I am more then happy to write a 5 star review for Dr. Coville and his entire office staff. My journey started in 2016 when Dr. Fred did my breast augmentation and lift, I have since had a couple more procedures done as well:) I cannot say enough good things about this office. The staff and Dr. Coville make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was very nervous going into my first appointment, but after meeting all the girls and getting to know them over the past couple years I feel like I am with family every time I walk in the door. I have to say I love them all but I feel I need to talk about someone who really stood out to me from day one and she still does now..... That would be Janet!! I feel like I need to find more things to have done just so I can continue to go in and see her. Janet is always so warm and pleasant, she always makes me feel right at home by taking the time out to ask how I am doing, and to make sure that I am happy with everything that I have had done. Janet just really goes that extra mile for you! She has always returned my calls right away if I left a message, and she also called me several times to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before procedures and also just to see how I was before and after as well:):) I just love love love this office....I am so happy this is where I chose to go and I would highly recommend Dr. Fred and his team to anyone looking to have cosmetic surgery whether a small procedure in the office or a bigger procedure at the surgery center. Amazing Amazing Amazing! I called Cornerstone Plastic Surgery one day to see if I could schedule a consultation for an ice pick scar that I have on my forehead. They were able to schedule me in for a consultation that night!! That is unheard of! And it was complimentary! I then met with Dr. Coville that night and he was great. He recommended microdermabrasion sessions for me and gave me a package of four sessions for 10% off! I was then able to schedule a microdermabrasion session for the next day! I was so excited that I was able to get so much done in such a short amount of time. The office is beautiful and every single staff member is so friendly and attentive, but my absolute favorite is Irina, the medical aesthetician! She is too amazing for words. I would recommend this office for ANYONE! Not one bad thing about it! :)

Beautiful office, friendly staff however they don’t know how to keep appointments. First appt Jan 30 a second appt was scheduled for Feb 15 (not cosmetic but for pathology) After rearranging business and work I was called about a week before informing me they had to move me all the way out to March 8. Once again, arranged my business and work around March 8. On or about Feb 26 once again called by their office changing the time of my appt from 10 AM to 3 PM which I could not make. Even though they offered to fit me in on March 4 I could not reschedule work again and risk having them change it a third time. To quote Jerry Seinfeld “They know how to make appointments they just don’t know how to keep them” So I am having to start all over (not here)

Office staff is nice but Dr was horrible and very rude. Rushed through the procedure and did a bad job. Confirmed afterwards he wasn’t board certified. Very disappointed but lesson learned. Always do your research beforehand

Hi I went for a consult. Then called to schedule surgery for a tummy tuck. Put down a down payment. Next day after scheduling I had to cancel because my husband fell and had to shoulder and elbow surgery. I called them back within 72 hours to cancel. It took a week to get my deposit back except for 750 dollars that they would not return. Since then I have looked into other plastic surgeons to see what there policy is with down payments . Was told that within 72 hours of cancellation they would return all of deposit. If after that they keep between 400 and 500 dollars of your deposit, if you cancel surgery. But can use that for other services. Just had to say how I feel. The office was nice and clean but just disappointed on the way they handled my situation. Even told them why I had to cancel and no compassion.

A year ago my friend introduced me to Dr. Coville. I am 72 years of age. I had much damage on my skin due to facial skin cancer treatments over the years. Dr. Coville put me on a regime of medical creams and over the next months he worked on restoring the lost melanin on my cheeks. It has been one year and I have made use of his advice on treatments that would restore my skin .My face is cancer free and soft and supple. I have also be taking advantage of the microdermabrasion treatments with Irena. Wow! When I look in the mirror I am amazed! It is way beyond any expectations I ever wished for. I have worked and trained front desk offices in the medical field. The girls that were at the front desk for very friendly greeted you with a smile. Which I love when I walk into any type of doctors office or establishment. The office was very clean and had contemporary style but welcoming. I got juvederm with this doctor and after my experience, I would not recommend him to anyone. He was very pushy about his opinion and he did not listen to what I wanted. For the amount of money I pay for Juvederm Ultra Plus, I expect to be listened to and have what I want, not what HE thinks is best. After further conversation with him he told me he would do what I wanted, but after he was finished, I found that he didnt. He just did what he wanted, and I hated the results. I definitely won't go back to him and wouldn't recommend him.

I went to Dr. Coville years ago because i was unhappy with acne scars and sun damage on my face. He started me off with a package for a peel and laser treatments as well as the ZO Skin Care line and my skin has never looked better! I even went back for more lasers and have continued the skin care line. He knows his stuff about skin. Highly recommend if you want to look refreshed with glowing skin!
