Went in for a Tummy Tuck & it turned out horrible!! Not happy at all! I voiced my concerns to him and he literally laughed at me!! I was devastated! Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!!

I've known the doctor over the years from the gym. Always been genuinely down to earth and friendly. Now as a patient I'm happy to report he is as he as he's always been... a very nice person but with the professionalism you expect from your doctor.

The waiting is unacceptable. I'm here to accompany my Mother for a procedure scheduled for 12:30. It's now 2:00. Not sure how any business thinks this is acceptable. I should bill for my time and back it out of the procedure cost. Absolutely frustrating and disrespectful.

Was scheduled to go here for a spinal injection from a different doctor then after taking off work & getting someone to drive me i was told they don't accept my insurance and now have to travel 40 mins and move my schedule & my drivers. They should have told me a week ago when the appointment was made.. i guess my insurance won't pay what they want for a 10 minute procedure.. real compassionate

Still sitting here 1/2 hour after my appt, sitting in a waiting room with 10 full chairs, 1 person standing, 1 person in a wheelchair and 5 people sitting in the outside vestibule. Got hit with a door because the reception area was so full. Only one person called back. Doesn't look good. No reason why they should be this overbooked. Made the appt one month ago.

I was a little reluctant to write this post, but after speaking to people close to me, they encouraged me to detail my experience so others would be informed. During my initial consultation, Dr. Watts seemed like a promising surgeon. I had lost about 90 pounds and was extremely vulnerable about the way my stomach looked. He claimed the surgery would correct the "muffin top" issue and my stomach would be flat after the healing process. I was extremely hopeful because he seemed to be extremely sympathetic. I was also encouraged by Dr. Watts that a couple of other procedures (breast lift+ implants) would be extremely beneficial to my full body appearance. I reluctantly agreeed and paid the full amount for all surgeries in cash upfront. After the painful surgeries i followed every single recovery recommendation and noticed that my stomach appeared to still have the appearance of the muffin top. I continued to voice my concerns during each follow-up appointment. Dr. Watts just continued to say that my body was healing. For the next 9 months, post surgery, i continued to manage my weight. During the last follow-up appointment, Dr. Watts looked at my stomach and said "you will need to have another tummy tuck but just a mini one this time". "We can schedule it as soon as you want and it will only cost another $5000." I didnt know what to say. I was devastated. As i said before, i was so vulnerable and the emotional toll i endured during the recovery from all of the surgeries was so overwheliming. I am so disappointed in the way he spoke to me and his reaction to my frustration. I already paid close to $20000 and took alot of time off of work. I just felt like i was reassured and promised of a specific outcome which did not occur. And the person at fault was Dr. Watts. He could have atleast waived the surgural fees for the new surgury or offered a refund. Shame on you Dr. Watts for taking advantage of my vulnerabilities and insecurities. Do you think anyone wants to have cosmetic body work? The recovery process was horible! It is obvious that YOU, Dr. Watts, is all about quanity versus quality!

At the time I made my appt., I was told there was no double booking for my type of visit. False. I arrived early for an 8:00 am appt, only to have the other people in the waiting room tell me their's was for 8 am as well. At 8:30, I left. I had the best Dermatologist in Vineland, who, unfortunately retired. He spoiled us with his timeliness and punctuality....and respect. I won't do business with an office that shows so little regard for people's time, or serving them well. If a Dr. feels he's too important to honor his/her appts., that's not the Dr. for me. Goodbye.

I went to dr.watts for a breast augmentation back in October 2017 he lisented to what I wanted and I listened to his recommendation. I love my new boobies and could not be happier with them they feel completely natural to the touch actually I’m still amazed how natural they feel so is my boyfriend and family members who I’ve shown them too. I did have an issue with my internal stitches but internal stitches that dissolve have always been an issue for me. Thank you doctor watts so happy I listened to my mother and chose to go with you!!

I went to Dr. Watts for breast aug. 14 years ago. I originally got saline and was very pleased. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered. I just got my saline switched out to the Gummy Bears. They are still healing but look great! I did my research and found an amazing surgeon! I've since referred a dozen patients to him.

Worst experience ever after a year of treatment and thousands of dollars he said there's nothing he will do. I'm so upset as he sits there in him 1,000 dollar suit

Had a 9am appointment, at 10:30 I was still waiting with no signs of the doctor coming in anytime soon. I walked out without being seen. Over an hour wait is totally unacceptable.

Michael Mazowski

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 and 1/2 hours waiting to see the doctor before I walked out. Ridiculous example of how much this business cares about it's patients. Didn't even have drinking water or anything to drink. Do yourself a favor and call a different Doctor.

interesting story - while looking for a product for dry brittle nails, i came upon this Dr. Watts, who does report extensive work with military as well as Dr. Carson (who ran for president) from Johns Hopkins - very impressive medical background reported. He states he is a specialist in skin problems (especially Feet). Well, he looked familiar and I realized I had taken my then 19 or 20 yr old daughter to him many years ago for possible breast reconstruction. This was not simply for cosmetic purposes, but because her breast development was abnormal. We researched various MD's here in New Jersey and he was one of 5 physicians we visited. I am now very thankful we did not choose Dr. Watts, as his recommendation was for a 2 procedure surgical repair - meaning my daughter would have to be "put under 2 x" in order to repair her problem. It seems to me that Dr. Watts is more in the business of making money and not so much the care of his patients.

I cannot attest to his surgical skills yet, as my surgery is next week; however, I must speak about my first appointment (today). My appointment was for 10:30. I was told to show 15 min. early to fill out paperwork. The receptionist handed me the paperwork and told me to go through this door to sit and fill it out, then bring back to her. I went through the door to find there was standing room only! I did not need to be there early - as I had a two and a half hour wait to see the Dr.!!! When I did finally see him, he was obviously in a 'hurried" state, trying to catch up I guess. Well, he didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me, LITERALLY. The appointment was for a whole body check for moles, tags, etc. which could be a concern; he did not do that. He just asked me what concerned me (I'm not a freaking Dr. nor a cancer identifier)! I showed him one area and he wrote a note and said he was removing it next week. He started to get up to leave. I asked him to look at the one on my face. He says, "could be cancer, taking that one off too." Then he gets up and says "follow me." He passes me off to the girl at the desk who hands me a load of paperwork to sign, acknowledging that the Dr. answered all my questions and concerns about the surgery. Very unsettling, as he never even asked me if I had a question! Signing that paperwork upset me, like I was signing all my rights away. He didn't say anything at all about if my insurance would cover it, whether it would scar my face........he didn't even read the stack of paperwork I had to fill out - which stated I take Celebrex. When I got home, I read the papers stating to stop Celebrex 2 weeks before surgery because it could cause bleeding..........the surgery is in one week! I called and asked about it. The receptionist said to stop it but it was no big deal about only having one week til surgery. Hope she's right. Don't get me wrong; Dr. Watts does have a pleasant disposition; but, I felt totally "dismissed" like this was so routine for him that I couldn't possibly need more than three minutes with him, AFTER 2.5 HOUR WAIT? He better be a damn good surgeon UPDATE: surgery went well and scarring minimal so that's a relief! I didn't like the fact that when I went back to get the stitches out, the Dr. didn't we see me. A woman took both sets of stitches out....WITHOUT GLOVES ON! Not sure about that.
