Over an hour and a half wait just to go back to the room. Doctor Lack was rude, cold, and heartless. His bedside manner was horrible, I will never go back and I have already told all my friends to stay away. Funny, the first time I saw him I told him I was a Doctors wife and he treated me perfectly. This time he didn't even remember me and treated me horribly.

I’m allergic to the ingredients in the facial cream they recommended. I have a rash on my eye that is progressively getting worse for the past six months. Dr said it’s an allergic reaction but didn’t know what caused it or how to get rid of it.

I had appointments on the same day for my fiancé, daughter, and myself. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kept us together in the same room and quickly put us all at ease. They took their time with each of us for examination and treated each of our problems efficiently and accordingly. I would recommend the Advanced Dermatology.

I waited exactly 1hour in the waiting room. Brought back to the examination room to wait another 10 minutes. Dr. Lack came in and said I had wonderful skin for someone my age (61) and that I didn’t need to worry. He then quickly checked my arms, legs and chest and then decreed I have some skin damage on my face and neck and to wear spf 100 skin screen. And he was done in 3 minutes. What! I was quite disappointed to say the least. I saw Dr. Lack last year and it was a completely different story. Both of my parents have had cancerous melanomas. He checked every inch of my body thoroughly. Perhaps it was because he had some students with him at the time. So he was showing them how to do it right. Now I know how to do it wrong as well. I’m sorry Dr. Lack, but I doubt that I will be returning.

I wouldn't even give this place one star my son has had molluscum contagiosum for over 2 years now and the doctor couldn't even have the decency to come into the room the nurse told me that he doesn't treat it so I drove a half hour for no reason my family thanks you advanced

I met with a NP. Told me it would be simple to remove cold sore just inside my mouth. No Dr. there so had to make another appt. When I called back, appt. scheduler insisted they can not do since it's inside my mouth. She was to check with NP. Never returned my call. Waste of co-pay, had to take time off from work, and false hope. I'm mad!!!

No welcoming, didn't see the doctor until an hour after appointment time. When we explained that I was a caregiver that was scheduled until 12, they said you "should" be out by then! Needless to say that did not happen!
