I love Dr. Joseph Castellano and his staff. Dr. Castellano fixed a major problem for me and it was difficult because I had 42 years of bad scarring and he was able to repair it. His procedure was not without difficulty because of my age, which comes with very little elasticity in my skin , but he was able to correct it and now I feel confident in my appearance. They were also very kind especially him with the fear that I had in correcting this problem! I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone because if he could fix me he can do anything !

When I went there for my first consultation they tell me that I have to pay98$ for a cream that I have to use it before starting the laser sessions to remove some small dark spots from my face and then I have to pay 550$ for these laser sessions . Today I start my first session and when I finish they asked me to pay 600$ for each session they never tell me that when I was there the first time . Also there is no difference on my face at all . I see that the people in this center are exploiters . I will never go there any more and I will try to find another place to finish with my laser sessions.

Dr. Castellano is very nice, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very smart, has all the credentials and all the amazing reviews you would want in a doctor, and has a beautiful office with a wonderful staff. I did quite a bit of research before going there, and I was very happy after the initial consultation. This is something I have wanted basically my entire life, so I was completely thrilled when a year and a half ago I was finally able to get them. This was also my first and only experience with cosmetic surgery, and Dr. Castellano and Pam really take time to make sure you are well taken care of. The surgery was a lot less painful than I had anticipated, and I was able to move around comfortably within a day or two. Obviously it took longer to do more strenuous activity, but that's to be expected, and that was fine. I did not have any issues with the actual surgery, recovery, etc, so overall it was a pretty good experience. However, the only reason I did not give him five stars is because the results are not exactly what I expected. At first I was pretty happy and confident with the results, but that's taking into account the fact that they were still swollen and healing, and the doctor reassured me (when I first brought my concerns to his attention) that I would have a good result in the end. Considering bodies are not completely symmetrical, and breast augmentation only enhances what you naturally have, i'm not sure if I am being overly critical and too much of a perfectionist, or if my concerns are valid. Ideally, I obviously want them to be even and relatively symmetrical, I'm just not sure how realistic that is. Everyone else seems to be completely thrilled with their results, so I'm not sure what's going on with me. I have much more than I started out with, and when I wear a bra they look fantastic, so it's not an issue that most people can notice, but when I take off my bra, I notice and so does my bf. Still, overall it was a pretty good experience and I would probably go back if I needed something else in the future, mainly because he has such a great track record of wonderful results.

Dr Castellano is very ethical. I went in for advice on a Bad facelift that left scarring hoping he could do the revision . He was honest and adviced against cutting. He gave me other options that were less evasive. I would definitely go back for body procedures which is what he specializes in.

I had a great experience at Dr. Castellano's office. As other reviewers have mentioned, his team were all incredibly sweet and accommodating. It was my first time going in for lip fillers, and I wanted to see a doctor instead of my esthetician at my regular Med Spa. I am very happy I did! I had been told in the past that I would have "duck lips" if I tried to get fillers. I received nothing of the sort. My lips look entirely natural and full. He applied a numbing cream beforehand, so I felt no discomfort during the injections. I was also very nervous about bruising the next day and swelling. NOTHING. I never bruised, and the swelling was minimal. Couldn't be happier with my results. I will most definitely be back for future procedures.

I do most of my research online, and through referrals, and chose Dr. Castellano for my first consultation. Based on what I'd read about him and his staff online and from what friends had suggested, I was feeling confident before stepping foot into his office. The office they're in now is brand new, and beautifully decorated. The waiting area is small, but has plenty of seating, water, a very clean bathroom, and usually mints or chocolates.The front receptionist is very sweet. She is good at her job (we needed to troubleshoot a lot in issue, and she fixed it easily) and very polite. Pam, the business coordinator, walked me through everything down to the finest details. She took the before photos (I consented) and her personality/attitude made me feel very comfortable, whenever we interacted. Dr. Castellanos bedside manner is fantastic. I read a review on here that suggested another patient felt the opposite and that's frankly surprising to me. I never felt pressured, or embarrassed, or dismissed. He personally answered emails prior to my consultation, and personally called me post op, to check in, with a follow up text a few days later. During my consultation, when I was trying out different sizes of "breast" with a bra that I felt silly in, he and Pam helped with suggestions and fit to make sure I was really happy, and satisfied with my choice, and I didn't feel rushed by taking up their time. The day of the surgery I met the surgical nurse, and the anesthesiologist for the first time. They were both pleasant and funny, and reassured me when I was starting to feel nervous. They were very thorough explaining what was going to happen, and what was happening as they worked. The nurses name was Brooke, and I spent more time with her than the anesthesiologist (but I feel so guilty forgetting his name, because he was great, made me laugh, and absolutely did his job. I didn't feel a thing, and felt great afterward) and she really helped with some preop nerves. She also started my IV, and I couldn't complain about that at all. Every interaction I had with Dr. Castellano and each of his staff left me feeling more confident and happy with my choices. All of my interactions left me with my dignity intact and I found that invaluable considering the nature of my procedure could have certainly left me feeling over exposed. Without question I will recommend Dr. Castellano and his office to any friends who are looking to have work done, and should I decide to get something else done in the future, I will certainly revisit this office first.

This was my first experience ever doing fillers to my face. At the age of 56 I felt it was time to start so I of course went to one of the most highly recommended Dr's. Well I am sorry to say that I am so disappointed, and would not refer them to anyone. I had done exactly what was recommended to me by Rashae and after 72 hours I called the office to tell them that I saw no results only to be told that all the swelling was not gone and that i should see results in 5-7 days. So on my follow up appointment which was 2 weeks after my injections I was very verbal in letting Rashae know that I was not happy and that the results were far from what she had described they would be in my initial appointment. I was then told that I needed this and that done and that she saw softener lines here and there, none of which the areas were a concern nor were they when I originally told her before my injections. I see absolutely no results in my folds and bearly in my forehead. At my initial consultation I was told that the lines on my face would be gone if I used the product and followed her recommendations. After spending 2000 I am so disappointed.

Had the worst experience here. First of all, I purchased a package for my mom and I during the anniversary sale in May. Then, even though it was charged on my card, they said they didn't have the order for my mom. Inconvenient but it was fixed within a few days. Then my mom and I went for our appointment and the main surgeon couldn't be any more condensending. He spoke like he was irritated with every question we asked and like we were such a bother. His attitude was so disgusting that we just decided we would never make our remaining appointments with him. During that visit, we asked the girl at the desk to make our next appointment based off of before our purchased promotion ended so we can use our remaining amount. Well, turns out she booked it for TWO weeks after the promotion ended so we lost the rest of injectibles even though their staff did this. Im so disgusted with the way they handled this. DO NOT RECOMMENED. Im shocked at the attitude and incompetence of this office. No wonder they do sales- won't ever fall for that trap again.

I called 9/24/2018 to make an appointment and the receptionist stated it was a $50 consultation fee that will be applied towards any procedure I do. I told her I had some of my friends that would be interested in a consultation but that we didn’t want to pay for a consultation since we wanted to verify that that’s the place, surgeon that we wanted so she said let me have Pam call you back. Pam called the next day, I was disappointed by her telling me the same thing. Since when is an estimate charged for? You’d think the doctor must be really desperate for money. Or he is not that good in order to charge you for an estimate. Thank God for this because I will go somewhere else with my friends. Total disappointment, we have loss all common sense..:-( Doctor Castellano thank you for taking the time to answer me. I have had horrible experience and a breast implant surgery that another doctor had to fix because the first surgeon refused to see the obvious. he also charged me a consultation fee. I believe in free consultation not an obligation to purchase or have the surgery just because $50. is not the money is the principal. if anybody misses your appointments they should be charged a fee, but not a consultation fee.

So first I should tell you that I have been contemplating a breast enhancement for the last 2 years. With my research and findings and referrals from different people I've chose Dr. Castellano as my surgeon. However I did not shop around because money is not an option when it comes to surgery or health. My first impression of the staff was A+. The front desk was very polite and attentive to those walking and for their appointments. It wasn't long after I sat down that I was called to the back. Walking to the back everything was very clean and neat. Pam which is Dr. Castellanos assistant invited me to a private room where she asked me what I was looking to have done. And proceeded to give me a nice comfy robe to change into so the doctor could take a look at my size and see what size I want to become. She left the room and minutes later the doctor and herself both returned. And explain to me my different options in in plants as well as different sizing options. Also explaining the surgery from beginning to end. It was very informative I must say. So after that was said and done I got dressed they left the room. And I booked an appointment for my pre-op I was super excited.

I have never before written a bad review for any business that I have been a patron of, but I regret going to Dr. Castellano so much that I felt it necessary to warn other potential clients. I had a horrible experience all around at this surgery center. I was unfortunately fooled by the great reviews and comfortable waiting room. The customer service was horrible (over the phone I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, later told they don't know when my appointment is, told they would call me letting me know when my appointment is and proceeded to never call me, etc). Despite this, I made the horrible decision of proceeding with the scar revision surgery because I was (and still am) incredibly insecure about my scars. My experience with the doctor was no better and he failed to do as promised. 2 of my 3 keloid scars look exactly the same so I essentially paid over a thousand dollars for nothing. Dr. Castellano is inattentive and does not succeed in making his patients comfortable. After my surgery, I had a follow-up appointment, and I drove over an hour to go back, only for him to spend two minutes with me, telling me that I messed up by not following his post-surgery instructions and now there's nothing he can do (he hadn't given me any instructions). I didn't go back and am left with another scar. As a college student, I don't know how long it might take me to earn back all the money that I wasted.

I find it very difficult to find a surgeon that does lip implants, but I found this place so I called. When I told the staff that a lip implant is what I wanted her answer was that the surgeon wont recommend it and that they haven’t done one of those in a while. That there’s different kinds of injections he would recommend instead. But the way she talked about the implants and the surgeon was like if he was no longer capable to do this treatment and just sounded real sketchy and weird. Disappointed since fillers only last me 2 months.

Main reason I am leaving this review is simply for awareness: I went to Castellano’s offices for information about a breast augmentation. This consulation was very rushed and short(only spoke with him for about 5 mins then he left) and I was told I need a breast lift on only one breast ? Also being an athlete I was looking for a particular type of procedure (over the muscle) but he prefers doing under the muscle because, and I quote:”it looks better”, so my feelings and my actually wants and needs were not respected due to some sort of “image/reputation” I guess he’s created with his procedures. After seeing another surgeon who’s speciality alongside other procedures was/is augmentations, they were blown away by the consultation Castellano provided due to the inaccuracy and the fact that I would of had a lopsided augmentation in general. So i’d say if you are seeing him for the following, perhaps double or even triple check with another surgeon just to play it safe.

TEAM SHERROD

After making an appointment for my third consultation with a Augmentation doctor, I booked an appointment to see Dr Castellano. I was not told in advance that , if I needed to reschedule there would be a $50 dollar fee, so subsequently, when I called that morning because I could not make it to the office at 300pm like I had planned on, I was treated rudely by Jane, and told I would need to pay $50 dollars to reschedule, when I refused, she simply hung the phone up. After sending an email, Pam emailed me back, and she continued to explain, that that is the DR's policy, but she did tell me I could use it towards any procedure. I feel I was treated as a number, instead of a person, I was a serious patient with good intent, but at this point I will not be using any of their services.

Overall a very professional and honest experience. It is very difficult to find a reputable Plastic Surgeon in this area that builds a practice based on trust and honesty. Finally, a place that offers a realistic approach to cosmetic solutions without over promising or overselling procedures that simply won't deliver. Rashae is amazing! I was referred to her by a friend who has been seeing her for years. I had Botox done elsewhere and the nurse spent maybe 5 minutes and injected me to the point where I couldn’t move my forehead or eyebrows at all for 5 months! One eyebrow was even higher than the other which my boyfriend noticed. Rashae spent over 30 minutes with me, first chatting to get to know me, then carefully analyzing each injection site and documenting on a chart. She recommended almost HALF the amount the other nurse had done!! A few weeks later I look great! I can move my forehead and eyebrows but wrinkles are reduced and I have a nice lift/arch to my brows. It looks very natural and no one has noticed which is just what I want. Great job Rashae I will be coming back!
