Hi! I really hope that you read this review one day and find the courage to come here and pursue whatever goal you are pursuing here at Dr. Ricalde's office. Her front office employees and medical staff are incredible! I recently had a double jaw surgery here and the recovery phase and the work that got done are on another level of perfection! She's a very kind, strong, and smart surgeon and I highly recommend you come here if you're lucky enough to read this.

Dr. Pat Ricalde is an amazing doctor and person. She Did surgery on both of my children and on my husband. She is kind, caring and an amazing surgeon. The staff is friendly and sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ricalde to anyone! I wish we could duplicate her!

Called ahead to see about getting a replacement nose stent for my son with severe cleft. Explained to the receptionist what was needed specifically. Receptionist puts me on hold to confirm they can assist me. Was told she could help me. Drove an hr one way, paid $175 and left in the same condition we were in as when we came. Literally paid to have her and her team tell me it really didnt make a difference if his nostrils closed up and they don't have any stents available. Was charged that much when nothing was done. I even had to ask for my original stent back before leaving. My son has been to specialists in the hospital and dental offices so much at only 6 months old. It is frustrating to take him in again because we were misinformed and then spent money from his surgery fund for nothing. No thanks.

Amazing, I had an emergency and I had gone to Aspen Dental only a Technician looked at which teeth were loose and I tried to explain where the pain was coming from. They told me I needed two teeth remove, deep cleaning a temporary partial bridge and then a permanent bridge. All of the for 4k. I was told I would still need to see another Doctor and to book the appointment to see her I needed to pay the 4k upfront. The only nice thing was, my examination was free, I asked for a copy of my exrays and took what I had to FLORIDA CRANIOFACIAL INSTITUTE. They got me in at 230pm as a walk in emergency and the staff up front you could not ask for anything better. They saw the pain I was in and asked the Doctor if I could be squeezed and yes. It didn't take long at all to be seen and diagnosed and even same day tooth removal. Thank Ya'll so much. Above and beyond, thank you KENNY JIMNO MULBERRY FLORIDA

She did an excellent job on extracting my wisdom teeth. However the jaw surgery performed has caused more harm then good. She was supposed to leave room for dental implants as well as a correction of the alignment of my jaw. Causing me to have to spend over $10,000 on fixing the alignment of my jaw with build ups and splints. After surgery I have constant pain and none of my teeth touch and my face is uneven.

I am so impressed with this place. From the moment I called Florida Cranio Facial Institute my experience was so thorough and professional. Extremely professional. The day of my appointment I barely waited at all in the waiting room at all. The sweet receptionist knew who I was and was so welcoming. The technician was excellent and I immediately felt more at ease in the exam room. Dr. Palermo was so thorough and knowledgeable. I felt she was very focused on what she was doing and genuinely cared about my issue. She was pleasant and kind. The wonderful people in the front office even took extra time on the phone with me to talk me through being lost on my way there. They were so kind and patient. I would recommend FL Cranio to family and friends without reservation.

I'm sure they're great at what they do but I'll never know. I wasn't able to get a quote from them. After my initial consultation I didn't hear anything for a few months and didn't know what was going on. Getting any information was really difficult and took numerous follow up attempts. I ended up finding another surgeon with great follow up and patient care.

Dr Palermo is the Worlds Greatest Surgeon. My son has autism and has numerous allergies to medications and health issues. She is extremely compassionate, patient and explains everything to you and your child. She gives you her uninterrupted valuable time and does not rush EVER you through the appointment. She made my son feel at ease and his recovery was phenomenal because of her expertise. If you’re looking for a surgeon, look no further. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. This surgeon charges a consultation fee, while other oral surgery offices do not. Thankfully I ended up getting quotes from multiple surgeons. Their price was 75% higher than Tampa Bay Institute of Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. In fact, I could get the same surgery at TBI without ANY insurance at all and it would still be less expensive than Florida Craniofacial with my insurance! The consult room was also dark and the music was loud.

Dr. Pat Ricalde has been one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasures of having. I've worked with her for a little over a year planning my double jaw surgery. She made the entire experience easy, professional, and stress-less. She provided me all of the information that I needed and worked directly with my orthodontist reminding me that I was the patient and she was going to take care of me and all of my needs. I can't say how much I am going to miss her, Dr. Vicky Palermo, and the rest of the team in the office. Even after my surgery, they provided me with their personal cell phone number to call or text at any time! I mean that's incredible! I felt like family!! Had to get my #1 out asap. I came in to the lobby and it felt as if i was at a friends house, some kind of confort/warm felling. The lobby was clean and there was plenty of chairs to sit on. Also verry kid friendly! Receptionist was attentive and helpful. When i got my tooth out i didn't even know it was out. I was in and out of the dentist office, my wait time was minimal. After i went home a few hours later, the doctor gave me a check up call to see how i was. Best experience ever from a dentistal ofice.
