Her surgical treatments are done gently and thoroughly resulting in clear cancer free borders. Also, Dr Ambay's staff are competent and very caring. My family and I highly recommend Dr Ambay.

If you are looking for laser treatment for rosacea, I would look for a different clinic. I took my 15 year old daughter in for her first treatment and they turned the lasers down so low that she had barely any signs after the treatment. Tried to take her back to see the doctor the day after her treatment to show the results and they were unavailable. In my opinion it is $500 down the drain and of course they are ready to sign us up for an additional treatment. I have expressed my concerns to the Aesthetics Coordinator, but she is of zero help. If you are going to provide a treatment, you should stand behind your work.

DO NOT get Botox or Fillers from Dr. Ambay! I had Botox done in my forehead, in between my eyebrows and around my eyes. I also had Juvéderm in my nasal labial folds and lips. I have had these procedures done before but it’s been many years. I decided it was time to treat myself after two kids and to finally do something for me! Well, in a nutshell, thank goodness Botox is not permanent! Although, with the amount she injected underneath my eyes it will probably last a year! (She put about 3 times as much as the norm. And that’s not just me making up a number, I had several consultations after and got a copy of my treatment log). Not only do I hate what I look like every time I see myself in the mirror but I can barely squint, so if I don’t wear sunglasses when I go outside it’s painful. With the Juvéderm, she put so much around my mouth that I look like I have jowls. I will say, the lips are not terrible, just a little uneven. Finally, after consulting Faces of South Tampa, Katrina was able to dissolve some of the filler and add tiny amounts of Botox to at least make me look the best I can with what she had to work with. I can not thank her enough! Just as a point of reference, I am not a naïve patient, I have experience working with a plastic surgeon and I am very knowledgeable about these procedures. I typically do not post things, but the thought of having Dr. Ambay do this to another person after spending thousands of dollars makes me sick. So, if you’re curious where to go for any cosmetic fillers, go to faces of South Tampa. Katrina is incredibly talented!!!

Took my children to see Dr Ambay and it was a terrible experience. The 2 receptionists are rude and more interested in their gossip than helping patients. We waited 90 minutes past our scheduled appointment to see Dr Ambay. They tried to make up for this by giving us previously OPENED & USED water bottles. Called later to get a prescription and they said will call back within 24 hours....been over a week. Stay away and find a better Dermatologist.

Dr. Ambay is the best dermatologist I've encountered, she's very knowledgeable, caring and very approachable, she talks through the process, explains the procedures very thoroughly, she makes you fully understand your skin and potential skin issues, she's doing it with such care and she spends a lot of time with her patients. The office environment and service from the staff especially from the manager Regan is very pleasant. The office is clean, well organized, contemporary, modern looking, very comfortable and pleasant. I'm impressed!

I am so happy with my results! Michelle Jordan is a very skilled injector. Instead of filling one syringe with 45 units of Botox and injecting all the areas at once, she measures precisely the number of units for each area into a seperate syringe. It allows her to control the exact amount of units she injects into each area. The results are outstanding! I usually have to go back for a touch up..not with Michelle Have already recommended her to several friends.

Do not deal with this doctor!!! His customer service coordinator Jackie is extremely unprofessional!! I sent her a few emails with questions, and she never replied. When I called her, she committed to calling me back at a certain time, but she never did. She also did not know answers to basic questions that any customer service person should know. In addition, she committed to a surgery date and time for me, but then later on she emailed me saying that was suddenly “not available”. How incompetent!! This was the worst and most painful customer experience I’ve had n my life! Jackie is extremely unorganized, slow, and confused. What’s even more shocking is that when I gave this feedback to Dr.Ambay, instead of coaching Jackie to be more responsive to the customer, he decided not to take any action because he has zero leadership!!!
