We could not say enough about the game changing experience we had under the care of Dr. Older. My husband's unique, uncommon condition made finding a knowledgeable, experienced professional in our home area difficult at best. Through research and referral we met with Dr. Older, who was from the first consultation, understanding, compassionate and encouraging offeing potential treatment and positive outcome options. I must add that his staff and assistants were prompt, courteous and most helpful from the scheduling of our initial consult through our post surgical follow ups. Dr. Older performed two very difficult, delicate procedures on my husband to help correct his condition. The relief was within days of the procedures and he continues to progress. Dr. Older's experience, expertise and his true compassion for his patients is amazing! Thanks to Dr. Older and his staff of caring professionals.

I contacted this office because I needed help with an issue I was having. The moment I waked into this office I was made to feel at home by an amazing person named Jennifer. She was kind, courteous, extremely informative and never left my side. I was in and out in a few minutes and left feeling really happy I chose this office and this doctor. I have never been so happy in my life. Thank you for making what could have been an extremely stressful visit into an opportunity for me to become a patient for life! With the changes in the healthcare industry it's hard to find an office like this these days. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Words can’t describe how wonderful and professional I had experience with Dr.Older and his staff. Everyone are so skillful and take their job so seriously. I am so pleased with my upper eyelid and eye bags that I never thought it could turn out the way I want. The result was exceeded my expectations.They make you feel comfortable from beginning to the end,not just the patient but also the family as well.

The worst doctors ever. After sitting in the chair the doctor said this may sting a little bit then proceeded to poke around my eye with a needle to numb the area. It was excruciatingly painful. After showing my extreme discomfort for this oh, I made him stopped and asked if there was any other way this could be done, at which time he said yes we could have put a cream on it to do the same thing. Unbelievable. He did not even give me the option to put a cream on my eye, or the area, and wait 30 or 40 minutes as opposed to sticking a needle in my skin near my eye numerous times. Then the office completely messed up my billing and charged me for something that was indeed covered by my insurance. It took me forever to get reimbursed for this by them. So Not only was the doctor terrible, the staff handling the bills or billing was equally incompetent

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Outstanding, highly personal staff with very highly skilled doctors. I can't thank them enough for the professional and thoughtful care I received. They care about the patients and it shows. A refreshing change from most medical practices.

I cannot express what a wonderful experience I had with Dr. Older and my upper eyelid surgery. I would say the procedure was virtually painless. You do need to do the icing as recommended and you will have swelling and slight bruising for at least two weeks. I am beyond thrilled with my result and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

Although my problem was not a serious one as it turned out I was treated by a most professional and prompt office staff and medical staff working together. I was not made to feel panicked or trivial and when the doctor worked on my problem it was pain free.

I Would not recommend. I came in for a visit for a minor eye surgery he told me he would do when he returned from vacation. I came in after he returned from his vacation and he told me he would do the surgery after he came back from vacation. Horrible communication horrible service .
