Dr.Diaco has helped me in many ways I had a breast augmentation a little over a month ago and I’m so happy with the results! While going to a few other doctors they wanted to do a lift leaving more scars and costing more , Diaco was quick to the point, fair and his techniques are amazing. While some of us would like to have enhancements or fix something we are born with it brings satisfaction to know that a doctor you are trusting to go under the knife with (literally) is not taking advantage for more money or other reasons. 12 days ago..My daughter is 18 and had a Breast lift with reduction by Dr. Diaco. She had several consultations with other surgeons. However from the moment she met Dr. Diaco she said he was the surgeon she wanted for her surgery! Hypochlorous acid that helps eliminate capsule build up. I have Capular Constrictor in my Lt Breast. This is painful, and hardens breast tissue. I look forward to surgery tomorrow. My 13-year-old son had gynecomastia surgery. The surgery was quick and when my son came home His pain was very minimum. He only took pain medication for one day. There was very little bruising which was only yellow. My son said it was worth it and he would do it again if you had to. He is healed wonderfully able to do push-ups pull ups and everything right now and it’s only been and few months. He is now able to take a shirt off in front of other children and not be embarrassed or made fun of. There is no scarring that’s visible and I’m amazed. I would not even know he had surgery if we would not have taken him to Dr. Dan Diaco ourselves. He is now inspired and wants to be a doctor doing the same practice as Dr Diaco’s. Thank you for setting a course in his life that is lasting a lifetime!

I got liposuction by Dr. Diaco. I was healing properly for a few weeks then one day I woke up with my stomach extremely swollen with holes appearing on my skin that had fluid coming out of it. I started vomiting, was running a fever and went to the ER. They had me call my doctor that did the procedure. I guess he doesn't too happy that I called him and interrupted him on his Friday night because he told that I was "Fine" and to stop being "overdramatic" and told the hospital to send me home. Well, they sent me home without properly testing me. I became septic and my whole body swelled up over the next few days when I couldn't walk or breathe that my friend had my go back to the ER while this infection was rapidly running through my whole body. I was 12 hours from death. A staph infection spread through my entire body, started shutting my organs down, almost went into cardiac arrest and got blood clots in my legs. They had to cut a 4 inch hole in my stomach to scrape out all of the infection in my torso and I still only had a 50% chance of survival. They had to call my parents to tell them I had a good chance of not making it. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and was out of work for 2 months. His bedside manner is horrendous. I wish I researched him more before I went to him. I almost died because of him. I have permanent damage of scar tissue and nerve damage all over my torso with scars all over. He blew me off to go out on a Friday night and I almost died because of it. Should have looked better into him. I staff doctors now and saw recently that he has had several malpractice claims (with payouts). He would be a better doctor if he actually gave a sh*t about his patients and didn't blow off problems when they come in. Would never, ever recommend a single person to go to him after he handled my situation.

I had a breast augmentation done and Dr. Diaco did an absolutely beautiful job! They were slightly uneven to start, but he made sure to correct that during surgery. I went to 8 other consultations and no one mentioned correcting that. Many others also wanted to go much larger, but Dr. Diaco suggested a size and placement that was proportional for my body with a very natural appearance, exactly what I desired. I have a very hectic schedule and had to change the pre-op appointment and surgery date several times- the staff were always accommodating. Surgery day and recovery went extremely smoothly. I believe it was 2 days after surgery that I had my first post-op, then continuously after to make sure everything was healing and settling properly. I appreciate all the post-op appointments during which the staff and Dr. Diaco are always so welcoming answering all my questions and getting the check-up done very efficiently. Very pleased with the Diaco Institute and will go back for future needs (ok, more like wants!)

Dr Diaco has performed over 4 different surgeries on me as I have had many deflations over the years. He was always patient and concerned about my well-being. He is one of the very best surgeons you will find the in South Tampa area! Go see him... I never wanted to be quite as large as I am now; but he instilled confidence in me and now my silicone implants look natural and have not had any problems at all going on a few years. For me, the saline implants were always a higher risk of bursting every few years despite my careful attention to my body. Thus, I am pleased with the results and Dr. Diaco was always FAIR about the COST of each new surgery and never trying to ver charge me. He goes above and beyond with Lipo and Augmentations. He is a master! I love the staff and they have really been there for me over the years. Try Dr Diaco for any lip and face enhancements too. His fraxel procedures work and he knows how to do them better than anyone in TAMPA and beyond. He takes pride in his work and will not attempt anything that he knows will not be perfection and have GOOD long term results. He knows his reputation is at stake. I’m 9 day’s post op and couldn’t be happier. I had my implants replaced and Lipo. Although I was a very painful procedure I think it was well worth it so far. Lipo you really don’t see full results for 3 months, but I already see a major change in my shape. This is my third breast surgery and by far Dr. Diaco is the best! I have had a great experience with Dr. Diaco. I first went there in 2009 my son only had like 2 months and Dan gave me his honest opinion. I needed to wait for my body to go back to normal and I had a little infection that he fixed. I was impressed because it was my first time in his office and he made me feel so welcomed, I knew that day he loved his job and I wasn't just another patient. From there I had surgery in 2012, also had another procedure this year. In between I get peels and love the staff. Wendy is awesome. Amanda also is very good in answering all my skin care concerns. Dan is very detailed and perfectionist. He understands and tries to make the process easier. Even after surgery you will not be alone they make sure to see you for weeks until you are completely recovered.

Ase 3 años atrás cuando estaba en busca de un cirujano tuve 6 consultas hasta que encontré a Dr. Diaco y después de la consulta inmediatamente hice mi cita para hacerme mi abdominoplastia, 3 semanas después me operó y todo salió mejor de lo que esperaba. Una de las cosas que más me impresionaron de Dr. Diaco fue que una semana después de mi operación, yo cometí el error de lastimarme uno de los puntos y yo me asusté muchísimo, me puse nerviosa y me acuerdo como hoy que un Domingo a las 6 de la tarde lo llame, el no contesto pero le deje un mensaje, exactamente 15 minutos después el me devolvio la llamada y yo estaba llorando mucho, el hablo conmigo y inmediatamente me dijo que alguien me llevara a su oficina esa misma tarde, el dejo de aser lo que estaba haciendo con su familia y ese Domingo a las 7:30 de la noche el Dr.Diaco y su asistente abrieron la oficina para atenderme y curarme la herida, no me cobro ni un centavo por esa consulta y se porto como todo un profesional. Ahí mismo entendí que tome la mejor decisión de convertir al Dr Diaco en mi cirujano plástico. Mi operación y la sicatriz me quedaron expectacular. El año pasado volví a ponerme en las manos del Dr. Diaco y esta vez para aserme los cenos. Y nuevamente quede súper satisfecha con los resultados. If you want to be counseled by an honest, knowledgeable, down to earth surgeon with more experience than 97% of his competition, you must see Dr. Diaco. He wanted me to be happy with my surgery and advised against a larger breast implant, which I initially requested. He helped me to understand that although the breasts that I was looking at were beautiful, my body frame was smaller than those women carrying a DD size chest. Often times, women perceive their bodies differently than society would and may need an honest, unbiased opinion to help with such a weighty decision as surgery. In addition to his compassion, Dr. Diaco's precision was admirable. He measured me countless times and performed liposuction on the top of one breast and the bottom of the other(due to an asymmetry that my scrupulous eye never even noticed)to ensure that the implants would be 100% symmetrical.
