Dr. D is a really great ENT. I have a 5 year old who of course was terrified. Dr. D came into the room with a smile on his face and made the whole appointment so enjoyable. When she had to get tubes in her ears, she had a stuffed bunny with her. He gave the bunny a hat and mask to wear in the surgery room with my daughter. Every trip we make here has been such an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. I would definitely recommend them to all and anyone who needs an ENT.

Very bad experience with Dr. DiPasquale. He was very rude, abrupt, and demeaning. Despite the fact that he spent the first five minutes asking to see pictures of my children, and asking personal questions and talking about his personal life, when he finally examined me, and was explaining things very vaguely and quickly, so I asked what a word he mentioned meant, he quickly and rudely responded that he did not have time to explain everything. He babbled a lot and said he talked a lot and would explain everything he was going to do very well because of that, but he actually did not explain what things well at all and I was really caught off guard, and he was not very gentle. I mistuck him saying that we can get the test done now, as that the test would be done that day, but he meant it as in the near future, I assume. So, then he said he never said he would be doing the test that day, and then told me to repeat everything he just said to make sure I fully understood exactly what he was instructing. He also said a few other rude things and behaved very strange, in my option. I left in tears with more questions than answers. Thankfully, I went to a new ENT, who was very kind, patient, and gentle, the complete opposite of Dr. DiPasuale.

I would definitely recommend Dr. DiPasquale to anyone looking for an accomplished ENT and TMJ doctor as well as a consummate plastic surgery artist! I first went to see Dr. DiPasquale over ten years ago for ENT issues and also problems with my TMJ. He was extremely helpful and kind (and many doctors back then did not recognize TMJ as being a condition) which was of great relief to me! Since then I have always been able to trust that he will be thoughtful, attentive and skilled both as an ENT and a plastic surgeon. Over the years he has been (and still is) a great help to my daughter with her tonsils and was a great help removing a cystic stye from her eye as well. He is also an absolute artist when it comes to fillers and Botox! I would not let anyone else so much as touch my face with a needle and he is very good at creating a desired effect (I brought in a picture and he made me look exactly like it) and many of my friends I have referred have all had stellar experiences. The office staff is very accommodating and is always there to answer questions. If you are looking for a Dr. that is both kind, empathic and knowledgeable and also at the top of his field look no further!

After being in a traumatic accident I developed a large infection on my entire thigh. Two liters of fluid were removed from it and eventually it filled back up with scar and fatty tissue. I went to several plastic surgeons in NY and was told there was nothing they could do and my leg would never be the same again. I had liposuction on the affected area and it really didn't look like anything had been done at all. Finally I started to seek out a reconstructive surgeon and this is when I came across Dr. DiPasquale. He suggested liposuction and a fat transfer and was confident he could make a difference. It's now been about two months since my surgery and my leg looks like it did before my accident. I never imagined my leg would ever come close to looking like it does now. He beyond exceeded my expectations and I am one happy woman! He and the staff are very kind and happy so it was a pleasure being in the office. I would highly recommend this doctor!

What an absolutley incredible experience! After doing a ton of research on ENTs in my area, I decided to drive one hour out of my way to recieve treatment from Dr. DiPasquale instead of getting treatment from one of the local ENTs in Pinells. I am SO glad I did! From day one Dr. DiPasquale and his staff makes you feel absolutley at home in his office. His front office staff are always friendly, attentive and quick to fit you into the calendar at your convenience. Particularly, Lavinder, was incredibly helpful and always got me answers to the questions I had and explained all the costs and post op-care with absolute ease! Dr. DiPasquale's medical assistants and scribe were also wonderful, friendly and attentive! Not a moment went by when I didn't feel at ease and always felt I was in confident hands! Additionally, I had the pleasure of having been treated by both of his PAs, James and Brandon. Both were very attentive and provided thorough explanations of procedures, and answered all of my questions and concerns as soon as I had them! If at any point I had a concern, Vitale Institute was there to make sure I was well informed. Dr. DiPasquale is incredibly passionate about his field and the treatment he provides to his patients and it shows! He is one of the friendliest and understanding doctors I have encountered and is highly competent in his field. I had a very bad experience with this "doctor." One of the worst experiences. By far my #1 issue was feeling he had ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD WHATSOEVER for the patient, and only cared about making as much money out of me as possible; this was very disappointing and most disgusting. Additionally, I was given an "all or nothing" ultimatum, very little time to speak to explain anything (despite him babbling), told twice he got other patients to worry about (than give me my money back!!!!), and told take it or leave it with either doing all procedures or nothing at all (because he said he has other patients, so all or nothing!). Think about that for a minute. Also, as a curtsey, if there are going to be 2-3 other people present in the same room, patient should be asked if they are comfortable or at least told who that is. I felt very uncomfortable random people being there without my CONSENT and without any explanation, and feeling like a third party; also felt like my privacy was entirely violated. In short, will not step foot in there again in a 1000 years.

Dr. Di is awesome ! First saw him for a ruptured ear drum after a long flight from Africa. He was great and got me back SCUBA diving in no time. I have recommended him to my two Sons, My Wife my Brother in Law and several people from work who all have had a great experience. They all Rave about Dr Di and highly recommend him. He is very thorough and e-prescribes your meds from your visit. Wanted to note that with ENT (Ear nose and Throat) many also can have advanced training to perform Plastic Surgery or reconstructive surgery for Neck, Throat and Mouth tumors cancers etc. So many Advanced ENT's also perform Plastic surgery of the head and neck. Don't let the previous post make you think it's not normal. I have worked with Providers as a provider of billing and medical record services for 30 years and many of the best and most highly trained ENT's are also plastic surgery (Think Reconstructive surgery) for Head and Neck issues. I went to Dr. DiPasquale yesterday complaining of ear pain. He first said it was TMJ even though I have no popping or cracking in my jaw. I told him my dentist never suggested I had it and after he looked in my mouth he then said it was arthritis of the jaw. He diagnosed this without an Xray and without asking what other symptoms I had such as bleeding or discharge. He then prescribed ear drops directly to my pharmacy. Stupidly I put the drops in as directed and promptly got another severe ear ache. When I called to complain the receptionist said my chart read I complained of itchy ears, a total lie! This guy is a complete quack! Any ENT doc that also does plastic surgery should have been a huge warning sign. Patients beware. I am Bob Nasca's wife Christine.
