She performed a breast reduction on me and while the surgery itself requires an intense recovery, Dr. Margoles did an incredible job. Let me start off by saying I've put my rhinoplasty off for over 10 years because I was petrified to get the surgery again. My first experience was terrible! I met Dr. Margoles and immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she had my best interest in mind. She wasn't doing this just for monetary reasons like most other Dr's I had met prior. I was tremendously pleased with everything about the experience. Firstly, Dr. Margoles has a wonderfully assuring manner. Secondly, the results were more than I could have hoped for. Thirdly, she told me the process should be relatively comfortable and she was completely right. I didn't take a single pain medication and that's a real testament to her skill. Lastly, her office manager Landon was helpful and responsive. I can't be happier about my results and equally happy about my choice of surgeon. Even though I was nervous as a young woman getting surgery, she made the process very laid back and I could tell that she was a professional and it was extremely easy to trust her and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire experience. Ordinarily I don't write reviews but I'm so, so happy with my results of having surgery with Dr. Sandra Margoles. As a result of nursing 3 children I was basically left with no breast tissue. And at the age of 29 I felt very self conscious. Just to mention I'm now age 61 and subsequently required to have several removal/ replacement of implants and lift as recommended by previous doctors. Dr. Margoles did my third surgery. What I was so impressed with is that she knew with an exptremely asthetic instinct exactly what looked best for my body type. In my previous surgeries I was never really totally happy. They looked either too large or not properly positioned. It's only been 8 days and I'm just amazed how perfect and natural they look!! If your looking for a doctor who is not only very skilled, experienced but truly strives for perfection and cares about her patients, I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. I give her above excellent!! P.S. I'm a nurse and beauty consultant and I know who's the best in this industry! Dr. Sandra Margoles and her team!
