Dr. Castellano is an outstanding, professional M.D.! Not only has he done a procedure on my sinuses, he also does my Botox and facial Filler. He has always been conservative and does not overfill to just make a buck. He's always concerned about your well being and always tells you the truth with the best bed side manner I have ever experienced! His office staff is always fun and welcoming and the wait is not long at all. I've been getting filler with Dr. Dominic Castellano for over 3 years and my close friends and family were shocked when I told them that I get cosmetic stuff done. They all thought it was natural and they always commented on my aging gracefully. Thank you Dr. Castellano for always making me feel like a cared for patient!

My fiancé had an out patient surgery at this location. Dr Castellano was great. The staff is friendly the procedure was quick and he was in very little discomfort didn't even need Advil. He went in for the Turbinate Reduction procedure. We highly recommend this doctor. He can finally breath and I don't have to listen to him complain about not breathing anymore!!!

Dr. Dominic Castellano was straightforward, accommodating and, most of all, did excellent work, and the office staff was great as well. Fractured my nose playing soccer but found out that I also had a deviated septum. Breathing definitely improved and my nose looks normal again after having the procedure.

I visited Dr Castellano for a deviated septum that has obstructed my breathing basically all my life. He determined that septoplasty surgery was in order, which I had three weeks ago. I’m extremely pleased with the result - a night and day difference. I had been told by a friend that septoplasty would be quite painful and unpleasant, especially due to the splints put in place. Dr Castellano uses an improved surgical procedure and doesn't use splints, but instead inserts small pieces of absorbent material into the nostrils. He said to expect little, if any, pain, and he was absolutely correct. Post-surgery, I had absolutely no pain or even discomfort, and I was totally fine by the evening when the anesthesia grogginess wore off. The only challenge was having to breath through the mouth for six days but I got used to it very quickly. Dr Castellano is an exceptional doctor/surgeon and has a great demeanor. He accurately described what to expect in the weeks following surgery and with two follow-up visits he’s ensured that everything is healing properly. Fantastic doctor and very pleasant experience.

I wish there was an opportunity to give Dr. Dominic Castellano a 10 STAR REVIEW! He's simply a brilliant doctor, with such a kind heart (a rare find in the medical arena today, unfortunately.) He takes the time to properly diagnose a problem, and explains things in "layman's terms." In my case, I experienced tremendous difficulty breathing out of my right nostril. He determined that the cartilage in my nose, had collapsed after multiple cosmetic procedures/rhinoplastys as a teenager. In a lengthy surgical procedure, he rebuilt my nose, using skin grafted from my ear. After my one week post op visit, I was able to breathe again, and couldn't be any happier! If distance is a problem.. travel to see him! I wish all doctors could be as special as Dr. Castellano. He's one of a kind!

I am Dr Dominic Castellano's patient at the Lutz location. He is a very talented surgeon - my procedure was flawless and I am very happy with the results. My breathing has improved a lot with minimal downtime and no pain. As a bonus he has a very nice personality and a great sense of humor. Dr. Dominic Castallano performed a repair of rhinoplasty one year after another surgeon performed rhinoplasty that was not appropriate for my face, age, and what I had specifically requested. Dr. Dominic Castallano saved me. Four hours in OR, he created a nose that was more appropriate and I am so happy with results and proud of this young man taking on such a challenge- it getting it done perfectly.

Dr. Castellano is a caring and down to earth individual who takes pride in his craft. I had both a necessary procedure as well as a little cosmetic correction to my nose.
