Thought I was going for a free consult. They ended up billing my insurance without telling me and resulting in me getting a bill. I felt that the dr was rushed and didn't take time to ask what I'm looking for. It felt like a generic recommendation. One of the staff showed me her scar which looked terrible which is ultimately why I did not go back.

I had Dr. Saunders remove a cyst that was in my back. Even though a fairly minor procedure, he spent time listening to my symptoms and explained how he would remove it. The day of the procedure, his calm manor made me feel very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Saunders.

Met the doc. Loved him scheduled my surgery and paid my deposit. Couple weeks lster the office had to canceled my surgery date. Apparecalled to reschuke the time. Then a week later they called again said the doc will be out if town. They will call me to rescheduke. I called thst office 3x over the last 2 wks to have my surgery rescheduled with no return calls from the coordinator. Finally today I asked to speak to office manager. When he got on the phone I had to ask him for his name. He said Jack. I began to tell him this awful experience he said the coordinator will be back in the office on Monday. I asked for my deposit to be returned. He said sure no problem confirmed my address and said the check will be mailed. I didn't even receive an apology or anything. They didn't seem to care about me as a patient or the situation. I am stunned and looking for a new surgeon.

If ZERO stars were an option, I would have chosen that. Not if it were free of charge would I go to this surgeon again. I now need to have surgery to FIX what he screwed up. Doesn't matter what is in writing, he DOES NOT do what he states. And that is just a hint at his inadequacies.

Went there the staff definitely gets 5 stars, however Dr. Saunders bedside manner has changed from when I had first met him. The photos he had took were no where near sufficient for insurance. It was as if he didn't care whether I would have the procedure or not. I like to have good communication. So I went with a doctor who treated me like I mattered as his patient & a person. I would never recommend him. I don't know if he is starting to get tired or what but one's demeanour speaks volumes.

When I walked into the office I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and and nice clean waiting room. Dr Saunders is a very nice companionate man he made me feel comfortable, he took his time and answered all the questions that Me and my Husband had. I would refer all of my friends and family to Dr Saunders he is a wonderful Dr. I am very happy I chose Dr Saunders to do my Surgery, I was nervous but after meeting him I am more relaxed and more at ease with what I need to have done. Thank you Dr. Saunders I look forward to seeing you again.
