After consultations with other surgeons I chose Dr. Horowitz to perform a brow lift and blepharoplasty (eye lift) and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS!! Dr. Horowitz and staff have been very professional, helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout my entire experience. As for the results - I was terrified I would look different or have that SURPRISED LOOK! Dr. Horowitz reassured me that he did not want any of these outcomes either and it was his job to make sure that I looked brighter and well rested so to speak! Dr. Horowitz Being the skilled surgeon and artist he is - gave me exactly what he promised! It is such a joy to wear mascara and eye makeup again without it being smudged on the excess eyelid skin, not to mention the improvement in my vision. Recently had a surgical procedure at Harford County Ambulatory Surgical Center with Dr. Jeff Horowitz as the surgeon. I must give Dr. Horowitz a five star rating due to his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. Dr. Horowitz established direct open communication if I needed his immediate attention or followup. I will be posting in about three months to assess the quality of the surgery, if there were any problems or complications and how they were handled. Most important to me is if my expectations were met. So far, I am very pleased since I am only three days post op.

She and the Dr. will address your concerns after hours which is very important because you are investing your money and I can assure you this office provides excellent customer service. If you want to feel safe and secure this is the place! You don't need to travel to South Florida or out of the country for procedures.

Dr. Horowitz is the most amazing surgeon! I was extremely hesitant about getting breast augmentation. Because of recovery time, appearance of the implants, side effects, etc. But after nursing my two girls, I became very insecure with how my breasts looked, so I looked into it. Dr. Horowitz made me feel so comfortable with everything, and only wanted me to go to a size that made ME happy. So I showed him a picture of myself, pre-children, and he gave me outstanding advice on size, shape, etc. Two months later, I have never looked back. He did such an incredible job and I am so thankful I found him. Was always available via text or [phone to talk me through my indecisiveness, and post operative questions. I have recommended him to so many. He is a 5-star guy, through and through! Thank you Dr. Horowitz!

I am 4 weeks post op tummy tuck and brazilian butt lift. I am feeling great!!! Dr. Horowitz and his staff are the best. Very professional and kind. Before and after surgery any time i had any questions or concerns Dr. Horowitz was easy to reach as well as his assistant Michele. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I am still a little swollen, but i am loving my results now, so when all the swelling is completely gone i know im going to be crazy in love with my new body. Dr. Horowitz cares strongly for his patients' well being. Most of the time, you would expect a surgeon to ignore you after he had completed his work. Dr. Horowitz made himself available to answer questions for me especially when I had some healing issues three months post op. I was nervous about cost since my insurance would not cover my surgery. Dr. Horowitz came in well below what I expected to pay and also helped me with a payment plan. The staff who assisted Dr. Horowitz were also great as I was somewhat anxious about being under anesthesia for so long and not being at a hospital.

Dr. Horowitz recently performed a rhinoplasty surgery on me at the Harford County ambulatory service center (about three months ago). This procedure is something that I have wanted done for quite some time but I could not find the right time or doctor. My nose was not horrible to begin with but I was not happy with how thick the cartilage was on the tip, as well as a small bump at the top. So it was something that bothered me even if others did not notice it as much. After unsuccessfully seeing a few surgeons, I found Dr. Horowitz and it finally just felt like the right fit. Not only is he extremely qualified for surgical procedures but he also has a background is aesthetics and the arts, furthering his qualifications that you are going to get the best of the best. He could not be any friendlier and his staff were also equally as welcoming. They definitely want you to be comfortable throughout the process since surgery and the days prior can be stressful. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose Dr. Horowitz. I could not be more happy with my experience and how my nose looks today. This results from this experience has made me feel more confident in my appearance and beautiful than I ever have.
