Suzanne was the nurse doing the procedure and took her time to explain how it worked, what to expect, cost, etc. She answered all my questions and was patient as it was my first time having my lips done. I got dysport in between my eyebrows 7 months ago by Carrie and it was the best decision I ever made. Squinting and serious frown face runs in my family so I got dysport in this area at a younger age to begin preventing permanent wrinkles that were already beginning to form on my forehead. Carrie did an incredible job and the results are still visible, 7 months later. I also attended the open house at the office and met most of the staff and won prizes in my gift bag. Here, I was able to better understand how top notch the staff is at the office in comparison to other offices I have been to. I feel comfortable going back to Dr. Jandali’s office for anything I need in the future, from simple injections to major surgeries if I ever need to in the future. First time at Jandali! I’ve suffered from acne, acne scars, clogged pores and uncontrollable breakouts on my face my entire life. The moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable. The receptionist Kara was so welcoming and sweet and talked me through the whole new client process. I scheduled a Derma Sweep Microdermabrasion. The entire office is beautiful and very clean. Jasmine was the nurse that worked on me and she was very kind and gave me detailed step by step instructions and information as we went through the process. The results have been amazing! I have no longer been wearing the thick heavy foundation I relied on so much and feel much more comfortable in my own skin. Thank you Jandali! See you in few weeks for round two!

Today I went because I had breast complications. Jennifer brings in some random girl to come and observe without even asking me. I said no three times and then she made the girl turn around... Really. She did not take care of me, she complained about me missing an apt because I had work and couldn't make it to 4pm because no one can. Care for my irregular breast not missed apt. Then when I leave she hands me another plastic surgeons card and tells me to see them... thanks for nothing. Delete this one as well like they did last time. And hide your horrible service and compassion. They Literally have 10 nurses and 1 PA that had no idea what was wrong... left still worried with no answer. If something is wrong with me i will be truly upset after telling her how irregular this was.

In February of this year I had the Profound RF + micro-needling procedure done to my face and neck. Since I was new to facial rejuvenation, I was somewhat apprehensive about the procedure itself and the outcome. To my delight, I am pleased to say that the office consultation, procedure prep, experience, and post patient care were top notch! PA Carrie numbed my face and neck before the procedure started. The local anesthesia administration was fairly painful, however, the outcome is so worth it. RN Katie took over once I was numb and administered the procedure. Katie was incredibly thorough and supportive. I could tell she made sure every single insertion was properly placed. The Profound procedure took just under 3 hours from start to finish. I had mild swelling to my face for a few days and the bruising to my neck lasted about a week. My neck and face already show signs of a more rejuvenated look! The best is yet to come in 3-4 months after the procedure, when my skin will have fully responded to the treatment. Thank you Katie, Carrie and the entire JPS team for your outstanding patient care!

I had Profound performed on my face and neck this past February. First of all, the staff was truly amazing!! They took their time to inform me in great detail about the product and to explain every step that was going to be performed on my face and neck. After the treatment you can expect some minor redness, swelling and bruising, however, the office provides makeup that works like a charm. It has been four months since the procedure. As a result of the treatment, my skin physically feels smooth and looks rejuvenated. The skin under my "turkey neck" has dissolved and appears tighter. I do know that I am still in the early stages of the result process, however, in just a short period of time - I am excited. I look forward to the upcoming months to see the final outcome of this treatment. I am so glad I finally took sometime for "me" - you should too!!

I was diagnosed in 2016 at 39 years old with breast cancer. I was referred to Dr. Jandali by my breast surgeon Dr. Polokoff (who is also amazing) to handle the reconstruction after my double mastectomy. To date he has done my delayed reconstruction with tissue expanders, exchanged my expanders for implants, and when I unfortunately developed capsular contracture on my right radiated breast he completed the DIEP flap procedure on both breasts. I am presently recovering from this latest surgery and I am already so very happy with the results. There isn’t another surgeon on earth I would trust or allow to do this surgery on me. Dr. Jandali is highly skilled in the latest technologies and procedures, is professional, personable, and trustworthy. I would give myself over to his care and that of his staff any day. His PA Jennifer is wonderful. I consider myself so very lucky to have been referred to him. It has truly made all the difference in my new post-cancer world.

went to Dr. Jandali to do a procedure called CoolSculpting. I am right now 1 month post procedure and it is fantastic. It takes 3 months to see the full results but so far I am very happy. I am afraid of traditional liposuction so I found CoolSculpting (a non surgical procedure) very suitable for me. Dr. Jandali and his staff are very caring and fantastic. He has great bedside manner, checking on me all the time, making me feel comfortable and secure. His nurses are adorable and very professional. Great upscale modern office. He is a board certified plastic surgeon and has amazing credentials. I highly recommend him. Absolutely worth the drive to Trumbull CT to do the CoolSculpting procedure.I am now Looking forward to do my laser hair removal with Jasmine !

The staff here is absolutely incredible! I spoke with Kara over the phone and she was so sweet and helpful. I mentioned to her that I’m a new patient who’s not too familiar with the services but that I’m interested in trying out a skin treatment for my face. She immediately assisted me and got me in for a consultation and set me up with an appointment with Suzanne for a dermaplane and dermasweep! Suzanne did an amazing job and she really took the time to go over my skin care goals and what I should do to reach them. This treatment only took 30 minutes of my time and no downtime whatsoever! My face feels brand new with softer skin that glows. She even showed me a skin care product that would help to moisturize my face as well. I saw Dr. Jandali for Botox and Dysport. I had Dysport in my forehead with fantastic results. I was also looking to bring up corners of my mouth, since I looked like I was mad and sad all the time. I wasnt ready for Juvaderm, so he placed botox in the DAO muscle which is located by the jaw. The results are amazing. Im very happy with Dr. Jandali. He is the only Dr. that actually helped me with my concerns and understood exactly what I wanted. He is a true professional and wonderful at what he does. I wouldnt go to anyone else.

Breast Reduction - 3 months ago. I went to Dr. Jandali for breast reduction 3 months ago as I was a "DDD" and went down to a size "C". All my life I had neck and shoulder pain from the weight of my breast then a year and half ago I broke my back which made it worse. Once I had the breast reduction all my pain went away. I THANK Dr. Jandali every day as he did a fantastic job and I love the results not just because they look great but for taking my pain away. THANK YOU I would recommend him very strongly.

I never really cared about my forehead lines and “elevens” but after (a lot of) encouragement from my girlfriend and a big milestone birthday approaching, I figured it couldn’t hurt.
