I had my final post op visit today with Dr. Krein following surgery on my nose in late November. He told me how good I would feel after he corrected a deviated septum and 2 fractures that had occurred way back in the day. I was plagued with breathing difficulties and sinus infections. He did an AMAZING job - I feel WONDERFUL now that I can breathe again! And my nose is straight. I cannot believe the difference. I have no post nasal surgery horror stories to tell. I had discomfort for a few days, but it was minor, very minor - considering all the work that was done. Thanks Dr. Krein! Joanne Jordan

Prior to my visit I was having difficulty breathing. I had not used my CPAC machine for 9 months. My face would not accept the "dream wear" (similar to a face mask). After seeing three (3) doctors, physician number three. (3) referred me to Dr. Krein. He took one look up my nose and said he could fix the problem. I believe my concern is called stenosis of the nose or, in my words the; A part of my nose had collapsed. To correct my breathing problem Dr. Krein took the cartilage in my nose and built, like, a tent in my nose. Now I can breath. Thank you Dr. Krein. Thank you physician's and staff at Jefferson, Philadelphia.

Dr Krein is amazing and has the hands of gold !! After two surgeries and I can honestly say I feel reborn and can finally breathe after 15 years of breathing through my mouth and suffering from horrible anxiety!
