If you are in need of a foot doctor, I highly recommend Dr Ned Ramadan. He is a great surgeon, a caring doctor and provides as much time as needed at each visit. I never feel rushed or leave without all my questions answered. He fixed my bunion and hammertoe, and I can now walk pain free. Dr Ned completely explained the surgical procedures and answered all my questions. He is by far the most compassionate, caring doctor I've ever known.

I started off with an ingrown toenail and unknown to me it became infected. Dr. Ramadan had me go to the hospital for a few days and go home with IV antibiotics and wound dressings of my toe. I strongly believe he had my back in my desire to not to take the tip of my toe off. I have diabetes. He is very caring, kind,and has a great personality. I have already told many people about him and recommended him to them. He has already gotten both me and my son new inserts in our shoes and me new shoes. I can not say how much I am thankful for him and his wonderful staff for all they are doing for us. Best Doctor I have had in a long time! My family and I have been patients of Dr Ramadan for many years. He is very talanted and very understanding. It is very hard to find a Dr that will take their time with you, Dr Ramadan makes sure that the "lay" person understands everything he is explaining to you. You are never rushed by any means. I was injured a few years back while I was on vacation, I went in to see him, after he examed me he explained that surgery was the only way to solve my issue. Dr. Ned is the best Dr. I have ever had. He is so caring, and personable. After one appointment he instantly becomes a friend. His honesty, bedside manner and overall care is something to truly be admired. His thorough investigation of a serious foot injury i had(which other doctors may have overlooked) honestly saved me from being a cripple. For example, I had a bulge on the back of my heel after a previous injury, Dr. Ned was not comfortable with the other Dr.s final analysis and he decided it would be a good idea to have surgery to shave it down and found out it was my Achilles tendon torn and basically saved it from snapping. His professional intuition saved me from what could have been month and months of rehabilitation. He is instantly there for his patients whenever hes needed even going as far as opening his office in emergencies on his days off as well as answering questions I may have using his personal cell phone number. All Doctors should look at Dr. Ned Ramadan as the perfect example of how to treat a patient.

It was a very awkward appointment. We were discussing possible surgery and he asked what medication I was on and after I told him I was taking oral contraceptives, he told me, "You need to stop taking that nonsense." I'm sorry, what?? There were a few times when he mentioned God in the appointment and how he believes in God... okay, freedom of religion, I get it, but do I care? While I was filling out paperwork, I had questions so I asked the man working behind the desk and he had no idea how to help. Dr. Ramadan kept pressuring me to write a review for him on Google throughout the entire appointment and then at the end took me in his office to show me how to set up an account to write him a review. I feel like people who give him five stars will get a discount during their next visit or something... I was lucky enough to have found a great foot surgeon in Milford who makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Ramadan is a very talented and compassionate doctor. He never rushes his patients through their appointment and takes the time to educate and fully explain the diagnosis and treatment. His mantra, "do no harm", is evident in the great care he takes, whether it be treating an ingrown toenail or performing major reconstructive surgery. I appreciate that he prefers to initially take the less invasive approach or offer alternatives rather than proposing surgery right off the bat. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with flexible hours to schedule appointments (a huge convenience for people who work full-time). I would highly recommend Dr. Ramadan to treat any scope of foot issues.

My name is Andrea Mastro I am a 48 year old mom of four daughters and a grandma of sex wonderful grandchildren I recently found out I became a type 2 diabetic and I started having problem with my left foot due to an injury that occurred in January of this year because of tripping and falling in a hole in a parking lot at a Walmart plaza I started going to st. Vincent's Urgent Care due to the pain I was having in my ankle and in my foot they referred me to dr. Ned Ramadan I cannot express my gratitude that I have for this doctor and man he is phenomenal he has a heart of gold he truly cares about his patients well-being his wife Rachel works there with him and between him and his wife you will never find a more compassionate or qualified team to help you if you are having a problem from the knee down to the foot this man has gone above and beyond to help me to make sure I don't lose my foot which I very well could have lost it or still lose it but he is taking every precaution he could to help me to make sure that does not happen if anyone out there does need a doctor in his qualification area I cannot stress my point enough to you people don't look any farther because you will never find anyone that is better than this team of husband and wife I cannot tell you more than what I am saying but he is wonderful I wake up every morning grateful that I still have my feet and that I'm hoping that I won't lose them and that is only because of this man doctor his capabilities and what he is doing for me again to all the public out there don't know anywhere else you'll never find anybody better I love this man truly I am so glad that he is my doctor

Great doctor! They got me right in when I called. I had bad heel pain he took X-rays, told me what was wrong. I opted for the shot and that was the best thing I could have done! He called me as soon as he received my insurance auth for inserts, again got me right in to do the molds. No matter how busy he is he gets you in. He seems very passionate about what he does. He is straight to the point and tells you what needs to be done. I highly recommend him!!

I had been seeing Dr. Ramadan for about one year at my initial visit he was very nice, caring and compassionate. I thought he was a little eccentric and egotistical, but I found it humorous. We agreed that he would give me cortisone injections and he made inserts for my shoes, however I went back six months later and needed injections again. however, This week I contacted his office and explain that I was in excruciating pain, and that I was sure that he would not give me another injection, however we need to come up with a plan. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for over 25 years, I have been on every RA medication on the market, and have never used narcotics. However today when I went to visit Dr. Ramadan, he came in and asked me where my pain was located, I chuckled(if you have chronic pain you understand that sometimes you need to laugh not to cry)he then went into his over the top, obnoxious egotistical spill about how he was a surgeon and that he went to Yale and he now performs surgeries all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that he does not have time to give injection that I need to find a doctor or Rheumatologist, to give them to me. I could not believe that he had the audacity to be so arrogant. I became so emotional and just broke down crying and he just keep going on and on about how great he is as surgeon. I eventually walked out ANGRY, without being seen, I have never experience a doctor with such an ego and disregard for patient care. I gave one star because system required me too, I would prefer not to give any stars at all.

I had been suffering for a while and my pain suddenly got much worse, which led me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ramadan. Not only did he schedule me an appointment within the same day, but he took the time out of his schedule to rush from his home to his office (at 7pm!) when I told him how unbearable the pain was. He also took extra measures to make sure my condition wasn't stemming from other factors. More importantly, he was extremely compassionate, informative, and saved me from a serious condition that would have led to hospitalization (totally unbeknownst to me) a few days later. I left with thorough instructions -- and complimentary materials -- to help me treat a life threatening condition, and now I finally have the relief I should have sought from him weeks ago. I only wish more doctors are as compassionate and professional as Dr. Ramadan - I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending him to everyone.

This was my second surgery due to neuroma. My first experience was not optimal with the other surgeon from another state. I was in extreme pain for over 4 mo. I called and got right into Dr Ned Ramadan. Rachel, his partner moved mountains to get me an MRI the same day I saw him. All my suspicions were spot on, Dr Ned Ramadan and his office team went above and beyond to repair the damaged nerves in my foot. To make me whole again. They were always able to get me in for appointments, and for surgery, he moved me ahead because of my severe pain. Dr Ned Ramadan cut out the original tumor (first guy left it there) and took out a giant cell reaction tumor due from foreign matter left behind, hurting a good nerve . I could not be any more happy with all of the care and services I received from both Rachel and Dr Ned Ramadan. They are the most compassionate / efficient practice I have ever been to. I am still recovering, Dr Ned had a lot to do for my surgery. I can say already, feeling less pain than before the second surgery. Thank you Rachel and Dr Ned, you guys are the best!

Dr Ned Ramadan was recommended to me by a Nurse who also is a patient. My Mom then started seeing Dr. Ramadan because of her diabetes, problem with toes/feet. I had problem with calluses and went to a doctor who scraped them, but did not do anything to find out the underlying causes. I had the good fortune of getting to know Dr. Ned and his staff after having the not-so-good fortune of fracturing my foot. I am very happy with Dr. Ned's treatment plan. At the time of this writing, I have been out of a cast for a month (after being IN a cast for three months) and I already have so much flexibility and comfort in my foot. Dr. Ramadan has operated on my whole family and we have sent friends of ours to him as well. Personally he corrected both of my flat feet and I am now walking normally and do not expect to have any problems for the rest of my life. I've been going to dr.Ramadan for over a decade for various problems with me feet and ankles. From warts to broken ankles dr.ramadan has taken great care of me! As a daughter, taking care of an elderly parent, you want the best for them. Well today I found the best foot doctor. He not only took care of my father's feet, he was the nicest guy. Dr. Ned as I like to refer to him is not only brilliant but has empathy for his patients. I first saw him when I fractured a bone in my left foot. Months later had pain in my right. During surgery he noticed a muscle didn't look quite right. He removed it sent it to Yale. Come find out it was a lipoma. Meaning a tumor inside the muscle. Thank the lord it came back negative for cancer and that he knew enough to remove it. Thanks again..The scar healed so well it is barely visible. I have referred many friends and they are all just as satisfied as I am.

Great personal attention by Dr. Ramadan!!!! I was referred to Dr. Ramadan through the Milford ER. He took me as a patient the day I called for an appointment. During that initial visit, he determined that I needed at be admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics. He came to the ER with me and took the time to be the admitting physician. I had just met Dr. Ramadan and he took the time to personally make sure that I was taken care of and received the necessary IV antibiotics. I have diabetes and sustained an open fracture of a toe that had become infected. It was Dr. Ramadan’s dedication to a new patient, his swift action and his instructions for my care that saved my toe!!! He continued to monitor my care during my hospitalization including several late night visits when most doctors would be already done for the day. I have never experienced the level of care, knowledge concerning my wound and my diabetes and compassion from a doctor as I did with Dr. Ramadan. He truly cares for his patients and their well being.

This doctor is the best in the business and his staff Rachel and Susie was wonderful too. I cracked the bone in my toe completely in half on my right foot on October 6th and I was told that I needed surgery or if I wanted to wait it could take a lot longer to heal and may not heal correctly because the bone was too far apart. I also got a second opinion with another doctor who was very unprofessional and rude and told me not to do the surgery cause the bone was too small thankfully I went with Dr. Ramadan and he did the surgery on October 18th and he did an amazing job and made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything. I had to get three pins and be in a cast for about 8/9 weeks and now it's healing beautifully and the bone is now completely straight and has mend together needless to say the other doctor was wrong and thank God I went with Dr. Ramadan and got to him when I did. I'm so very grateful and I appreciate everything he has done for me. I'm so happy with the outcome and now can return back to work the first week of January. Thank you Dr Ramadan for taking such great care of me and being funny and cheerful during every visit and I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone and everyone because you're very passionate and it shows and and there's not too many doctors who can do what you do. I never write reviews, but I knew a few minutes into our appointment that I was going to leave a review - I was blown away. This is the kind of doctor I imagine everyone wishes they could find. Dr. Ramadan is not only very personable and funny, but he took the time (late on a Friday no less!) to thoroughly explain what was happening and why, as well as explain treatment options. He was patient, answered our questions, and we did not feel in the least bit rushed or dismissed. He does a great job with explaining what is happening (with the bones, alignment, pain, etc.) - I felt like I got a whole education on feet during a single visit! My SO and I went because he has had extreme foot pain for about 5 years. We went to a different podiatrist before finding Dr. Ramadan, and were basically told the problem (plantar fasciitis/collapsed arches) will only get progressively worse - we can only find ways to manage the condition and pain - which is devastating news for someone who is only 26 and needs to be on their feet for work all day, anywhere from 50 to 80 hours per week. After meeting with Dr. Ramadan, I felt much more confident and reassured that we can actually work to correct the underlying issues causing the pain. I definitely trust his more advanced knowledge and surgical training, and would highly recommend going to him whether you have foot problems already or not.

Dr. Ramadan impressed me within the first 10 seconds of my conversation with him. Called him on a Friday afternoon after leaving my GP and even though he had already left his office as it was closed, he came back and met me so he could perform a much needed procedure on my foot so it would not get any worse. He explained what he needed to do, and why he needed to do it. He did his best to keep my pain level at a minimum. During the procedure he was patient, compassionate and kept me distracted with excellent conversation, jokes and even some singing. When it was over, he taught my husband what he was going to need to do and wrote two pages of instruction. If you need to see someone for your foot or ankle, he is the guy, he is a wonderful person as well as an extremely educated, knowledgeable doctor and reconstructive surgeon.
