For years I have suffered from body dysmorphia due to excess fat and a shape that was too shapely for the rest of my silhouette. He executed this surgery like a hot knife through butter, flawlessly. IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ! Dr. Doc Bucky! Geez, oh man...where to start....I want everyone who reads this to know how serious my case was....I had implants from a surgeon who is now retired but I continuously developed capsular contracture. Multiple times, multiple surgeries to fix and multiple surgeries to replace with new implants (5x's) to fix! This was an accredited MD in plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery....imagine that! I trusted and believed he was doing the right thing and trying to help as I kept paying for help. Sadly, the excessive surgeries caused bi-lateral nipple deformation on top of all this! I went to Doc Bucky to look at my case. First of all, I have NEVER, EVER met a MD who was so, so kind, compassionate, HONEST and for lack of a better way of saying it , just a nice guy (hard to find). He was actually saddened at the extent my surgery history had gone and could not grasp why, why, why this was done over and over again. Don't worry folks, here comes the happy ending! He told me I should not have implants, even under the muscle, even the latest and greatest.implants..that if I were his wife, his kid, his best friend, he would not recommend.... At first I was scared, devastated...would I look worst without them? I had since my 20's, was I too stretched out, etc. etc. etc.!?!??!? I was a candidate for bi-lateral implantation removal with fat graphing and minor nipple reconstruction. He had an upcoming teaching session where my case could be used to assist upcoming surgeons. RESULT: I have healthy, NORMAL, even perky bubbies! AND THEY ARE ALL MINE. 100% me! He gave me my self confidence back....which is priceless...I look great in my clothing, bathing suit....I am slimmer with a normal, complimentary size! So how do you ever say enough about a guy like Doc Bucky! You can't! COOLSCULPT; I decided about 1 year after above surgery to get cool scuIpt. I am athletic but had problem waist area. I am only 7 weeks out and I have lost over 1 inch and still will lose more over next 5 weeks. Simple and fast, went running the same day! I had procedure at the new amazing Rittenhouse office where you get in this comfy space age chair with heated blankets, magazines, TV and TLC! It may as well have been a spa treatment! Heather is the EXPERT on Coolsculpt! I won't need any other treatments, this sole treatment took care of the problem! PS- did I mention the girls?!??!?! How could I forget! Dr Bucky did a mini tummy tuck on me a number of years ago. Except the results of his surgery, an extremely adhered scar leaving a puff above and below it--and I only weigh 98 lbs--I have otherwise aged well. I am very understanding and wanted to discuss this with him, and was told I would have to pay a consult fee. And yes, the secretary explained the situation and he was still going to charge a consult fee. Be wary, a doctor who charges a repeat customer to look at HIS OWN WORK, puts profit before people.

I had a double mastectomy on March 15 2004. I had reconstructive surgery . immediately on my surgery date. NEVER saw that Dr. again...not even for a follow up. I had saline implants. They were hard and painful. My surgeon kept asking me if I was happy with my implants and I kept blowing her off by saying ooh they are just fine. Truthfully I was just happy to be alive and no more cancer. I guess I felt I did not need new implants because I did not feel I had the right to complain. Years of having pain and discomfort I finally went to Dr Bucky. I think he was a little apprehensive about taking my case and operating on someone elses mess. Dr Bucky examined me and said he could do better. That is a understatement. when I went in for surgery he told me he was going to make my breasts look GREAT. His office staff are ALL wonderful and so very compassionate. They explained everything to me and my husband. My breasts look Great and feel Great. This time I have silicone implants along with fat crafting. I even got some lyposuction out of the deal. Now at age 59 I feel great and proud of my breasts. They feel so natural and no pain at all. I cannot say enough about Dr Bucky . He is WONDERFUL. Thank you so much for making me feel like a women again. It has been 3 months and I have seen Dr Bucky 3 times so far and he even called me the same day of my surgery to check on me. Dr Bucky you are GREAT.

Having recently moved to Center City from NYC, I was totally unfamiliar with the medical community .When my interest in plastic surgery developed,I was at a loss. I was referred to a popular Dr by a friend from the area , It was a totally unsatisfying situation that left me feeling pressured to commit and totally confused. From my first phone call for information to my following visits with Kimmi ,Dr Buckys incredible nurse (who understood me as an individual and listened and explained things with her delightful ,caring personality),I knew I had made the right decision.I felt totally at ease, and was being treated as an individual with specific needs .Erin, office manger for the Washington Square office was a delight and coordinated everything beautifully. My many calls and questions were always met with total interest and concern. Then my meeting with Dr Bucky, Never Have I felt such concern for my needs as a patient .Especially one with specific goals that would affect my appearance None of my questions or ideas were too much for Dr Bucky to address.. The following weeks of preparation were handled smoothly by the entire staff. The day of the surgery I was made to feel totally at ease ,Before I knew it, I was well on my way to an easy and speedy recovery.My first night with Zoe, a private nurse referred by the office was a delight. Recovery at home was simple and comfortable.My follow up care and questions were dealt with the same concern and interest always shown to me by Dr Bucky and his entire staff. It's only been a short time ,but I already look and feel incredible .Results were outstanding and even better than I had expected. September 6, 2017 Dear Dr. Bucky & Staff, I write this long overdue testimonial, a year from my breast augmentation surgery, and wake up every day SO HAPPY with my breasts!!!! Dr. Bucky & his team are all very competent, professional, and caring – it is easy to know you are in the best hands. I am 38 years old and have mulled over getting breast surgery for 15 years – do I really need them, isn’t that a lot of money to spend on myself, what if people judge me…… Let me say that I am so glad I chose to have breast surgery and am so glad I found Dr. Bucky. I feel so much better about myself, see myself how I always pictured in my mind, and am much more confident. Most surprising is how many people have not notice my new additions; which I take as such a testament to how appropriate Dr. Bucky chose the shape and size breasts to fit me and my body - he really listened to what I wanted and chose the absolute perfect fit for me!!! I came to Dr. Bucky with tuberous breasts and little to no breast tissue – no padded bra really actually fit – I was not even a AA, as there was nothing to support, and “taking off your breasts with the padded bra” is a crappy reminder of what you lack. In Dr. Bucky’s care I now have perfectly symmetrical C/D breasts with matching nipples that felt like they have always been part of me!! I am so so SOOO glad I found Dr.Bucky and thankful to him for taking me on as a patient. Throughout the entire process, I knew that I was at the right doctor and had full confidence that he would count me as a success. All of the team members at Dr. Bucky’s office are so remarkable!!! Dr. Bucky is the ultimate doctor above and beyond any other doctor out there! He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and has a great bedside manner. I first saw Dr. Bucky in 2006 and he helped me with the reconstruction from Stage 3 Breast Cancer and having a double mastectomy. I could have thought my life was over, however Dr. Bucky helped me stay positive and feel beautiful. He is an absolute professional and takes the time to explain everything with such patience and he is so down to earth and I felt very comfortable with him. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with his work and felt he helped me in such a way that I didn't feel bad about myself (after going through such an ordeal). Then 12 years later it was time to have the implants replaced (as that is the protocol for silicone implants in the event they could leak). I went to another Doctor at HUP because Dr. Bucky no longer took the insurance that I carry. The Doctor at HUP messed me up!!!! I was loosing sleep over it as I was lopsided and drastically uneven. I was very uncomfortable all the time. Then I went back to see Dr. Bucky to ask him if he could help me. In no time at all, we scheduled the appointment for surgery and he corrected the problem (all within 2 weeks). I can't even tell you how ecstatic I am with the results! I can wear all my clothes and feel good about myself again. Dr. Bucky is worth every penny and I would never trust anyone else again. This man is a genius! My goals were modest for body contouring, and I can honestly say that the result was far better than I could have imagined. Rachel's thorough explanation of the procedure and competent yet friendly demeanor made this a very comfortable experience. I still cannot believe the results.My wife was skeptical at first, but she has now commented several times about the impressive outcome. My clothes fit better and my new look is permanent. After a very traumatic experience with a botched lift and implants from a Delaware plastic surgeon, I went to Dr. Bucky for a consultation and I was so impressed with his demeanor and the professionalism of his staff. The day of surgery the entire surgical staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Bucky performed a breast lift and augmentation on me January 2014. Before I even considered having any breast procedures, I did A LOT of research on the actual surgery and on different plastic surgeons. When I realized how complex a breast lift/breast augmentation surgery could be, I became very focused on finding the right surgeon. To me, it seemed just as much of an art as it was a science. When I read Dr. Bucky's credentials and saw photos of his work on his website, I could see he was very experienced and I scheduled a consultation with him. His demeanor was very gentle and he was extremely professional. He listened carefully to me, answered all of my questions, and was very reassuring as well. (I think he could tell I was a bit anxious.) When it came time for my surgery, he had an organized system for surgery, starting before surgery (including the vitamins) to post-surgery and the follow-up from Dr. Bucky, Kimmi, and his team. Every interaction I have had with Dr.Bucky and his staff has been excellent. It has been 9 months since my surgery and I am still amazed at how great my new, 50-year-old breasts look. I wanted my breasts to look natural and in proportion to my body, and they do. They fit me and my body type perfectly. Not a single day has gone by that my husband of 24 years hasn't told me, "These breasts are just spectacular!" I'm not sure which one of us likes them better! No review of Dr. Bucky can be complete without mentioning Erin, his patient coordinator in the Philadelphia office. She is so sweet and personable and I enjoyed every conversation I had with her. She is a huge asset to the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Bucky!

Beginning with consultation and ending with my last follow up visit, I experienced only positive, professional services; the level of customer service is unsurpassed. I had thought about a face lift for almost two years asking myself, should I really do this, do I think I'm a Real Housewife and so on, and finally decided to take the plunge, it was the best decision! Dr. Bucky's surgical team at Penn were excellent and the surgery was over before I knew it. I was escorted by a very caring, competent nurse to the Ritz Carlton and was taken care for the evening and overnight. I went home the next day and I hardly had any pain. I did have alot of swelling but this had been explained to me in detail prior to the surgery so I knew this was expected. I was able to go out in a little less than 2 weeks and return to work as well. The improvement is so natural that when I returned to work employees asked me things like: did you get a new hair style, wow...you must have a great vacation and so on. I really look like a better version of myself - which is exactly what I was hoping for! To me, this is the true testament: my best friend scheduled her appointment after seeing my results! I know she wouldn't have unless I had a great result :-) I heart Dr. Bucky and his entire team!

I have been seeing Renee for Lazer hair removal for about a year. Every time I go into the office I am greeted promptly and with a smile from the girl at the front desk. The office is clean. Choosing Dr. Bucky as my plastic surgeon was the best decision I ever made! Dr. Bucky performed a breast lift and augmentation along with abdominal liposuction on me 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the results! I used to have tuberous breast deformity and I can't believe how natural and full my breasts look now! Dr. Bucky did such a superb job that nobody could ever think that I wasn't born with them! I also had an apple shaped body and stored most of my fat in my abdomen. I could never wear the tight clothes I wanted to or feel confident in a bikini despite being at my ideal weight. That has all changed! I love my new contour and new found confidence! Besides Dr. Bucky's incredible talent, the treatment from him and his staff is beyond outstanding. Dr. Bucky is very caring and attentive along with his entire professional staff. I was expecting to feel a lot more pain and be immobile for a prolonged period of time after surgery, but thankfully, that was not the case! By following Dr. Bucky's pre- and post-op regimen, I did not feel any pain and was able to resume all normal activities (although nothing strenuous) literally in 2-3 days (Apparently, he wasn't kidding when he referred to his breast augmentations as "The Weekend Breast Augmentation".). Another thing that I really like about Dr. Bucky is that he is very honest and really has your best intentions at heart. He will tell you what is truly best for your particular situation and you can have trust in him. I remember inquiring about a larger breast implant prior to surgery, but Dr. Bucky would not let me make that mistake and I am so glad I listened to him and chose him as my surgeon. Looking at my breasts now, I could not imagine them any bigger. They are perfect and exactly what he said to expect. I went from a large A/small B cup to a DD! All in all, I only have good things to say about Dr. Bucky and his staff. I promise you that you will not be disappointed if you go with him and that you will not only have chosen a top quality surgeon, but a great person too!

I've been seeing Tara for microneedling. She's so sweet and knowledgeable. I appreciate her gentle touch. But even so, there is a bit of discomfort involved--but nothing major and worth it for beauty! Luckily the novacaine cream helps a lot. AND now they have "laughing gas" (noxious oxide) which kept me feeling nicely relaxed through the whole procedure. I recommend the whole Dr. Bucky team.
