I was diagnosed in 2013 with Breast Cancer and I was devastated to say the least, I had to have a single mastectomy and my life was changed forever, I had 2 surgeons to choose from through my insurance, 1 was in my county and one wasn't,I chose the one out of my county and it was Dr.John Roach. My husband and I went in for our first consultation, scared, devastated,and totally uninformed. We were greeted at the front desk by Kirsty and were taken to a private consultation room. Within a few minutes we were seen by Dr.Roach and his assistant. As soon as he entered the room a "calming" effect had entered with him. We were put as ease as Dr. Roach explained the choices we had and answered ALL of our questions, he also explained things we would be facing throughout this "journey". It would take time and patience to receive our final outcome. I am still currently under his care and actually look forward to my office visits, how many people can say they look forward to their Dr. Appts. The staff is awesome from Kirsty and Jackie at reception, to Nicole the office manager. I was always at ease going into my surgeries and believe me there were many , his surgical staff rock also. Everyone associated with Dr.Roach be it in office or in hospital, are so compassionate,understanding,giving,and professional,which is a reflection of Dr.Roach himself. If you are in need of ANY type of surgery, PLEASE get your first consultations there, you will feel love and genuine compassion for your individual health care, from the minute you walk. In the door until the end of your care with him.. I am truly amazed at my outcome and blessed to find such a honest and caring doctor. , and by the way,,,,P.S. He is a perfectionist and will not stop his treatment until he is satisfied it is the best it can be!

I came to Dr. Roach for a breast augmentation and reconstruction. I was very nervous about my first initial appointment, but from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff I felt very comfortable. Dr. Roach was extremely professional and definitely a perfectionist, which I loved! He was very thorough and took the time to really make sure I understood everything, while also taking the time to answer all my questions. You can tell he really cares for his patients and his work, which is hard to come by these days. I had my surgery about two weeks ago and have never felt better about myself. The results speak for themselves! Dr. Roach, by far, is one of the best plastic surgeons I have come across and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience. I took my wife there a few weeks ago for Botox. Dr. Roach is a great listener and does such amazing work. I wanted it for myself but he actually explained to me that I don't need it and even took the time to show me why, so he also does not just push for business which I very much appreciate. I went to see Dr. Roach after having a Mohs procedure which left me with a gaping hole in my face from the dermatologist. He got me right in and the following morning he took me to surgery to fix the hole in my face. You can barely see where the damage was done. Am very happy with the results.

Dr Roach is the absolutely best doctor I have ever had in my life and I am scared to death of doctors literally I go into panic attacks hours before I even have to go see a doctor LOL I can take my kids to go see their doctors no problem but when it comes to me I freak out haha and he is just so easy to get along with and makes you feel so comfortable and honestly I would never go to any other doctor than him for this type of work I had a very bad accident and I needed my tendons and ligaments and nerves reattached and he was the on-call doctor at the hospital that I was at and that was a blessing all in its own and when I went to go see him for his first visit not only did I get the pleasure to get to see him again and actually get to speak with him without him running around because he was so busy that night or day I can't really remember when I had my surgery but his staff is just beyond what you can imagine they are amazing and when I say amazing I don't mean like you know Hi how are you thank you for checking in I mean like they remember you and they treat you literally like family honestly I wish he was a family doctor like a primary care physician because I would love to be able to see him more than just emergencies LOL he deserves way more than 5 stars in my book and I'm sure many others can agree with that as well so he does not get 5 stars he literally gets 10 Stars no joke LOL and it is extremely hard to please me and he went above and beyond and I could never repay him for everything he has done for me and my family without him I wouldn't have use of my left hand I wouldn't be able to be a good mother to my nine-year-old son and my three-year-old daughter it's little things like that I wouldn't be able to shower by myself not to even mention brush my hair for a while on my own LOL to be honest..... Dr Roach and staff I love you guys from the bottom of my heart and I will send as many people as I can to you guys just so they can see that there are still good people in the world and again thank you so much because without you my world would be turned upside down way way way more than it already is LOL

Dr. Roach saved my life and my arm ! I had fallen, dislocated my wrist, and when I fell my arm scrapped against a plant that had thorns. The scratches from the thorn had a bacteria and within a couple of days developed into necrotizing fasciitis. Dr. Roach searched and studied medical books to try and give me the best care possible. All together it took 6 surgeries within 10 days . After the 1st surgery he told my son that he had to fillet my arm from my wrist to an inch from my armpit, and he had never seen anything like it in his entire career. He said that death just poured out of my arm .It wasn't until the 4th surgery were he felt I would survive. I am so grateful to him for saving my life and my arm. I have some nerve and muscle damage, but its not bad I don't have any on going pain and my hand and arm work well. Thank you so very much Dr. Roach, you are an awesome surgeon. I wish I had a way to repay you.

My wife and I are in our early 30’s. I had skin cancer a few months ago on my cheek that left a large hole from the mohs procedure and my wife had skin cancer on her nose with a hole left as well from the mohs procedure. Dr roach got us both in right away and sutured them up. Both scars you can barely see. He does incredible work! He Is definitely the best around!

Most doctors and staff look at me and think my condition is too far advanced to bother with. Never true of Dr. Roach and his staff, they have never given up on me. His work is beautiful and his staff amazing. He should be the first choice for any person needing any type of plastic surgery. I had another surgeon do my breast removal and I wish I would have had Dr. Roach do it. His reconstruction technics and tactics are outstanding in today's plastics field of medicine. Having breast augmentation surgery was something i have wanted for many years, but until I met Dr. Roach I did not feel comfortable enough to go through with it. I am OVER THE MOON with my eye lift and chin lift. I could not have asked for better results. My first visit, Dr Roach told me what he suggested would be best for me. Due to an 80 pound weight loss and hereditary eye droop- my eyes/neck were very saggy and extremely old looking. I did not know much about Dr. Roach or anyone who had been a patient of his. I simply chose him due to the reviews that I had read online. The day of my surgery- I prayed I wasn’t making a mistake. Before going into the operating room, the nurse working my pre-op told me that all the nurses go to Dr. Roach when they need work done and how good he is at what he does. It was such a relief to hear medical professionals give him such a great endorsement. After hearing that, I went into surgery totally relieved. At each appointment, Dr. Roach, Kristy and Jackie always make me feel comfortable, answer any questions I have, and I never feel rushed. I SO PLEASED with my results and I’m only 2 1/2 months post operation. I no longer look like an old lady. I still walk by a mirror and can’t believe it’s me. Now- I have to save up enough money to get some of the extra weight off the rest of my body. When I do, I know who will be doing the surgery.

At 26 I was given the option of having a prophylactic double mastectomy or screening test every 6 months due to my BRCA 2 positive status. I was really looking for a doctor who would understand that this was something I needed help with. After meeting with Dr. Roach and his staff I knew that I was in good hands. I didn't know a whole lot about breast implants as this was never something I had ever planned on doing. Dr Roach is a miracle worker. He was able to close large holes on my face (which were left as a result of my dermatologist removing four areas of skin cancer). Dr. Roach closed them so well that you can barely tell that there was ever a hole or stitches there (one hole required at least 50 stitches). If you ever need a plastic surgeon, don't go to anyone else. Dr. Roach is is the best Plastic Surgeon around. You will be very happy with your results.

Had Mohs surgery for skin cancer at dermatologist. There was literally a crater on my left temple that extended into the hairline. My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Roach at Bayside Center for a skin graft. The staff at Bayside were all kind and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. During consultation, the surgery was carefully explained (including realistic expectations), and all of my questions answered. While prepping for the surgery at Trinity Medical Center, more than one surgical nurse and staff member said that I couldn't have picked a better surgeon. Now, a few weeks later, everything is healing very well and I think that Dr. Roach did a beautiful job. Much better results than I expected based on the size of the wound.
