Wow! Cannot say enough about my experience. It was my first time getting a little bit of filler and botox. I was VERY nervous, and already have very full lips, but just wanted a little extra in my top lip as it's started to thin over time (almost in my 30s!). The entire staff was so supportive, explained everything in a way I could understand, and assured me it would all be okay. During the injections, the doctor brought another nurse in as emotional support. I left the office with the lips I've ALWAYS wanted and don't look "weird" or like I've had too much. Just a little enhancement of my natural features!!! Will definitely continue to go to this office!!!

Dr. Winfield Hartley is a rare and remarkable gem amongst doctors and plastic surgeons. I was blessed to meet him in 2015 after learning I was showing early warning signs of breast, ovarian and uterine cancers at age 35. He was highly recommended by several of my cancer specialists and community doctors for breast reconstruction. At the time I was overwhelmed by my failing health. I was fighting my insurance to cover my cancer related surgical treatments. I was depressed about the need to remove my breasts, ovaries and uterus. My life, body and sense of bodily self-esteem was interrupted in ways I never imagined. However, Dr. Hartley was an extraordinary advocate, cheerleader and surgeon who made a tremendous difference during my long and arduous health passage. From the first initial consult forward, he repeatedly demonstrated compassion and empathy, along with his incredible expertise. Dr. Hartley is extremely knowledgeable about his field. He was informative and educational at every appointment. I am deeply grateful for how he cared about my holistic wellness not just during my regular appointments with him, but during my entire cancer passage. My health landscape is complex due to autoimmune problems, a crazy health history and complications that arose throughout my treatments. No matter the challenges of my health landscape, Dr. Hartley took the time to deeply understand my health conditions. He was clearly committed to providing the best possible service with my breast reconstruction. Dr. Hartley completed my breast reconstruction with careful attention, dedication and confidence. His surgical expertise and skills allowed me to regain a new sense of confidence in my body image as a woman. After my double mastectomies, I felt so distressed about my body. I thought I would never feel beautiful again. However, Dr. Hartley rebuilt my breasts and restored my physical self-esteem. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Hartley and his amazing staff. The receptionists, nurses, schedulers and office staff were always caring, compassionate and uplifting during my visits. The space at Boulder Plastic Surgery was warm and welcoming. Dear Friend, You are looking for a plastic surgeon so I wanted to write a review about Dr. Winn Hartley at Boulder Plastic Surgery. I am only out day four from surgery but I needed to let the world know how happy I am. I was treated so kindly. Dr. Harley did exactly what we agreed upon and I was in good hands from the very beginning. The support not only from the staff and Dr. Hartley was amazing but I am also grateful for all the supplements that are included in the cost of the surgery. I feel healthier than before I had the surgery. My face is still healing, of course, but I can see the results will be just what he said: I look refreshed, not like a different person, still me, but rested! I have no problem talking to potential clients so just let their office know when you read my review and they can call me so I can speak with you over the phone. I waited 20 years and this will be the best Christmas in ages. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and I hated photos. Ladies, I am writing this review to help make this process easier for you. If you're anything like me, then you are currently in the trenches of researching everything and anything about breast augmentation, but the most important factor is which doctor you choose. (The web is full of horror stories, so that's why I want to share my positive experience. Don't skimp on your tatas.) I am 34 years old and finally have cleavage... it's a whole new world! At the same time, I still look professional, mature, and they fit my body type. I wish I had done this sooner, but I am fortunate that I picked the best of the best (Dr. Hartley) for my operation. Prior to my appointment, I researched the heck out of Dr. Hartley, his staff, and the facility. (Seriously, I even knew his nurse's dogs' names based on the Boulder Plastic Surgery website.) I meticulously compiled a binder full of my questions/photos/research in preparation for my initial consultation. First, I met his nurse, Summer, who was exceptionally patient and chipper. Summer answered each question with refreshing straightforwardness... and wasn't too creeped out when I complimented her dogs' names, Gidget and Skippyjon-Jones. :) Next up, Dr. Hartley came in and endured my wrath of questions. He is an attentive listener, and never once seemed rushed. I told him about my silicone/saline conundrum, the importance of volleyball and athletic endeavors, and showed him pictures of my ideal look. Dr. Hartley confidently provided insight regarding his recommendations based on what I told him. Full steam ahead. During that initial consultation, I quickly realized I was at the perfect place with the perfect doctor to achieve my desired look. I scheduled my upcoming surgery before even leaving the building. I can't stress enough how comfortable and confident Dr. Hartley made me feel about the entire process -- that feeling is invaluable. All my research paid off. Surgery was easy, fast, and comfortable. I stopped taking pain medication after the second day; I was moving and getting back to my routine on the third day. I had a few questions post-surgery and got immediate answers when I called his office. Summer also called to check on me the following day. All the post-op appointments have been informative and quick. Added Bonus: Dr. Hartley is phenomenal, but so is the entire staff at Boulder Plastic Surgery. They are pleasant, welcoming, and helpful at every step of the process. (I don't remember her name, but even the woman who scheduled my surgery date was an absolute doll. She told me about her own surgery over 20+ years ago, how much she loves them, and hearing her cheerful "zero regrets" was reassuring.) I rarely write reviews, but I hope this helps at least one woman make a decision. Our bodies are too beautiful to be trusting to just anybody, so you owe it to yourself to choose the best... and I have no doubt that's Dr. Hartley.

This is a one stop shop for total beauty!!!! Jan is amazing! I see her once a month for dermaplaining and a peel. I also have done IPL and Profractional laser treatments. I got married last September and had a series of Profractional laser treatments to insure I looked my best on my big day. WOW what a difference. Jan really teaches you how to care for your skin and most importunely how to practice preventative skincare. I had a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty(sinus surgery) done simultaneously by Dr. Hartley a few years ago. While the office staff and doctors are nice and I have nothing against them as individuals, I was, and still AM, very unhappy with my results, or lack thereof. I have some (not full) improvement from the sinus surgery, but no result of a supposed rhinopasty. I am not a superficial or vain person, but having the chance to do a rhinoplasty at the same time as my sinus surgery I thought "why not? There are aspects I would like changed to make me less self-conscious". The doctor, described my nose as "bulbous" (particularly the tip portion of my nose) and this was,indeed, part of what I wanted to change. I desired a more petite shape to my nose. I am displayed as one of the photo gallery examples on the web site. This surprises me because looking in the mirror and even back at those photos, I still see no difference in my before and after pictures. This is EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating to me. It was a waste of a lot of money in addition to undergoing fruitless pain and discomfort, and no improvement in the arena of self confidence. I can't say that everyone who has a procedure here will have bad results; I, however, did not have the results I was expecting or hoped for.

Dr. Hartley is truly an artist! He did an amazing job with my tummy tuck and breast lift, my scars are just melting and are less visible and very soft. We recently transplanted to the Boulder area from California. In summer of 2016, I began my search for a surgeon to address my hypertropic scarring and "dog ear" skin folds following a 2012 breast reduction, and to give me a "refreshed" look. I am 54 years old, and no stranger to plastic surgery/non-surgical procedures, having had both very good and very poor results, so researching potential practitioners was of paramount importance. I "interviewed" several people, and after my consult with Dr. Hartley, I knew he was my choice. His professionalism, knowledgeable recommendations, and straightforward communication style helped me decide on the right course of treatment -- (Face - removed upper eyelid skin/fatty tissue, mid-face lift, under chin lipo. Breast Area - revised hypertropic under breast scarring, remove excess "dog ear" skin, under arm lipo) - and I am more than pleased with the results. We did do a small post-op revision on one eyelid (one side stored more fatty tissue than the other) but it was very easily resolved, to my absolute satisfaction, in-office after a few months of healing. I have since returned to Dr. Hartley for another scar revision and filler for my upper cheeks. Again, i went with his expert recommendation (Voluma) and again, I couldn't be happier with the results. My experiences with this practice ( including the surgery center & BPS nursing staff) have been 100% positive, and I would wholeheartedly recommend both Dr Hartley and Boulder Plastic Surgery.

Life changing septoplasty! For several years I struggled with breathing/sinus issues. I always wrote it off to being allergy issues, and last year I even went so far as to start immunotherapy (allergy shots). After having a septoplasty with Dr. Kuisle my nose has returned to normal. I can breathe without my mouth open, I can taste foods better, my voice sounds less congested, and my sinus issues have gone away almost completely. No longer do I need a tissue in my pocket at all times to be ready to blow my nose. I can't thank the staff at Boulder Plastic Surgery enough! If my quality of life is on a 10 point scale, having this septoplasty increased it by at least 2 points. Best money I have ever spent, hands down.

Dr. Kusiel was a great surgeon and did a very nice job on the removal of my implants due to infection. Unfortunately his administrative staff was less than great. They told me numerous times they had submitted my claim to my insurance company and that it was denied. I shelled out the 7400 dollars as my infection, was life or death and drug resistant. After the surgery was over and started to get much better I followed up with the insurance. come to find out they had never submitted the claim. I was awarded 4777.00 of the money back from insurance which was sent to Dr. Kusiel office ... with a lot of foot work, phone calls and paperwork still no check in the mail. So far the office staff has lied to me, took 7400 dollars cash from me, and have held a check for 4777.00 from my insurance company for over 2 months now. I'm feeling cheated and robed with is terrible as the Dr. did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. I know plastic surgery is generally elective but there are cases like mine where it was necessary and covered at least a good portion of it by insurance.

I have been going to IV Seasons' Skin Care for about a year now. I am 46 years old and, because of a history of working in the sun, had some serious pigmentation problems that I wanted to address. Through a series of gradual, low-impact procedures and a recommended course of daily topical applications, my skin tone has evened out *tremendously*, and all without any down time (i.e. I could leave the office after a treatment and go about my daily business without anyone being able to tell). I chose this more low-impact approach knowing it would take longer to achieve results, but I couldn't be happier. My only regret is that I am now moving out-of-state and I can only hope to find a place half as good as IV Seasons in my new location. While my pigmentation issue is no longer a problem, I still want the benefits of regular treatment to keep my skin looking its best in this harsh environment (dry, sun, outdoor activity, etc.) along with daily application of sunscreen, of course! :-)
