I've seen Dr. Malek for over 15 years. He's the best and the entire staff is friendly and organized. The office is beautiful.

First the PROS doctor was pleasant and good. No issues. CONS front desk staff was is rude its just not worth going here anymore. First appointment I was 8 minutes late. I had trouble locating the place. My fault. Front desk person scolded me like a child for being late. Told me the doctor might not see me. 8 minutes. Fast forward a few visits I have been waiting 25 minutes for my appointment. I asked how much longer as I had to get to work. Front desk person seem annoyed and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I told her I would not be able to wait in that case as I would be late for work. She told me that was "No problem" she would just reschedule me. Really no problem if you waste MY time? Well its not the only show in town. I am now over at MediSpa where the front desk folks are very nice. Botox treatment is actually even better results for the same amount of Botox.
