When I decided that I wanted to undergo plastic surgery, I sought out the very BEST in Colorado and my research lead me to Dr. Broadway’s office. I had breast augmentation (implants) and rhinoplasty performed 60 days ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Broadway and his staff were all very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The procedures went extremely well and the results were absolutely PERFECT. I’m very impressed with the precision of Dr. Broadway’s work and will definitely return for any future plastic surgery needs. Dr. Broadway is an absolute artist and I highly recommend him to anyone including close friends and family. Simply superb!

I have researched plastic surgeons in 3 major metro areas for over 2-years, continually looking for exceptional work. I by chance came across Dr David Broadway's website and loved the natural appearance, symmetry and diversity of work. I am a nurse and am critical and very cautious when choosing a physician and even more with a surgeon. Dr. Broadway is triple board certified, which let me tell you is a huge feat. Also after I had my initial appointment and had surgery scheduled I was showing some colleagues his work and one nurse piped up saying how she had worked with him; of all the plastic surgeons she had worked with- he had consistently the best work, and he has the best bedside manner of any physician she has ever worked with (she has been a nurse for 20+ years!), that he treats his nurses/staff with respect and is always polite and nice, even to the floor nurses who he doesn't know well. - I've had many interactions with hundreds of physicians/surgeons as a nurse and this is beyond rare. Pretty much the ultimate compliment to hear. I was completely at ease with my decision. I made my initial consultation, the location was easy to find, not too far out of the way and with a clean office space. All staff members I have come in contact with are nothing short of very nice and professional. Throughout the entire process Dr Broadway has answered any questions honestly and never made me feel silly for asking. He provides not only the surgery but the full service including 3 after surgery follow-up appointments over a few months with him personally and aftercare scar reduction treatments with his nurse esthetician. He is beyond affordable for the care and treatment received. Truly the best of the best!

I have had 2 procedures done with Dr Broadway. Lipo back/flank and BBL. I am 3 months post op for that and I can't express how amazing I look. My second procedure was the tummy tuck. I am about close to 3 weeks out on that. He focuses so much on the little details. I was originally scared on how high the scar would be. He listened and it is low where my c section was and all my underwear, swim suits, etc...go right over it. On top of that the scar is already healing beautifully. He is just a master scupltor. I love love my new body.

Her face and demeanor is the first interaction that patients have with your office and I just want you to know she is awesome. I have been a patient of Dr. Millard for some time and Dr. Cisco saw me when Dr. Millard was out of town and it was a great experience. As I have mentioned/reviewed before, that Rachel is amazing and I will not trust anyone else with my Botox or fillers. I never thought I could go through with plastic surgery because I am a very modest person. I was a bit apprehensive on the initial consultation because I knew I would have to bare my breasts to a male doctor. Dr. Broadway made me feel completely comfortable in that initial consultation and in every stage of the process. There is always a female assitant present while he is doing his examination. I was told from the beginning that they strive to make the implants look as natural as possible and they do! I couldn't be happier. The ladies he hires to assist and walk patients through the process are professional, caring, and put you at ease. I am 100% satisfied with the results and would recommend Dr. Broadway to anyone seeking breast augmentation. Dr. Broadway even has his own state-of-the-art surgical center right next door to his office where he performs the surgeries. I'm sure this cuts down on the cost of having to go through a hospital for these types of surgeries. That being said, the entire process was worth every penny. Additionally, the nurses at the surgical center are fantastic too. I only sought out one doctor and that was Dr. Broadway. If you are looking for cheaper, then the results may reflect the price you paid. Dr. Broadway is at the top of his field and it was a no-brainer for me to choose him for his expertise.

I heard about Dr. Broadway through a patient referral, I was looking for a skilled surgeon in the metro area to do my breast augmentation. I wasn't going to go to just anyone. I was immediately impressed with the reviews that I found online as well as several word of mouth referrals who had heard of him. I watched his youtube videos and learned that he is Quadruple board certified and not only is he board recognized, he is an international instructor and teaches other plastic surgeons. This alone made me feel confident in meeting him. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I chose to let Dr.Broadway do my surgery and I couldn't be happier. He did an AMAZING job. They turned out exactly how I was imagining them to be in my mind. Completely natural looking, as well as the fullness I was looking for. I was well taken care of from start to finish, the surgery center was great, the nurses from Dr. Broadways office responded to me within hours of emailing with questions and are all so friendly and comforting. He includes after care and scar treatment. If I had to choose it all over again, I would choose Dr. Broadway in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend him to anyone searching for a completely qualified skilled surgeon. I've alwasy wanted to have breast augmentation for years after my second baby. I used to be a cup C when I was young and didnt have kids, but eversince I gave birth to my two beautiful boys, my breasts change in size, and I have a bad case of asymmetry and my nipples stretched out (due to breastfeeding). So I researched and actually had consultations to different plastic surgeons in the Denver Metro Area. At first I was hesitant to go with Dr. Broadway because he charged a consultation fee and it wont be refunded if you dont pick him as the surgeon. But after, consulting with different surgeons and seeing their before and after pictures, I decided to go and set up a consultation with Dr. Broadway. I first spoke with Nicole who was very helpful and she sent me a video for new patients which I think is very helpful, because Dr.Broadway pretty much answered all of the major concerns most new patients have who are undergoing breast augmentation. Dr. Broadway was also very pleasant and helpful when I finally met him for my consultation. He gave me an impression that he cares about his patients and how his patients will look like as soon as the surgery is done and he gave me the impression that it is not all about how big it is and that it should be proportionate to the patients physique, which impressed me a great deal. Although he is a bit expensive, you will get your moneys worth of it and I will definitely say that, it just make perfect sense for it is something that is permanent. I got my breast augmentation 3 months ago and i can honestly say that I am very happy about the results. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends who wants to undergo plastic surgery and I am definitely coming back for another procedure with him for Dr. Broadway and his staff are very helpful and knows how to take good care of their patients.

This office ignored my request for a follow-up to get a new report on potential costs for my dog bite because my lawyer said their initial handwritten report was "too sloppy to read and be used in any case." While ignoring my second request they still sent me a birthday email. Very strange.

In 2008, I had consultations with three of the notable top plastic surgeons in Colorado. Dr. Broadway, was my last consult. While both the other doctors were polite and very knowledgeable, there was just something extraordinary about Dr.B and his staff. He took the time to listen to my history. I had already gone through a breast augmentation in 2000 and was dealing with complications including my right breast being capsulated. He was patient and sincere even when it was something I didn't want to hear. He asked just as many questions about me as I asked about my options. I felt very calm and reassured which is not an easy task since I am a naturally nervous person. I waited several years to make a decision because of multiple hurdles in my personal life. I emailed Nicole, his assistant, to ask how to proceed and she picked back up with me as if I had just seen her the day before. She walked me through every step of the process. My second consult was just as pleasant as I remembered from the first. I was definitely a high maintenance patient. I not only had a capsulated implant but they were saline, above the muscle and put in through my armpits by another surgeon over a decade ago. After discussing all my options, we put together a plan that I felt comfortable with and proceeded. Every staff member I encountered had the same pleasant, warm hearted and professional demeanor as Dr.B. They answered every question with clarity and kept me at ease throughout. Even though I had been through an augmentation before this would be a new experience with all the repair work needed, plus a longer recovery time since I chose to go under the muscle. The process was smooth throughout from consult to after surgery advice and care. After the surgery was complete and the recovery process started, the staff stayed in contact and continued to answer any questions. I had many questions, concerns and anxiety with anything that was different from my first surgery. Amy answered every phone call, offered options for my questions and always reassured me of a speedy recovery. She would even offer additional consults just to double check my health an ensure that I was ok. I had high expectations of my results because Dr. Broadway is a very talented and renown surgeon. I can honestly confess that he went above and beyond the call of duty. It was more than a simple process, Dr. Broadway and his staff made it a positive experience from start to finish. I am thrilled with my new body. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone even considering plastic surgery, you will never feel pressured and you will be fully informed of all your options. Did I mention that his work is also incredible? Oh yes, he's not only a doctor but an artist...

Before deciding on Dr. Broadway to do my surgery I did months of research and couldn't find any bad reviews for Dr. Broadway. Once I decided to go to Dr. Broadway I started the process and moved through the pre-surgery process pretty quickly. I was very impressed by Dr. Broadway and his staff and their professionalism. The certifications that Dr. Broadway has and his before and after photos as well as the reviews and testimonials made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I also felt a sense of security that Dr. Broadway has his own surgery center and therefore the cleanliness, quality control and staff knowledge would be higher than if the surgery was scheduled at another facility. I am very happy with my results. The only complaints I have do not have anything to do with the surgery or my results. On the day of my surgery I went in at my scheduled time and was immediately told that Dr. Broadway was running behind. I assumed that there had been a complication with one of the prior surgeries. I had not had anything to eat or drink all day as per instructions so I was not very comfortable because surgery was scheduled for mid-afernoon already and now it was being pushed out farther. I wondered why they didn't contact me and let me know about the delay and ask me to come in at a later time, but assumed they were not aware far enough in advance about the delay. When I finally was taken back to pre-op (an hour after my scheduled time) I thought I was close to being taken into surgery, but I was wrong. I still had two hours to wait. I was very hungery and thirsty and sat in an uncomfortable bed for two hours. While I was waiting the nursing staff did what they could to make me as comfortable as possible. They were great. I tried my best to be patient until one of my nurses told me the reason for the delay. They first patient of the day to have surgery had decided to add a procedure to her surgery and intsead of telling her she would have to reschedule Dr. Broadway had agreed to add the procedure that put everyone elses surgeries behind. At that point I got very upset that money that could be earned on the added procedure became more important than the comfort and satisfaction of the other patients. And I couldn't believe they knew first thing in the morning that they were running behind and they did not notify me so I could stay in the comfort of my own home for an extra couple of hours. The care I received after my surgery was excellent and I have not had any issues until today. I have had an appointment scheduled for my 8 week checkup for 5 weeks now and I had to actually schedule it for 9 weeks after my surgery because the office is not close to my home or work so I am restricted to Fridays for my appoinments. The appointment was scheduled for this Friday. They called me this morning to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment because they decided to have an office meeting on Friday and now I can't get in until Friday, August 9th. Even though they are the ones that have to reschedul they will not work around my schedule so now my 8 week checkup will be 11 weeks post-op. Dr. Broadway does great work and the surgical staff are amazing, but I am very unhappy with how I have been treated. As soon as they were paid they figured they didn't need to take care of me as a customer.

UPDATE: 6 months post op and I LOVE my breast implants and lift even more! They look amazing. Before my surgery, I couldn't find one "wish pic" that was a lift AND implants. They all looked subpar. Mine, on the other hand, look just like someone who got implants and didn't need a lift. Dr. Broadway exceeded my expectations. He must be one of the nicest people I've ever met as well. My #1 goal was to find the absolute, hands down BEST surgeon in Colorado. Not by reviews (although I read tons for him and other surgeons), but by credentials. I take credentials and professional opinions as proof, and trust me when I say I looked into that way too much. Dr. Broadway was my very first consultation, and I assumed that I couldn't have found the best Dr. on my first try, so I saw a few more. All of the surgeons I saw for consultations were great, but even they couldn't hesitate to tell me that Dr. Broadway was known as the best (in their own words, of course). I then decided to go through with the surgery with Dr. Broadway and his team. When I went in for my pre-op appointment, it was very fast paced, as there was a lot to cover, but they answered every question I had and after showing my "wish pics", he gave me a few options as to what would get me there. I needed a lift too, as I have three children and breastfed. I am now 1 month post-op and am so satisfied with my breasts. I looked at so many breast lifts with implants pictures before my surgery and couldn't find one that I could take in as my wish picture, so I was absolutely terrified that it just wasn't possible for me to get the results I wanted, considering the fact that I needed the lift, but much to my surprise, Dr. Broadway over delivered and I couldn't be happier. As I said above, he's not only a great surgeon, but he's proved to me that he has a huge heart and truly cares about his patients. You aren't just going to be a number on his list. I appreciate him so so much and would recommend him to anyone looking for not only implants, but specifically a lift (mastopexy) with implants, as that is a very difficult surgery to perform ( from what I've read from other surgeons on RealSelf) and he did a remarkable job on mine.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Broadway for my recent breast augmentation. I could not be happier!!! I consulted with another doctor (referred by a friend), prior to meeting with Dr. Broadway. She seemed very good but after meeting with Dr. Broadway I decided to go with him because he provided me with much more detailed information, took several more measurements than the first doctor, and spent more time explaining the procedure, and answering questions. He and his entire staff were incredibly professional, warm, and kind before and after the procedure. I was also very pleased with the surgery center, which is next door (in the same office building) as Dr. Broadway's office. It was not only convenient but clean, efficient and the nurses and doctors working there were excellent. I had no issues with the surgery and I am beyond thrilled with my results!!! I highly recommend Dr. Broadway.

I have done a ton of readings before I settled on two surgeons to try them out by going in for a consultation with each one of them. Dr. Broadway does charge a refundable consultation fee if you decide to go with him. The other surgeon does not charge anything. I made my decision to go with Dr. Broadway because he doesn't just do any sizes you want. He actually has an artistic opinion of how your body should look proportionally after the surgery is done. I saw some giant boobs in the pictures at the other surgeon's office and they just looked awful. Sizes such as 800cc was just ridiculous in my opinion. So I appreciated the fact that Dr. Broadway's office would assist me in choosing the right range of sizes. I settled for 375cc for a smaller D cup. The surgery went really smoothly. Recovery wasn't too bad either. The staffs were there throughout the whole process. Amy always reached out and checked on me. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole thing. It did take about 2 weeks for my implants to settle but once they did, they did look fabulous. I love my results. I have had the surgery done for about 4 months now. Life has definitely changed for better cuz I am so much more confident and buying clothe is actually fun now since everything fits!!! If you want to know if Dr. Broadway is right for you, use this checklist: - you dont' want huge boobs. you want right size. - you can self educate a lot of knowledge about a boob job. You do need to know what questions you want to ask for each appointment - you can afford a bit extra dollars. Not a whole a lot, but he still charges a bit more - you are ok with under muscle. - you are not picky about the brand of the implants. Good luck!!

Rachel Ross is amazing! I’m a person that’s really afraid of needles and get light headed and she was so friendly, understanding, professional, and welcoming that I completely felt in good hands. She kept me company after Botox to make sure I was okay and the one time I went she even stayed late after work hours to ensure I was okay without rushing me at all. I told her I want a natural look and not to look “frozen” and she really takes her time to provide what you’re looking for. I have been extremely happy every time after I leave. I now drive 30 minutes away to get services from her (compared to 5 minutes at her previous location) because I refuse to go to anyone else. The drive is worth it. I trust her and am so grateful for her! 5/5 recommend.

Rachel Ross is the B-E-S-T. I came to her as a first timer for Botox (preventative, I am 26) and she spent SO much time talking to me and answering all of my questions. She even took the time to explain to me how the muscles in your face work and why she chooses to inject where she does -- and the negative effects of injecting in the wrong places. It made me feel so comfortable to know that she is medically educated and would take care of my face! She gave me exactly what I asked for to a T -- I wanted to keep a natural look while aging as gracefully as possible. I had always wanted to get a breast augmentation due to the severe asymmetry I had, and after graduating with my master's degree I knew it was time to give myself a gift. Being a nurse practitioner in the medical field, I was extremely worried and knew I needed to find a caring, competent, knowledgeable, intelligent, and compassionate surgeon. I did a google search and came across Dr. Broadway's site. Honestly, I was attracted to the site because it was very well done and I could browse through numerous before and after photos. I then read about Dr. Broadway's credentials and accomplishments and felt safe having a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit. The office is beautiful and the receptionists were extremely friendly. My husband and I spent a couple hours there that first time getting all of our questions answered and looking at photos. At the end of the appointment, we had decided on my personal surgery plan and scheduled a date for surgery. Once I got home, I became very apprehensive about what I had chosen and emailed the patient representative, Nicole, right away. She told me to come in for a free second consultation, because they wanted me to feel completely comfortable with the surgery and Dr. Broadway. The office staff and Dr. Broadway spent more time discussing my options and allowing me to voice my concerns. I am sure that they were so tired of all the questions my husband and I asked. With both of us in the medical field we were overly concerned and cautious! I ended up needing two surgeries, due to a possible infection in one side, but I would do it all over again. I am so happy with my choice to have the surgery and to have Dr. Broadway as my surgeon. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met (and I have met a few). He is very particular about his work and wants everything to be done the right way. I had my second surgery around the fourth of July holiday and Dr. Broadway was out of town. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues after my surgery. I would recommend this office and physician to anyone, and although I had unforeseen complications, I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I came to Dr. Broadway June 2013 in search of a surgeon to do a breast augmentation for me. I was a size AA before surgery and was tired of having small breasts. Nothing ever fit right and I hated swimsuit season because I could never find a swimsuit that I felt comfortable in. I visited several other surgeons besides Dr. Broadway. While I felt like all of them were qualified to do my breast aug. I was impressed by Dr. Broadway’s approach to doing plastic surgery in an artistic manner rather than just doing it by rote. I felt like Dr. Broadway was very thorough during my consultation visit and I was impressed with the facility which includes its own surgery suite. Dr. Broadway’s assistants in the office are attentive and reply quickly to emails and voice messages. I did find, however, that postop visits with Dr. Broadway were very short. But when I requested extra time to discuss postop concerns with him he seemed happy to oblige and I was able to talk with him at length. Overall my experience with Dr. Broadway was positive and I would recommend him to family and friends. My only suggestion for Dr. Broadway and staff would be to talk more about postop mental recovery. Postop mental health was discussed in preop paper work but I would suggest this to be discussed more during preop visit. I feel this is just as important as instruction on incisional care and physical recovery postop. I feel that sometimes expectations of what breast implants can be and what realistically can be done might not quite match up and I fell like this is important to address. The office and surgical staff are professional and take care of their patients well, especially the preop nurse in the surgical suite! She was great! Best wishes to you as you search for your surgeon! Choosing the surgeon to do my breast aug was a difficult decision but I am glad that I chose Dr. Broadway!
