Me, my mom and my sister have been going to Image Lift for a few years now, and we just love it. Dr. C. and his staff are very professional and always do there best to make you feel comfortable and work with you. My family and I have a great experience and just love the results that Image Lift provides. I would recommend Image Lift to anyone who would like to change some things or just tweek a little here and there, what a difference it really makes for yourself and like he says a smile is worth a million bucks!!! They have 2 offices and I have no difficulty getting in to see Dr. C. when needed. Trust, me you will not regret it! Just for the record, the Doctor and I are not related, although we share the same last name.

Recently being prepped for surgery ( non cosmetic) the nurse saw the long scar on my neck and asked who did this! It's terrible! I was so embarrassed. I made an excuse but in reality it was from a procedure to remove my turkey neck! A friend had a different procedure and became reclusive! Don't let his charm fool you!! In response to the owner's comment, (see below). I did reach out to the doctor when I was hemorrhaging less than 24 hours after procedure!

I am very pleased with my laser surgery. It completely took away all of my sun damage and softened my wrinkles. I just had permanent filler for the folds around my mouth and cheeks. After posting this review, I received a personal phone call from Dr. Castellano apologizing for the delay of the refund. I explained to him that I wasn't as upset about the delay as I was of the lack of followup on the refund request. I have now received the check and with a promise from Dr. Castellano to make things right>>>>>>>>>>>>.I went to their office the Monday after Thanksgiving for a free consultation. I was advised if I put $250.00 fully refundable deposit, they would guarantee the price they were quoting for anytime in 2014. I gave them the deposit. I changed my mind about having the procedure and called requesting a refund on Jan. 14 (left a message). I was near the office on Jan 17 and went in and was advised the refund would be processed back to my credit card. By Feb. 6, a credit had not appeared on my account so I called. I was told that a check would be cut and had to be signed by the Dr. on Feb 7 and would be mailed to me. It is now Feb. 21 and I have not received the check nor the courtesy to advise me of what was happening. I have call numerous times and given different reasons as to why I have not received the check none of which were feasible. Even if I decided to have a procedure done it would not be with Image Lift and I will advise anyone who asks not to use them.

I have never has any surgical procedures other than 2 chemical peels performed at this office which were great. I decided it was time to try a filler and researched many surgeons before choosing Dr. Castellano because from what I have read, the filler is only as good as the person injecting it is. I immediately saw dramatic results after Dr. Castellano finished the procedure and was very pleased. I waited 3 weeks to write of my experience to allow for time to see the full effect and I am thrilled with my results. Dr Castellano made my experience very stressfree with little if any discomfort, he explained everything beforehand, during, and post treatment in a calm, pleasant manner which distracted me from the procedure being done and before I knew it, it was complete. I feel I can trust Dr Castellano to perform anything else I may decide to do in the future and that is saying alot because you cannot hide your face, lol. Also, I would like to mention that I did not tell anyone, including my husband, that I had the filler done and he has been saying how pretty I look with less makeup on and admiring my appearance more, true story! I requested dysport and was sold xeomin without my authorization. This happened with thanks patient coordinator Stephanny, who is not a doctor and has no saying in what product I decide to purchase(I recommend to stay away for her). She apologized but I was very unsatisfied and the results, they are not the same as dysport and they charged me the same for a product that's cheaper. The doctor is very nice, but this place seems very greedy for my taste, dysport/xeonin have the same price 250 per area and only 20 units (red flag, you should be charged by unit not area) and their fillers are extremely expensive 1000 or more. The doctor can be double certified but ethical values are out of the window. There are better offices and places out there that are not trying to rip you off.

My eye lift was several months ago. I have never given a negative review so I hesitated for months before I decided to write this. Let me begin by saying the facility was small and shabby. Baseboard and door moldings were dirty and scuffed. Place definitely needed some TLC. I waited over an hour in a tiny room for my 1st follow-up appointment. I could hear the Dr. talking to a potential new patient in the next room. The woman came in after me. Mine was a 5 minute appointment but the Dr choose to take the potential new patient, whose money he didn't have yet, before me. The exact same thing happened when I went for my 2nd follow-up, There was no one in the waiting room when I was called in so I thought great this should be quick. WRONG!! After waiting for 20 minutes I heard the Dr talking to another potential patient. You could hear the entire conversation. I continued to wait while employees kept walking in and out of this room to access another room. I could hear several of the staff laughing outside my door while I sat there and waited and waited. They weren't busy but since the good doctor already had my money I guess I was no longer a priority. After waiting an hour I got up and walked out!

Dr. was wonderful! When I woke up the third day and was more swollen than the first two days. I was certain I was having a reaction to the antibiotic. I called him on his cell and we did face time and he assured me I was having normal swelling just delayed. Having his cell phone number and to be able to contact him @ 6:00 am was really a comfort! Otherwise I would have been off to the ER convinced I was having a drug reaction. He also called and checked on me later that day.

Excellent consultation, Dr. Castellano goes over all the details and personally performs the all filler injections. I choose the lasting injections which is great to know I do not have to keep getting the same injections every year to maintain the look. The cost just slightly more than injections lasting only a year at best. The results are natural looking, like me, only younger. I used to hate to look in the mirror as I always seemed to look tired, now I see how I used to look many years ago. I picked up my husband from the airport the same day after the filler injections and he was amazed how refreshed I looked. I would recommend Dr. Castellano for anyone considering fillers. I knew Dr. Castellano's work would be good, because I saw the results of work he had done on a friend, but I was AMAZED by what he did for me! Not only rejuvenating my looks (so that I look like "me" again, and not like my mom) but he did a very artistic surgery on my lip, which had severe sun damage from a life spent in Arizona, Hawaii and Florida. A couple of other surgeons were unsure how to tackle the lesion on my lip, but Dr. C had no reservations whatsoever, and I am SO SO HAPPY! If you have to save up every penny (like I did) for rejuvenation, I can tell that it is SO worth it! You won't regret it! Treat yourself like you deserve to be treated!

I have friends that have had face lifts or different types of fillers before and I could tell right away without they even telling me what they have done to their faces. Their faces changed dramatically, not looking natural so I was a little hesitant to visit any surgeon thinking if I tried to look younger I was probably going to loose my natural look or even look older as some people do after face-lifting procedures or fillers. But when I found the courage I chose to visit Dr. Castellano after doing some research and I found he had a very good reputation. Once there I took the chance to get injected with a filler called bellafill. The doctor's approach for the different options convinced me I was in the right hands. He goes slowly with the procedure to not over do it. It was the best investment I did for myself and for my confidence. I am 51 years old and people cannot figure out my real age, no matter where I go people think and believe I am in my late 30's. I am very happy with the results!

When my daughter came to visit I told her about my procedure and she said that she was glad that I did something for myself that made me happy and that I looked wonderful. I have been very pleased with Dr. C and his staff. He is a true artist. My results have been superb and I look and feel at least 10 years younger than I really am.

As many of our followers know we have been traveling and visiting plastic surgeons from all around the world, fortunately our experience with majority of the offices have exceeded our expectations, that however does not go for this office. Regrettably we did not get a chance to even see the doctor due to his Extremely foul receptionist Euphomia ( not sure about the spelling) I have NEVER experienced such POOR customer service, she was extremely unpleasant, rude and condescending! I called last week to make an appt, she scheduled me in for today, did not mention anything about the doctor not being in and me having to see someone by the name of Stephanie instead, I did however find this out when I called to confirm if my appointment was at 12 or 12:30 today and the young lady that answered the phone ( very nice by the way) stated that the doctor is not in today... Ephomia then got on the phone and rudely started speaking over me saying that the doctor is never in on Tuesdays, as if I ( a new patient) would know his schedule! She then proceeded to say that the doctor goes by Stephanie's recommendations, mind you my appointment was for fillers that I've had done several times, So it's bizarre that A plastic surgeon would just go by an "advisors" recommendations with out consulting with the patient first? This was a complete waste of my time as I could have committed to other apppintments for the day. I can't rate the doctors work, but I have zero desire to step foot into an office that has an individual like Euphoria handling the clients.

Dr. Castellano is not only the Best Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon that has ever worked on me but he is also a Wonderful, Caring, Conscientious human being. I feel Blessed and so fortunate that I met him and that he performed my procedures!! Dr. Castellano, you have Exceeded my expectations !!

This was my first experience with fillers. The numbing medication worked and he used another tool on the face which caused a distraction from the pain associated with injection. The procedure was great, and the doc is awesome. I have trauma related scars and dents on the right side of my face from a a car accident, as I have aged I had no symmetry from the right and left side and a sagging appearance on the right side of my orbital area. I had no idea fillers could address that or I would have been here much sooner. Immediately after the procedure there is already an improvement in the balance of those two areas. He truly is an artist and his chair side manners rock.

I’m writing on behalf of my mother who was a patient at this facility. First and foremost, we would like to praise Dr. Castellano for his amazing work. She couldn’t be happier with the results. That is the only reason why she gave 4 stars. However, the unnecessary and excessive up-selling from the “patient care coordinator” nearly ruined the experience. I have personally worked at a plastic surgery office before, and I understand the purpose of up-selling. It’s standard practice. But we never felt the need to persistently berate a patient in the hopes of getting them to agree to procedures way over their budget. This is exactly what happened to my mother. After kindly saying no to the first round of pressure from the “patient care coordinator,” they continue to push without end, going as far as to belittle her by saying “you need this,” and “what you’re doing isn’t enough.” It is the worst example of professional salesmanship we have ever experienced. We recommend that management intervenes and reviews the practices of their “patient care coordinators” and how they care for their patients. No one should feel pressured into altering their appearance or agreeing to procedures AFTER they have already declined multiple times. If you can personally withstand the first hour of extremely uncomfortable “patient care” from their “patient care coordinators,” then you will love the results from Dr. Castellano.
