I always dreamed of having cosmetic surgery but didn't realize how much I needed it until I switched cell phones. Crazy right? Well my droid phone camera had a filter that apparently erased all of my flaws. When I got an iPhone and took a selfie I was shocked!! Did I really look that bad?? Thank you Dr Castellano!! I no longer need a filter on my camera. The procedures were exactly as explained and the results are amazing!! I can't recommend him enough. He is so nice and caring and so is his staff. I specifically chose Elite Facial Plastic Surgery despite them being an hour and 20 minutes from my home because based on reviews and lots of research I determined they were the very best and I wanted it done right and I am so glad I did! Last year I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty done for the first time. The results were amazing. For the first time in my life my nose was straight and my confidence improved significantly because of it. There was virtually no pain and the results were instant. They spent time explaining to me everything and answering any questions I had. I just went back today for a touch up as the results were starting to fade as it's not a permanent fix. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the doctor and all the staff was courteous as usual. The pricing is fair and they don't try to push anything on you. Dr. Castellano and his staff are amazing! They are all friendly, thorough, empathetic, kind, and truly professional. I went in to have my deviated septum corrected and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I had always heard of how horrible the recovery was for most people. I read horror stories that I'd have black eyes, splints and packing in my nose, and having all of that removed would be even more painful than the surgery itself. Well, that is NOT how Dr. Castellano handles the procedure. I had absolutely NO black eyes or swelling. I had NO packing. I had NO splints. All I had was a very stuffy nose for about a week. The only part that was "tough" was that I couldn't blow my nose for several days. It was a breeze, and I am breathing better than I ever have since breaking my nose as a little girl. As I've aged, I started to get increasingly concerned with my sagging neck. Even though I am a physically active, thin and fit 75 year old male who works out regularly, exercise wasn't helping this area of my body. I thought that my neck was making me look older than I felt and this had become a major distraction. I finally decided that it bothered me enough to do something about it. I took my time and interviewed several plastic surgeons in the Tampa area and, even though I liked all of them, I found myself most impressed by Dr. Dominic Castellano at Elite Plastic Surgery of Tampa. During my consultation, we discussed the pros and cons of a direct excision neck lift and the dramatic difference it would make to my profile. We also discussed the added improvement a chin implant would make as well. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it - neck lift and chin implant and I am very happy I did. First of all, one of my early concerns was the neck scar a direct excision typically requires, but to my surprise Dr. Castellano was able to perform the neck lift through the minimal opening required for my chin implant, which is not visible and is fading with time. As a result of this creative approach, I have no scar on my neck and my neck looks very natural, the way it once did decades ago. If anyone is seriously concerned about a problem area and considering doing something about it, I would strongly recommend consulting Dr. Castellano and his attentive and caring staff. I think you will find them accommodating and highly skilled.

This place messed up my nose. Dr Jasin no longer works here... It's now other doctors that aren't very good. Do NOT trust these people with injectables. I can promise you that you will regret it. They screwed me up big time and the same thing happened to my best friend who i referred back when i thought Jasin was still working there... BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

I had the Coolsculpting procedure a couple of months ago to remove some of my stubborn belly fat. The staff and Dr. Castellano were wonderful to work with and they were all friendly and professional. The doctor was very accessible and spent time answering all my questions. My experience has outstanding overall and I felt like a valued customer from the time I made my first inquiry through my most recent follow-up appt. The Coolsculping procedure itself was painless and only took about 2 hours total. They attached the machine to my "muffin top" and turned it on to freeze the fat away. There was no surgery and I didn't have to take any time off at all. I went to the gym the following morning and didn't have any issues resuming activity. Now, 2 months later, there is a noticeable reduction in fat! I would definitely recommend Jasin Facial and Body Rejuvenation to my friends and family for any plastic surgery work, injectable fillers or any of their non-invasive body sculpting treatments. I looked for someone who was double board certified and one that had good reviews and qualifications. After booking a consultation with Dr Dominic, I was met at a nice quiet reception room and lead into consultation with Chrissy. She was very informative and put me at ease. Dr. Dominic examined me and suggested a facelift along with neck lift for a better outcome. There was no pressure whatsoever. This was the first cosmetic surgery clinic I decided to have a consultation with for non-surgical rhinoplasty. I had a small bump on the bridge of my nose I wanted corrected with filler as an initial procedure to see how I liked it and to try to temporarily fix the problem without having to pay thousands of dollars and go under the knife and making that permanent commitment (at least just yet) as I would be a client that had never had any previous work done. As soon as I began talking about what I came there for I felt immediate bad vibes. Subsequently, 90% of my consultation had been geared towards persuading me that a full blown surgery was more appropriate given the fact that the injectible would be $1200 for just one syringe from them and would turn into an “expensive habit” given that it “only would last 3 months.” I was also told that with surgery they would narrow down and trim parts of my nose that I had not expressed any concern with (something that was also a bit off-putting). I felt like I was being pushed into making them a sale and looked at as a dollar sign rather than a person trying to be listened to. I am happy I choose to go another route as I went with a different surgeon who charged HALF the price for the exact injectible procedure I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me by coercing me into full blown surgery, listened to my concerns, and gave me the side profile I wanted with minimal side effects. For anyone looking to do filler for the nose, I hope they can help and listen to you. But it didn’t happen here for me unfortunately.

He has a great calming personality , amazing bedside manner, great confidence, and extensive knowledge in the field of facial plastic surgery.
