Very disappointed in this Doctor's performance. I had heard good things about this Doctor prior to my appointment. I had a procedure scheduled over a month in advance. The day of the surgery I found out the procedure was canceled. I was told by an administrative member of the team. When I finally spoke to Dr Agliano he told me he had not looked at my MRI, which was completed over 2 months before the scheduled surgery. Upon reviewing the MRI that morning he determined that he could not perform the surgery and that I needed to see an ENT specializing in Sinus surgery. This may have been an anomaly since the procedure was scheduled the first day after the Christmas Holiday, however to me this was unacceptable.

They charge $100 fee for NO show NO call appointments in their office AND they never phone to remind you of your appt. a day or two prior like most Dr.Offices do. I will Not be going back...Ty

He seemed really cool. He did a scopy and then a FNA biopsy of a neck tumor I had. The only improvement I would suggest is that they make my results available in an email or document (sent via email). He wanted to speak with me and even then wanted to speak with my next doctor without telling me everything. I find most doctors have the same policy.

Not my first trip here. Thought I would give them a second (actually this is the 5th chance). Would give a ZERO if I could. KATHY IS RUDE AF. Walked up there Eton ask how much longer, and as i stood there i realized she was on a PERSONAL CALL on the office phone!!!! I truly HATE coming here. Unfortunately it is one of the few providers my insurance actually covers. And yes this will be going onto Yelp, and the other sites. Find another doctor people. Unless you have no choice. Bring TONS of things to do. You will be here for hours with no explanations as to why.

Dr. Agliano is a fantastic ENT Doctor!! In fact, he is the Head of FL ENT & ALLERGY. I would totally ignore these poor reviews!! If you go to ZOCDOC, you’ll see that Dr. Agliano has a 5 Star Rating after 153 Reviews!! He has actually performed several Surgeries on me and is an awesome Physician and Surgeon. He is pleasant, intelligent, honest, careful & spends quality time with his patients. Plus, he has excellent Bedside Manner!! You will not find a better ENT in the Tampa & surrounding areas. I was shocked to see any negative reviews about him, so I had to write the truth! Sometimes you might have to wait for a little while for an appointment, but that is very normal these days. I’d much rather wait a for a short time for a GREAT DOCTOR!! It would actually concern me if a doctor was always available & never busy. Dr. Agliano is busy for a reason...because he is thorough and truly cares about his patients!!!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Isa. The compassion, care and attention she gave my dad over the last week...helping him with insurance and appointments deserves recognition. The open line of communication meant the world to me. She is truly a gift and a blessing to have on board. Isa is an asset to Dr. Agliano and Florida ENT!

My first appointment I waited over an hour to see the doctor. It took two days for them to call the pharmacy and get me my prescription with me getting more sick and missing more work. The second time I called and left a message for the PA and also left a message for them online. Nothing for well over 24 hours. I was promised a refill on a prescription at 3 pm and by 10 am the next morning the pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. The compounding pharmacy takes 12 hours to create the prescription and is closed all weekend so I'll continue to get more ill for another three days this time. The assistant that handles the prescriptions and refills is either overwhelmed or doesn't care about the patients. I won't be going back to this doctor again.
