The other google reviews must be written by employees, because the new iteration of Avanti skincare is ABYSMAL! The prices have gone way up, and service has gone out the window. The new staff is incompetent and rude and clearly uninterested in maintaining the level of customer and patient care for which Avanti was previously known. Denver is home to a great many medical day spas--skip this one. IT STINKS!

I absolutely love coming in to Dr. Zamora’s med spa. I have an amazing experience every time and I’m always greeted with such inviting energy. I have seen pretty much all aestheticians at the office and have received exceptional treatment from all of them. I came in for a consult for the Sculpsure treatment. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. I consulted with Jamie who was fantastic just in herself, if I had the money I would probably make an appointment for something else just to come back to see her. I even drove up to the Westminster location so she could do the procedure. As creepy as that may sound, it just goes to show that they treat their customers so nicely, with such care, you want to keep coming back. Anyways, I ended up making an appointment the day after consultation. After doing a crap ton of research, I expected to be paying $2,000 or more but hoping for the $1,000 range. Here they charge 1,500 for one treatment. I thought that was pretty fair considering the benefits. The special they were offering when I first heard about Sculpsure was $500 off 2 treatments. So, you'd be paying $2,500 vs 3,000. I considered this, though I really only had one area I wanted to take care of and there's really no way to tell how my body would react so I didn't really want to drop an extra $1,000 I got 4 lasers across my lower abdomen. Not going to lie, I was nervous after hearing about Jamie's experience and how they up the intensity through 4 levels. Obviously the higher you get, the best results. So, I put my big girl pants on (mentally cause in this case my pants were off) and prepared for some discomfort. It initially ended up being a huge amount of discomfort. After feeling it for yourself, you might find that everything you read was a little sugar coated. To me, it felt closer to intense menstrual cramps + slight burning. I feel like I could feel the laser waves going through my skin and actually doing some damage down there. Really foreign feeling. But with that amazing Jamie by my side and a some mental adjustments, the discomfort became way more tolerable towards the end. There are spurts of coolness throughout the 25 min process which feel like little busts of heaven. The only downside of this treatment is there are no immediate results. It takes some weeks, sometime months. And also depends on how stubborn your fat cells are, Though if you are active and maintain a good diet for yourself, it could help the disposal process go a little faster. You essentially pee and sweat the dead cells...so, you can do the math. Also I should probably add, if you are trying to avoid time in the gym and efforts to eat right, thinking this is some cure all miracle to destroy an immense amount of fat, its not. The more fat, the more treatments you'll need to see big changes. Post appointment, my stomach was very tender! (normal) messaging helps though it felt weird at first. Jamie suggested I went on a walk or the gym that night (no ab workouts) to help things move along. I ended up walking 3 miles around capital hill. I go back in October for after picture and follow up. I will post pictures then! 4 stars for now just cause results are still pending!

I have been regularly going to Sarah for dermaplanes and hydra facials. I notice a big difference in my skins texture and overall appearance! My husband even noticed!! Sarah is awesome and is very knowledgeable on products whenever I have questions.

I have been going to Avanti for three years. A few weeks ago, I was sent home from an appointment looking like I had had a nasty fight with a cat. I had scars and burns criss crossing my face on both sides. It hurt and looked embarrassing. I sent Avanti pictures of my skin and received no reply after two weeks. I finally called and spoke with the receptionist about what happened and again - no call back from a manager. I finally called and requested to speak directly with a manager and was extremely disappointed with her response. I believe what made me the most sad was that she was not at all embarrassed about not having heard about my situation nor that it had happened. Her most hurtful comment was when she said that she personally never recommends a micro abrasion precisely because of what happened to me. I was quite upset and asked if they would refund the charge for the visit as clearly they were responsible for the outcome, and she said that they have a non-refund policy for any of their visits, even if it results in scars and burns on the skin. I hope this is helpful. I would, sadly, not recommend Avanti based on this experience.

I wanted to highly recommend Dr. Zamora and his amazing staff, especially Chezney Eggers! She is absolutely beautiful inside and out! She has amazing attitude, patience, work ethic and does amazing job with every treatment. Dr.Zamora is honest and will never recommend anything to you for more money, I trust his opinion for 100% I absolutely love micro needling with PRP and such a nice specials each month and prices are unbeatable! I love you Chezney Eggers you are the best and thank you for making me so confident and beautiful!

Dr. Zamora and his phenomenal staff feel like family. I have been going to the Cherry Creek office on a weekly basis for almost three years. I also receive weekly vitamin B12 shots that have benefited me in many ways. Dr. Zamora is so personable and there is no pretentiousness with him, the office or staff. I can't express my gratitude enough to Dr. Zamora, Jackie, Chezney, Sarah, Jamie, Lizzie and Julian. I never want to leave my appointments because of the lovely atmosphere, exceptional services and staff who have become such dear friends. I went to Dr Zamora for a neck lift and an eye lift. He talked me into a Jplasty instead. He had a shady suitcase anesthesiologist that stuck me three times and hurt me really bad. Dr. Zamora must have poked my right eye during surgery causing extreme congestion in my right nose. I was not happy with the results of my eyes. He left extra skin on my eyes and a very bad scar on the right eye. He also left a stitch in my eye. At the follow up I told him I was not happy with the results and he talked me in to letting him tighten my neck some more. There was not tightening at all! He left me with a ver deep scar in the bottom of my chin. I asked for my money back and he didn't want to give it to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR. For any kind of surgery.

I recently had the "so called" liposuction procedure done, along with the skin tightening, and the results were terrible! Dr. Zamora didn't do my lower love handles like I asked. My body looks worse now then it did before getting this done. Dr. Zamora tried blaming it on my diet as to why my body swelled up like a balloon (which wasn't the case). Then he suggest that I should go get my thyroid, estrogen, and electrolytes checked, and my results came back normal. I let him know that I was very dissatisfied and this was 100% his fault. He quoted me $500 to do my lower love handles and then a week later, he said $1,500. After doing some additional research, I found out that Dr. Zamora IS NOT BOARD CERTIFIED IN PLASTIC SURGERY!!!!!!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did.

If you need anything done, go see Sarah Wollgast! She always does an amazing job on my face, whatever it is that I get! My skin is always glowing when I leave. She is extremely professional and kind and she really listens to what I want! I know when I go see her that she will be thorough and I will look great. I highly recommend Sarah to friends and family! If it's got the name Dr. Jack Zamora by it you simply can't go wrong. I've been a patient of Dr. Zamora's now for over 7 years, I was sent to him by a member of his staff who still currently works for him doing permanent make-up. The staff is extremely loyal to him which right away says something about the doctor they work for. She recommended I see Dr. Zamora and his staff of aestheticians since I was being over botoxed by my previous doctor and hated it. I tell everyone about Dr. Zamora now who has even the slightest interest in anything cosmetic or skincare related. This team is simply amazing at what they do, they are kind and caring. More importantly they are honest and won't suggest anything they don't feel will benefit you in the long run. They are not concerned with taking your money and are more interested in helping you feel like the best "YOU" can be. The prices are reasonable and are comparable if not a little lower than every other skincare/cosmetic surgeon in the state. Trust me I've met almost all of them :)! He is the best and your going to love his new location and skin care team at Avanti in Cherry Creek.

I have been struggling with cystic acne for the past few years. I thought I had tried everything and had all but given up when I started seeing Sarah Wollgast at the cherry creek location. It has been about 6 months and not only is the cyctic acne under control Sarah has also begun treatments to reverse the acne scares te cysts left in their place. Sarah always takes the time to walk me through our treatment plans and unlike other places I never feel like they are just trying to sell me another expensive product. I no longer feel like I am along in this battle with my skin and for the first time in years I am confident enough to walk out of the house without any makeup on! I highly recomend visiting Sarah, you wont be disappointed.

I haven't been a customer of this skin center since late 2014 but I was a customer for probably about 2 years or close to that. I was even a member and payed a monthly fee. When I began coming here I was impressed, the aesthetician who I saw was top notch and in fact the only aesthetician to this day that was able to get all the black heads out of my nose. The staff in the front desk was also incredibly friendly. But I'm afraid I'm going to have to give this business one star for two reasons. The first being that after a while everyone I got to know here was gone. I don't know if they were let go or if they left on their own accord but such a high turnover rate at any business gives me cause for alarm in that either the work conditions make people want to leave or they're forced to leave and so went the best blackhead extractions I've ever had. My second reason is that being a member I payed a monthly fee but on some months I wasn't able to make an appt so that money was credited for use. Well after several months of cancelling appointments I had a decent sized credit which I solely used but at some point when they upgraded their system (their words not mine) they had trouble finding my credit amount and the person who use to see me at the front desk and who would know my credit was also gone now. So in the end I'm sure I still had credit there. I called two or three times to check up on them but I never received a call back. So I gave up and just decided that they could have my money and ill just find a new place.
