Two words “Real Results”!! I have been going to this spa for 3 months now and the results are significant. I have suffered from acne, oily skin and acne scaring for 3 decades, the recommended skin regimen in conjunction with chemical peels have improved the condition of my skin. As a African American person with a darker skin tone, I was afraid to try chemical peels, and I was wrong! Jessica is a miracle worker, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Kathleen and all of the staff are super friendly, and highly skilled. Thanks a million!

For my initial visit, there was a miscommunication, however, the owner Mark went above and beyond to fix the issue. I’m glad I gave this spa another chance. The reviews of Kristin are true. She was amazing, super professional, and very knowledgeable. This was my first time getting lip fillers so I was very nervous but Kristin accomplished exactly the look I was going for. The procedure was very comfortable! I highly recommend this place!!

If I could give Radiance more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Everyone there, from Mark the owner, to Jess and Kristin (my favorite ladies), to Eileen are wonderful. The space itself is beautiful, well kept and very comfortable. Jess did my initial evaluation of cool sculpting, kybella and vivace which was done professionally and did not rush me at all with any of my questions. Mark actually joined us and told me that I would be wasting my money on certain procedures that I thought I wanted to get, or areas that wouldn't necessarily work with what I had thought would be good. He is a straight shooter and will tell you what will work and what won't. He has a great sense of humor and always pops in to say hi and see how you're doing. Jess and Kristin are fabulous when it comes to the actual procedures. So far I've had cool sculpting which is no big deal at all. I had read reviews on painful pins and needles and total loss of feeling on the treated areas. Or the cold being so intense you can't take it. None of that has happened to me. It's too soon to see results yet but am hoping to see a difference soon. The Kybella injections on my "bra fat" wasn't too bad. Kristen uses numbing cream and does the injections so quickly that by the time the burning sensation starts, she's already done and has given you your ice pack. I've also gotten Vivace on my face and neck and that has an extremely comfortable procedure. The worst part about it was how long the numbing cream took to wear off on my face. I'm looking forward to seeing my results starting to show more, but highly recommend going here for anything they offer. The attention to details, the space and the great personalities of everyone there will make you feel right at home and at total ease!

I was very intimidated to come in and try to figure out what was going to fix acne scars. I was afraid that I would be told to do things that I didn’t need, or that somehow the problem would worsen. The people at radiance medspa were extremely compassionate and helpful. It is very evident that they care deeply about what they are doing, and about helping people. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. The experience was great, the follow up care was wonderful and the results were exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be able to go out of the house without any makeup on. They also have a very good price on all the treatments and never pressured me into any further sales. You can trust them to be honest and to help you achieve the results you need. The people here are like a family, and the experience was much better than I even anticipated. I waited 18 years to get rid of acne scars and I wish I had come sooner.

At radiance med spa i had the most positive experience getting my lips done. at my consultation kristen was extremely professional, kind, bubbly and made me comfortable being there. being younger getting this done she treated me like any other client. i couldn’t have asked for anyone better. getting this done i was extremely nervous but she told me everything i needed to know and calmed my anxiety down a million. my facial i had mixed emotions towards . compared to other facials i’ve had they told me .every. product being put on my face compared to this one they didn’t. i wasn’t a fan of that . overall i will be back next year to visit kristen again .

I'm getting married in a couple months and came in for fraxel treatments. I had Christine do the treatments and she was beyond amazing. She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process which could at time be uncomfortable. But I'm so glad I'm in a good hand of Christine. 4 treatments later, my face turns about to be a lot smoother. The acne scars diminish significantly. I understand that my skin takes time to heal after the intensive treatment to show full results, but I'm already please with what I'm seeing on my face.

BEST place for fillers in Connecticut. I went from doctor to doctor for fillers and was never really happy with my results, I realized any doctor will take your money and make you feel like you're going to get a great result ....but that was NEVER the case with any of the 5 doctors I received juvederm from. I always left lumpy, bumpy, and un happy for a RIDICULOUS price. Radiance medspa is TOP of the line treatment for an extremely reasonable price. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend if you're getting any fillers or skin rejuvenation you go to Radiance Med spa. Also I have compared prices with other med spa's in the Glastonbury area before coming to this one and Radiance med spa is the best price but most importantly best quality work. Last note: the technique Kristen uses makes my lips look PERFECT and the results last an entire year!! I had to add this in because when I was seeing other doctors I was back at their office every 3-4 months... who has time for that?? Radiance medspa is all around the best quality. Love love love them.

I just had my very first cosmetic procedure of any kind at Radiance Medspa in Avon, CT. I had lip injections done by Kristin. The entire experience--from start to finish-- was amazing. The spa is clean, calm and aesthetically pleasing- perfect if you are a little nervous. I was! My nerves were quickly put at ease upon consulting with Kristin. She really understood what I was going for. I showed her a few photos and she IMMEDIATELY knew I wanted to have a realistic but enhanced look to my lips. She was very kind and calm and just a cool woman with a perfect attitude for this kind of thing. I had the numbing cream on for about 20 minutes, and as my procedure began I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that lip injections ARE NOT painful! You do feel something, but seriously, I even said to Kristin after the first injection "wow that's totally fine." No it isn't like a feather on your face, but if you have ever accidentally bitten your lip, it truly isn't even as painful as that. Kristin stopped about half way through to show me my progress and ask how I felt about the results and EXPLAINED what she was going to do next, which I really appreciated. I am currently obviously swollen, but I am in love with the shape. Kristin really paid tribute to my natural lips, but made them plump and just gorgeous I really can not say enough good things. I believe having fuller lips will help even out my larger features on my face (eyes and nose) and create a more harmonious overall look. Mark and Jessica were out front as I was leaving and were so kind and easy to talk to. They both made the experience even more enjoyable. In summary, Kristin is an artist, the injections are NOT painful, and the results (mine so far) are just fantastic..I cant wait to see them as the swelling goes down. I will try to update my review as that happens. Thank you Kristin, Mark, and Jessica! what a treat!!

People weren’t kidding in their reviews that I read . Every employee that I have encountered here has made you feel welcome as soon as entering that door and everything was carried out so smoothly . You can tell the employees have passion in what they do and so does the owner. This was my first time having fillers done. I had under eyes done to get rid of my “tired eye” look and all I can say is wow !! Kristin did my injections using a “cannula” and I didn’t have any swelling or bruising! I will be coming back for my future visits- looking forward to my microblading with Jessica tomorrow!

I had my love handles this past March. I did get some results, but not what I expected for the price. I didn't realize that you only get 20% results. I didn't know that until I went for my follow up appointment. I would not have paid $1500.00 for only 20% results.

Where do I begin? Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I went to Radiancd Medspa to have filler placed under my eyes. I am extremely scared of needles and was very nervous about having the procedure done. I was told that they would use a cannula needle to inject the filler. So this is my second time ever getting my lips done, but my first time getting Botox (in my 11’s/eyebrows) but first time ever at radiance medspa in Avon , and let me tell you..... I am in LOVE!! I had the pleasure of having Kristen! Who was highly recommended to me, now I see for very obvious reasons! She was very clear and upfront about pricing during our consultation. Kristen gave me a discount for being a first timer their! She asked what my goals were and took the time to 100% understand what I wanted for an outcome. I didn’t feel rushed and I’m a very nervous and anxious person so I was asking a lot of questions and started feeling like I was talking too much but never felt she was annoyed by my many questions! Also when I’ve had consultations other places they picked apart my face saying “I could use this there and that there” that I never felt I needed. I felt these other places just saw me as a money ticket! Kristen was not trying to sell me anything else even when I asked her about other things I feel is wrong she honestly answered I’m not in need of that (which I know I’m not but hey I’m a girl and knit pick on everything on myself) so I loved feeling like she didn’t see me as money but as a person who she wanted to help enhance what I really wanted. Which is special! I’m a hairdresser so I understand consultations and even took a few tips from her patience and understanding of my wants! I am a BABY with pain!!! Kristen gave me a couple options to help with my fear of pain. I went in with a panic attack (not because of them I’m just a very anxious person and going somewhere for my first time is very nerve wrecking) but from the man I spoke to on the phone who was beyond accommodating and the woman at the front desk who was very welcoming then sitting in the room with Kristen it was like I completely felt like I’ve known them and my anxiety was gone! I’ve had my lips done before, and I can’t express enough how kristen was able to make it as painless as possible and the “tough parts” (keep in mind I’m a baby) she talked me through and was very honest about what was going to happen and did it on my time! Always making sure my comfort was a priority! The salon was beautiful and comfortable with a zen like vibe! I can’t say enough about my whole experience. I can’t wait to see kristen again! Defiantly my to-go to girl!!! NOT TO MENTION!!!! My lips are EXACTLY how I wanted them! The pout, the lining, where I wanted the volume, everything! As far as the Botox she explained the results are not like lips where you see results immediately but I do feel like I already see a difference and I trust her! She Is very knowledgeable and I felt very welcomed and appreciated! Thank you kristen!!!

I walked into Medspa Radiance in Avon for the first time today. I'm at a very low point. The staff could have easily taken advantage of my vulnerability. Instead they were honest and said the service I was interested in wasn't for me. They didn't rush to try to sell me anything else. They were honest, ethical and showed incredible empathy and compassion. I will be back in November to get my first facial Love this place!

During my visit I received the HydraFacial and I was very pleased. I have very problematic, acne prone skin which tends to be sensitive and it did wonders for me. I left feeling smooth and glowy and I will definitely get it again. My skin already looks much less congested. Jacqui and Jess were wonderful and it was overall a very nice experience
