He's awesome! Super caring towards his patients and calls to check up on you after your sent home. Very helpful and explains in detail about procedure. Answers all questions and just gives you the honest truth. Ftm double incision mastectomy. He's a blessing with a pure heart for others happiness.

I have been going to dr castiglione since I was a baby and I am now 27. I had an umbilical hernia, which he repaired with minimal scarring and fixed it in my adult years to my liking. Very professional and knowledgeable. He also called to check on me after I was home and recovering.

Had a double mastectomy in March 2018 due to breast cancer. Dr. Castiglione did first stage of reconstruction right after mastectomy. He explained everything, was very respectful, compassionate, great bedside manner and sense of humor. Continued seeing Dr. Castiglione thru the process and had stage 2 exchange completed almost 4 weeks ago. He does amazing work, has a great eye for what looks natural. Very professional and truely cares about his patients. His staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend him.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Castiglione and it turned out so TERRIBLE it affects my emotional state of mind, i never want to show my face in public. He has literally changed my life for the worse and to think that Dr. Castiglione was reccomeneded to me is ABSOLUTELY shocking considering how bad my rhinoplasty turned out. There were so many red flags too that i just didnt even realize until recently because i was so ready to get rid of my large long nose. His bedside manor is terrible he didnt even take any pictures of my face beforehand and he didnt even analyze my whole face and nose. when it came time to get my splint off he RIPED it off of my nose i couldnt believe it! you would think that he would be more gentle when taking it off considering the area is all so sensitive! MIND BOGGLING! never again would i go to him or reccomened him to anyone!! stay away!!!

Used him for my daughter surgery, very direct with me, before i had my child and when i met the whole team at the hospital. He did a great job and then came to check on her before he left. His partner was great as well. I recommend him.
