It was the middle of the day, middle of the week, during the chaos that leads up to christmas. I slipped on a rock in the tide pools with my hands in my pocket and fell face first onto another rock. I chipped two teeth and split my entire lip open from front to my gum line, split through and through, it was a mess. I was a mess, and thought I would never look the same again. I'd never met Dr. Zarrabi before but he took me in, as an emergency visit, calmed me down, helped me feel safe and assured me that everything was going to be ok. I'd heal up and be good as new. I really appreciated his gentle manner and holistic approach to the body. The surgery room had a friendly feel, they even let me pick the music, yes there was music in the surgery room. The assistances, office folk, and nurse were all so sweet and helpful in every way. It was a great place to be taken care of when i was going through a trauma. I can not recommend them more highly.

I met Dr. Michael Zarrabi at 7AM on a Saturday morning when I'd cut off the end of my finger. He happened to be making rounds at Santa Monica Hospital, and he went to work ASAP. He worked quickly, with great precision, and he even kept a sense of humor. We talked throughout, making the surgery almost pleasant. And the outcome was pretty much perfect. A couple of years later Michael Zarrabi removed a bone spur from my right thumb. Again, an experience which was as pleasant as it could have been (Michael is a fun guy) with a very good outcome. Dr. Zarrabi gets 5 stars from me...

A few years ago I had a tragic situation and needed stitches ASAP. My sister contacted Dr. Zarabi who squeezed me into his busy schedule, treated me diligently, took his time with the whole process and was extremely kind and caring through the whole procedure. I have been told by multiple people how great of a job he did to offer minimal scarring on something that would have otherwise scarred horribly. I'm assuming if your reading this its not for stitches. All I have to say is if he was so great for me in a last minute, rush situation, just imagine how great and thorough he will be in your planned and scheduled procedure. He's a genuine and caring person which makes all the difference when choosing a surgeon.

I have been seeing Dr. Zarrabi for about 12 years now. Ever since he started his practice in Los Angeles, and he is the most genuine and caring doctor. I have seen him for Botox and fillers and when I choose to go under the knife, there’s no question it’ll be him. He has also treated my thumbs for arthritis. What many people don’t know is that he is very skilled hand surgeon, and I think he was one of the youngest to graduate from Stanford Medical school. And he has an amazing staff. (And if anybody in his office or him self should read this, sorry, but I’m not bragging, just telling it like it is)

After My Surgery I was in Recovery for 45 minutes when the new shift came on and this older nurse was trying to get me to leave early while i was in pain and bleeding. She also contacted 2 different family and friend separately to come pick me up right when I entered the recovery room . I was feeling anxious and in severe pain but she was the only one that didn't let my family know what was going on and released confidential information to my mom. That was very rude and she breached my privacy. She tried to get me out of recovery while I was half asleep. Rude and dissatisfied of her. She made my mom drive an hour and my friend as well both came to get me. We had over an hour long drive to get back home too and I was bleeding and in serious pain. I dont know her name but I can come identify her face older white nurse lady. My team in surgery were awesome especially my doctor. After I got in recovery the shift changed and that's when everything went wrong from that one Nurse!

First of all, I been searching for a while for the right surgeon. I knew it would be a serious surgery and wanting the best surgeon would be a must. Once I met Dr.Zarrabi and staff I felt immediate relief and comfort. They were so kind and helpful at the consultation. Dr Zarrabi is the BEST!!! He is the sweetest, most caring doctor around! The thing I liked most about DR. Zarrabi is when I went in for my consultation he told me all the things I didn't want to hear first about breast implants and then he told me all the great things about it, it's important that people are informed with the Side effects of implants and what can happen. I did have a little road bump but its they way my body healed with my implant and Dr Zarrabi is there with me every step of the way and soo supportive and helpful. He is very very knowledge. My surgery went soo smooth and my recovery was amazing. His entire staff is awesome, they're all soo sweet and caring, I love that when you come in they know you by name and treat you more like family then just a patient. When I went for my fitting for my implants dr zarrabi, really took time with me to chose the right ones for my body size and the perfect size I wanted as well he was there every step of the way. Going into surgery I was soo nervous but his staff took such good care of me I cant thank them enough. After surgery, I went home Dr Zarrabi himself took the time and called me personally to make sure I was doing okay! This place is amazing, I always high recommend Dr. Zarrabi.

Dr. Zarrabi and staff are beyond wonderful! I have heard wonderful things about him but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE continue to read as I share my experience. . . I was brought to the emergency room with a dog attack to the face and asked for the on call plastic to be called in to assist at the ER. I was blessed that Dr. Zarrabi entered my life that night. While Dr. Zarrabi worked for hours to repair my lower lip. I had resigned myself that I would never be the same and that I would be the person in the grocery store that kids were afraid to look at. (I am not being dramatic here. . .when the paramedics got to me they asked where the dog was so they could find my bottom lip)!! After hours of patience and the most amazing bedside manner Dr. Zarrabi worked a miracle and I have healed to where people don't notice. The journey was the most wonderful experience it could have possibly ever have been from the first introduction to being fully healed.
