Great staff, great doctors

The waiting area was neat & clean. We were brought back on time. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. My husband saw Dr. Friedel & we were very happy with him. He really listened to us & explained the situation clearly, giving us options & likely outcomes. When we decided to go with what he recommend, he & his office staff quickly set the procedure appointment for the next day. Since there’s some anxiety about the problem & the procedure we appreciated being able to have it done quickly. I’d like to say that the doctor in no way pressured us & gave us a few options. He was very kind & wanted us to be comfortable with whatever option we chose.

This rating reflects the young girl at the counter and not doctors since I never had an opportunity to see a doctor and now I will NEVER return!!! She was so condescending and passive aggressive during our encounter that I felt as though she was questioning my veracity and my intelligence. My appointment was at 330 but she said her computer said it was at 300. I said I put it in my phone and showed her. I said well ok, I guess I have to reschedule...it happens. She began rapid fire questioning me, is this your phone number, then you should have received a text. Did you do your paperwork online, why are you here? I'm standing there looking at her trying to determine why she was being so witchy and not just rescheduling my appointment and moving forward. I finally said, nevermind I will find another doctor. Your counter people are a reflection of the doctors and if someone shows you who they are BELIEVE THEM!

Nice people and no waiting for long period of time. In and out in about 15 minutes. Dr.is a nice guy and will answer your questions .

If you need surgery that requires professionals consider this location. They take the patient into account. You aren't a number. They fill out paperwork and not type on a computer. They don't just look at your portal...they ask questions. It's medicine like it use to be. Now don't expect to be on time. 8:40 surgery didn't go back into OR till almost 1pm. A bit annoying but I overlooked this inconvenience because of my care given. I would recommend this place and when my 2nd surgery comes up I will return.

Clean. Nice staff. Examining room had a retro bench that was a nice touch visually, and I'm sure for those that need assistance getting to the ENT. Their support person has a nice bench to sit and wait. It's the small things, yanno.

I visited Dr Schwartz in May to look at my nose as it felt like I was not getting oxygen when I would breath. He inspected it and stuck a tube down to it check from a deviation, finding none. Assuming it was allergies he scheduled for a full allergy test and then proceeded to prescribe me over the counter Flonase...which I told him did nothing in the past. I used it as interned to no avail..sat though the allergy test for them to all come back negative. An for him to throw his hand in the air and tell me to come back in September after taking the Flonase, which wasn't working, all summer. I them received a nice $600+ dollar bill for the initial test for the deviated septum, and am now staring at a $1053.29 bill for the allergy test after insurance coverage of $295.71. Still unable to breath, with no clear answers from this "expert" other than to throw his hands in the air and say he wasn't sure. Would not recommend wasting money unless you are sure of what is wrong, because he certainly will not help you figure it out.
