I was really impressed when I went for my consultation last week with how inviting the staff was. I was really nervous to have an appointment and discuss a rhinoplasty that I've wanted to do for years. The front desk was extremely welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. I met with Dr. Swail and he took photographs of my nose then spent a lot of time and explained my options. It was really helpful and easy to understand. I was very pleased with my consultation.

Dr. Swail and his team are an exceptional example of healthcare. Dr. Swail is very patient-oriented, and always had my best interest in mind. He is very knowledgeable about his practice and very careful in his execution. He made sure I was happy with my results and always made time for me to stop in on short notice with a question or concern. The new office really is clean private, easy to get to, and medically advanced, and I liked having the option to have nurse sedation at the office, or general sedation at a local hospital. His medical staff are very welcoming, patient, and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable seeing his Medical Assistant or any other clinical staff. The front office is very professional, courteous and friendly. They all have great customer service skills. They always called me by my first name, and always remembered who I was, and that felt great. I never found it difficult to schedule or reschedule an appointment either, they all understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are very professional. Dr. Swail was also sensitive to my financial situation, which is a big reason I have seen him for multiple procedures. I have seen Dr Swail for three procedures, and will probably see him for a fourth in a few years. He's a great Doctor and offers an unexpected level of comfort and privacy given the nature of his field. I have recommended people to him after my experience and will continue to do so. I am very confident in Dr Swail and all of his staff at Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery.

For the past year, I have been seeing the esthetician at this practice (Anne Tamkin). I started with laser hair removal, and couldn't be happier with the results. I have struggled with acne for most of my adult life and have never found success with the various medications and topical options my dermatologist has prescribed in the past. Dr. Jeffrey Swail was very genuine, had a passion for his career and went the extra mile to repair my revision rhinoplasty. All the other surgeons I had consultations with told me I had to have my nose completely redone, but Dr. Swail told me that was not necessary. I had Dr. Swail replace my leaking implant which I had for 10 years. Dr. Swail was able to go in through the original incision so there was no additional scaring. The new implants are amazing! Although I decided to stay with saline, they look and feel VERY natural! My first saline implants were harder and somewhat stiff. While I was under, Dr. Swail was able to remove a small mole on my face which did not leave a scar at all. I flew in all the way from Florida because I heard how wonderful Dr. Swail is and I certainly was not disappointed!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Swail to anyone who needs plastic surgery! The Doctor and his entire staff (including the front desk) were amazing!

I was able to be seen for a consult the very next day that I called, and was in surgery the following day!!! I had a rupture in my left implant of 13 years from a previous surgeon. Dr. Swail acknowledged my concern with a great deal of professionalism, as well as compassion. He removed both implants the next day, and replaced them under the muscle with a new set of saline implants. He was able to spare me any further scarring by going through the original incision site. I'm now only about 3.5 weeks out, and they are absolutely amazing! He was incredibly informative regarding my procedure, and what to expect. He took his time with me, and answered every question in detail. I am very VERY pleased with his work and with my results, as well as the entire staff there! I will continue to recommend Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery to everyone looking for cosmetic procedures. He far exceeded all of my expectations!

I had a breast augmentation done years ago by a doctor who took liberties and did what he wanted and fully disregarding my wants. I was unhappy for years. This past summer, one of my implants popped. Knowing I wanted to stay far away from the guy who did my first surgery I called several doctors and Dr. Swail's office was the only office to return my call in a timely manner. I had a consult scheduled for the next day with surgery a couple days after. Not only did Dr. Swail remove/replace the old implants, but he also listened to my wishes and did what I wanted and fixed what I did not like from my first surgery. After three months I noticed one was larger than the other and voiced my concern to Dr. Swail (I also told him that I actually wanted bigger implants as well) . He completely understood and wanted me to be nothing but happy. He did another procedure to make sure I got what I wanted and I was happy. He was super accommodating and was eager to do what I wanted (for an absolutely fair price) so I felt good about myself. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Dr. Swail's staff is absolutely amazing as well!! Super happy I found BVPS!! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with how Dr. Swail and his staff made my procedure extremely relaxed and comfortable. I was a bit anxious upon arrival, but was comforted immediately by his assistant Kelsey. She reassured me throughout my visit and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. Kelsey was excellent at keeping me updated and informed as to what to expect during the procedure. Dr. Swail came in to start the procedure and was extremely informative of how it will go, what to expect and recovery. I thought that I would take some time to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Swail and all the staff at Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Swail for a consult last year after loosing 40 lbs. I was at that time just interested in just a tummy tuck. He was kind, understanding and answered all of my questions. He made me feel at ease. I was happy with what he said and wanted to book surgery right then and there, but I waited. I knew that I wanted to loose more weight so that I would have the the best results possible. I lost the last of my weight and started thinking about having a breast lift with my tummy tuck. So I met with him again. He congratulated me on my weight loss and said that I would have a good result with a breast lift in addition to a tummy tuck. I met with April and scheduled my surgery for a few months out. During that time I got to thinking again, I thought that I wouldn't be happy with just a breast lift, I wanted a little more. So I met with him again. I thought for sure that he would be tired of seeing me for consults but nope! He took the time to discuss my options and I decided on implants with the lift. OK surgery day!! The staff far exceeded my expectations. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed they knew how scared I was! They took their time with me. I couldn't have asked for better care.THANK YOU GIRLS! I went home that night feeling tired but never rushed. My follow up care was again wonderful. Everyone was helpful and answered all of my followup questions. I am about 6 months post op and I am enjoying my results. I feel beautiful in my new body thanks to the skill of excellent surgeon. Thank you Dr. Swail! I would avoid this place specifically for botox injections with Yolanda. She had done injections for me before and always did it lightly like I asked ( 20-25 units) I don't need very much at all and it turned out great in the past. But this last time I visited she put a lot more in around 35 units and also bruised my eyebrow I was charged $100 more than usual on this visit. I was left with a bruise above my right brow & a heavy looking brow & swollen eyelids and a general angry weird look on my face. I called the office manager (April) to express my concerns she was very nice and refunded me some of the charges back to my card. She asked if Yolanda could reach out to me to discuss this and I agreed. When Yolanda called me back I felt she was accusatory and confrontational and was basically implying that this whole situation was somehow my fault, and that it was the anatomy of my face that was the problem and not her injections, she said some people can't have their upper brow done. She also accused me that I told April she was using dirty needles, my concern about the needle was that it appeared that she had taken a needle that she just injected my forehead with and dipped it back into the botox bottle, I feel was a very genuine concern that I wanted to express but April assured me that would never happen and I was confident after speaking to April. I expressed the concern with the needle because that is what it looked like she was doing to me & I thought I should let someone know. Yolanda was very defensive about my concerns with the needle which increased my discomfort level with her botox work. I was calm and polite with my conversation to April & Yolanda really just expressing my concerns. I felt that Yolanda took no accountability for her negligence in my botox procedure and I also felt that she administered more botox than was needed to be able to charge more money. Yolanda informed me that she will not do injections on me again which I would never let her do anyway. The bruise took 3 weeks to go away and the heaviness of my brow & swollen eyelids took about a month to start to wear off and look normal again. I didn't think she was going to call me back & attack me & be so defensive or I would have told April "NO" to having Yolanda reach out to me, I assumed there would be a higher level of professionalism on Yolanda's part. The customer service provided by April and other staff members here was very good and I am only specifically unhappy with the botox injections and customer service provided by Yolanda. This review only pertains to botox injections by Yolanda and not any other services provided by Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery.
