I am a physician and I have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt. I can say that he is an exemplary physician. I have been an ER doctor for the past 14 years, and worked with many doctors from multiple specialties. Dr. Schmidt is one of the few who cares and has come to the hospital in the middle of the night, worked for free to save a patients life with emergency surgery, when no one else would come in. He is also the cream of the cream when it comes to his skills. He isn't just a doctor, he is an artist. I had a nose fracture, deviated septum and altered cheek bone from some injuries as a teen (I used to play rugby). I had surgery by two other doctors (one from Kaiser the other one of Manhattan, NYC's top surgeons). I had given up hope, but gave it one more try and went to Dr. Schmidt. He fixed my face, and I look normal again. I wish I had gone to him first. Surgery isn't easy, you want someone who has artistic skill, not just book smarts. Someone who can fine-tune your surgery after it's done using all the tools in the toolbox (dermal fillers, laser etc.) to make sure you get the best results possible. This is that Doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Schmid and had a consult with him. He was able to put my mind at ease. It turned out even better than I expected. I am beyond disappointed. I tried setting up a consultation because Dr. Schmid came highly recommended from a friend with a similar problem. I have a very horrible deviated septum that has been causing me breathing problems and sleep apnea for years. I've had to wear Breathe Right strips just to hold my nose open at night so I can breathe when I sleep. I have sinus issues and more, but because a doctor tried to fix it in 2009, only removing some tissue from my septum and not fixing the problem, Dr. Schmid won't even take the time to have a consultation with me. I could have cried on the phone when I was speaking with his receptionist. Honestly, what kind of doctor won't even take the time to see someone to see if he can help them? I would never recommend Dr. Schmid to anyone. Find someone else that will take the time to see you then determine whether or not they can help, rather than saying there is no way to help without even taking a look at the problem.

There are no words that can accurately describe how I feel about Dr. Schmid and not only his skills but his bedside manner as well. I first saw him in June of 2018 for a lump on the floor of my mouth. Long story short it turned out to be cancer. From that moment on he made sure myself and my family had all questions answered about the surgery to be done and, made sure I was set up with both radiation and chemotherapy doctors just in case. His surgery skills on what he had to do were amazing and all looked good including the pathology results. It's now December 2018 and once again Dr. Schmid has come to the rescue with a second surgery to remove cancer from my neck. It was nothing he missed the first time there were microscopic cells that no one could have found. Needless to say he is doing everything in his power to help me win this hard fight I have coming. He is an angel on earth that I thank God for every day. I don't think I could have a better person in my corner helping me fight.

Had a great experience here. I had a mole on my face that I wanted shaved off. These guys were super patient with my needle phobia and very skilled with the shaving, it's been just over a week and it honestly looks like nothing was ever there. Flat, healed up, great color. Couldn't be happier.

All of the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and knowledgeable about insurance, facial products and do whatever they can to help. Dr. Schmid and his staff are outstanding. I had some work done by Dr. Schmid many years ago with respect to my eyes. What outstanding work. Just recently had some skin issues and it didn't take him long to.analyze and fix the issues. I would recommend him with no exceptions.

I went somewhere else once because I wanted immediate gratification and didn’t want to wait to get in to Dr Schmid. Let me say that it was a huge mistake. The wait to see Dr Schmid is worth it.
