You'll wait HOURS for minutes of guesswork. No matter what time your appointment is scheduled, you'll be lucky to be seen 2 hours later. Seriously, you cannot have anything scheduled for the rest of your day. I have seen people name-drop the Yankees to cut the line. It's maddening. I was injured back in OCTOBER. 2 MRIs, Xrays and many exams later...Dr Murphy (when he gets around to seeing me) will basically not know what's causing the issue. Every time he sees me, it's like he's pondering my issue for the first time. He's constantly catching up rather than investing time into patient care. I've been dealing with this pain for months and I honestly think I'd rather start over with another doctor than deal with the insanity of that office one more second.

If I could I would give Dr. Alexander and his nurses 0 stars. Never have I met a doctor so uncaring, dismissive, and so down right disrespectful. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my time with him and instead went to someone who actually upheld the oath doctors/nurses take.
