra type). From contacting her the first time to scheduling a consultation, to the completion and follow-up from my surgery was handled with great bedside manner and professionalism. She is extremely thorough in what she does and you can tell that she has a passion for it, and it translated in the care she gave me. Before I decided to go forward with my breast reduction, I did extensive research. Everyone that I spoke with and the reviews that I came across, explained how much pain they were in. I was very skeptical in doing the surgery because of the projected amount of pain. I was in surgery with Dr. Aya-ay for 7 hours I believe. When I tell you that I didn't have one ounce of pain, I am being as honest as I can be. I understand that everyones pain level is different, but I never experienced one minute of pain from my reduction. The only thing that gave me a second of discomfort, was when she pulled a stitch from my nipple. My breast are well lifted, and very well proportioned. If I had to do this surgery over again, I would and Dr. Aya-ay would be the only one that I would choose to do it. No matter what type of surgery or service you are thinking about getting from her, you won't be disappointed. Of course, do your own research, and most importantly make sure that if you are having something cosmetic done, that the doctor is a board certified plastic surgeon. Initially, my insurance company referred me to a doctor that specialized in hand surgeries. A doctor does not have to be a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to conduct surgeries and procedures. I am glad that I did my research and found Dr. Aya-ay. I am military and my breast reduction was a medical necessity, so she takes Tricare. I can't thank her enough for the way that she took care of me. I have now moved out of the state of Florida, but if I wanted or needed any other cometic procedure done, I will be traveling to Florida to have her do it.

Dr. Aya-ay did fillers and Botox for me. I wanted to make my face look more symmetrical. She really took her time and was very honest. I am very pleased with my results.
