I went for cool sculpting but didn't loose even 1/8 of an inch. there was no doctor before or after , no measuring or post sculpting.check, very unprofessional, I felt like they just want money. yes my wallet was light $3500.00. my advise would be don't waste your time and money.

Elite MD Dr. Bansal I have never done any procedure (just chemical peels) and I felt so informed and taken care of at Elite MD. I ended up, after many questions and multiple conversations with the different staff members, getting Laser Lipo on my flanks (love handles) and lower abs. I also decided to do cool sculpting on my inner thighs. I'm super pleased with the Laser Lipo and have recommended it to my closest of friends. I found Dr. Bansal to demonstrate a tremendous amount of care and concern for his patients and to ensure you get the best results possible. He's so genuinely caring, that because of his consultation a few days after my procedure, ad his confession that the took out more fat (and "stress induced fat") then he thought was possible from someone of my fame, I got motivated to jump start a health kick. I've given up red meat, started practicing meditation and trying to reduce stress and toxins in my life. (I haven't given up the wine yet). THis procedure is so rewarding. My body image is fantastic, I stand up taller and am wearing clothes that haven't fit since my 2 daughters! (4.5 and 1.5 years old). Dr. Bansal and Elite MD are top notch. I have recommended them to my best friends.

My husband and I had back to back appointments with Dr. Sonia for overdue skin checks of our bodies. The kind recommended so you don't have dangerous moles etc. My husband was put in a medical gown and had the full check but after removing 3 moles from my face ($75 per mole extra fees) Dr. Sonia was done with me. My husband asked why I didn't get the same full check he did and the receptionist said the Dr. didn't have time for me and I'd have to schedule ANOTHER appointment. (Maybe she had a TV appearance or something more important?) David the Patient Services guy called to apologize and give me a (FREE?) appointment (didn't I already pay - I'm sure besides my co-pay the Dr. collected a full fee from my insurance co. so I think I've already paid for what I didn't receive). I declined since I want a professional who cares so I can create a relationship and go back for periodic exams. Anyway, Dr. Sonia's office made it VERY CLEAR that as soon as 2017 began they would no longer accept ANY INSURANCE and just wanted cash on the spot. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for medical health care.

I always knew when my appointments were and they were very accommodating for last minute appointments. The entire staff was kind and made me feel comfortable from the consultation to procedure. The operation itself was very comfortable despite lasting about 8 hours. There was a break for lunch and the surgeons were even kind enough to buy me food! As a 21 year old I feel satisfied with the emerging results of my NeoGraft surgery and will definitely call on Elite MD for future work.

It was recommended that I go here but after 10 minutes in this place I walked out! The reception area was a mess, the gal checking me in was beyond a hot mess yelling at the copier, slamming things down and still in her winter jacket. When I was called back, the "medical assistant" looked like she didn't bother showering and quite honestly, I just felt like this place was dirty all the way around. Best of luck to those of you who like it here. I'm not willing to put my needs in their hands!! BTW, they kept my $40 co pay because Mrs. disheveled didn't know the policy..... not surprised!

Dr Bansal is a good surgeon and did his work as he said he would, including a discounted student program and additional surgery without charging more. Fair pricing. I will say however that I probably would not be a returning patient. There is not much of a personal connection, more like just pushing patients through. The office staff is lacking, I find it really sad that they do not respond appropriately to concerns or even inquiry's. Emails would go completely unanswered and when there was a response the majority of the time it would take anywhere from a day to a week. Do not even bother trying to get ahold of them on the phone and expecting to talk to anyone other than a receptionist who takes a message and marks it urgent, yet same thing, several days for a response. It is a small office with an even smaller parking lot which seemed to have a lot of parking issues. If you want a good plastic surgeon I would recommend, but don't expect anything else.

I have nothing but great things to say about Elite MD, their staff and most of all Dr Bansal! I first attended an Elite Freeze Event, wanting more information on Cool Sculpting. After speaking with staff members, I wanted more information on Laser Liposuction. I was impressed with the knowledge of all staff and was able to meet with Dr Bansal that very day. I decided to schedule the procedure and proceed. Upon my pre-op appointment, Dr Bansal and I decided for optimal results, general anesthesia vs local anesthetic would give me the results I was looking for. Upon day of surgery I was nervous, but well prepared by staff and Dr Bansal. It was painful upon waking, the staff at the surgery center were phenomenal! There was the option in staying overnight, I chose to go home. It was very painful for the next week, several methods for pain control were provided. I am now on day 9 post op, feeling MUCH better and my results are nothing shorter than amazing! Many compliments for family/friends close to me during the process. I'm a nurse in Emergency Medicine and have seen some awful things, patients whom were not prepared, misinformed and chose to go a "less expensive" route. Physicians I work with refer patients to Dr Bansal in these circumstances. I was provided with several choices each having an expected outcome. Dr Bansal sat down spent much time with me regarding the process; his responsibilities as well as mine for the best outcome. In less than 2 weeks, I'm making tremendous life changes to live a longer and happier life.... I give special thanks to Dr Bansal and his staff. There's an honest care for improving peoples' lives and it is apparent within this establishment. Thank you all at Elite MD for giving me a new beginning to the healthy/happy rest of my life!

While in the waiting room, I started watching their videos, looking through the catalogs and client reviews. I had always wanted to do something about my body, especially after having my 3 children, I was not feeling too hot or happy with what the mirror reflected. My 50th Birthday was coming up and my brother told me that as his gift to me for my birthday he would give me some money to get whatever I wanted done at Elite MD. My father was seen by Dr. Sonia. He had a spot on his forehead and went in to see what it was. The doctor told him it was just ecxzema. After that they stopped taking his insurance due to them wanting to do high end dollar cosmetic treatments. My father went to another doctor who biopsied the spots on his forehead which is NOT eczema but skin cancer! It is very sad that a doctor would be so dismissive and money hungry they would overlook something as serious as cancer. If you have been seen by her I would definitely suggest getting a second opinion.

DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. There are so many places to spend thousands of dollars on botox and injectables, so don't go here. They'll just take your money and treat you horribly. They are dishonest and overcharge you. They are more like hustlers than a medical spa. I have gotten 50+ units all 3 times I went, maybe I'm just stupid, but they kept telling me that they basically wouldn't do less. My sister is an advising Dr. of a medical spa in Wisconsin and she was shocked when I told her how many units they were giving me. She says she gets about 25 units every visit - she's 54 and looks fantastic. I've asked Dr. Sonya what she can do so that my face doesn't look quite as frozen for the month after injections and she literally said, "You just get used to making less facial expressions." Is that a joke? The worst and absolute last straw was the horrible treatment I received from their admin Shannon. I called in to ask about an overcharge on my last visit, which was around $50. I was trying to explain my question and she became immediately hostile and talked over me loudly an started this weird fight with me which took me aback so much that I actually said, "This is feeling confrontational and I don't understand why, are you actually interested in me returning as a client?" She didn't respond to that, instead kept repeating the same excuse that made no sense, said "I'm SORRY that you don't understand me" and then when I just tried to simplify and ask her if she would refund me for extra charge, she said she would do that, but then she would have to charge me an additional $160ish!!! I am not lying. She said she would refund me $54 and then charge me $162. It was like she had actually had a personal vendetta against me it was so ridiculous. I then said I would go ahead and leave some reviews. So here they are. I walked away from $56 of units that I had already paid for because these people are horrible. Now I don't even trust that they have been even injecting me the amount of units I have been purchasing. DON'T GO HERE.

I highly recommend Elite MD to anyone that is interested in getting Kybella. Dr. Sonia did an excellent job of explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. As far as results go, her extremely sweet team does an excellent job of documenting your before and after. They even gave me a call the next day to ensure I was doing alright. After my first session I can see my jawline is becoming more defined and I’m looking forward to my end results after my second session.

I got the laser liposuction in March 2016... today marks 3 months. Even though I was told this as a "body sculpting" procedure and not for weight loss, I have lost 38lbs so far in the last 3 months!! I went to Elite MD for a mini facelift. I was having problems with a split muscle and scar tissue in my abdomen. Surgeons wanted to use mesh to repair it. I asked dr. Bensal if he could repair it without mesh and remove the scar tissue. He said not a problem, he uses triple stitches. I asked as long as he was repairing everything if he could do a tummy tuck. He did and found inflammation and cortisol fat. I was a mess with less than a year to live had I not gone in. Two of my doctors have backed it up. He has me on an anti-inflammatory diet. My psychological and physiological Health are getting better everyday. I feel great. I have had other procedures and a couple more to come. I owe Elite MD my life thank you with all of my heart.

Back in December 2013 I finally decided to go ahead and take care of my love handles. Granted I hit the gym 4-5 times a week for 2 hours at a time and I play a lot of basketball. With all that said I could never truly get rid of the gut. My wife told me about Cold Sculpt and it sounded interesting. Though I’m not one to be about doing procedures I thought why not let’s give it a shot. So long story short I jumped in head first and said let’s get this done. It’s now been just around the two month mark and I am starting to really see and feel the difference. I not only fit better in my clothes, I also feel so much more comfortable with myself. The Cold Sculpt procedure takes about 2-4 months before you see results so I know it’s just going to get that much better.

Stay away from these people. They are incompetent, unprofessional and uncaring. They will call you a million times to set up an apt. when they need your business. Once you're in, they treat you like a customer, not a patient. Pay your money and get the eff out. Who cares if you're unsatisfied. I chose Elite MD because I wanted to change my appearance. I decided to take a stepping stone and go in for a consultation. I had my consultation with Dr. Bansal, and I loved it. He gave me a variety of options in which I decided was best for me. The procedure I got was breast implants, specifically silicone gel implants. I knew since high school that my breasts weren't going to be bigger than a size A. The purpose of this procedure for me was to feel more sexy, confident, and radiant in my own skin. My surgery has made me feel exactly how I wanted. I feel so much more sexier, confident and comfortable in my new skin. I don't have that same insecurity anymore. I feel like I was a caterpillar going through my metamorphosis and now I am a butterfly. I have come back to Elite MD for scar treatment as well. I would highly recommend scar treatment after surgery. I would refer family and friends to Elite MD. I would educate anyone that is considering the same procedure and answer any questions they have for me.

After considerable research, I decided I wanted Dr Bansal to perform my Laser Lipo surgery; he and Elite MD have an excellent reputation and have not let me down! My first appointment was a (free) consultation, Dr Bansal answered all my concerns and questions almost before I voiced them, he is very thorough and takes time to educate you about the particular treatment you're about to have. My procedure was to be Laser Lipo of upper and lower abdomen, with flanks and sub-axila (the fat that can be annoying just under the arms). Dr Bansal makes it clear that for all the work he does, you must also do your share. I found this inspiring and was eager to do whatever it would take to get the best result possible. I am now 6 months post op and have lost 15 lbs and gone from size 12-14 trousers to size 8 in skinny jeans : ). I look and feel better, I have more energy and can wear clothes that are more flattering than the baggy things I used to wear to cover up. Following Dr Bansal's advice I continue to eat well and sensibly so I don't overload my system with toxins, I do not feel I go without anything at all. I've learned to listen to my body, recognizing when I feel full after eating and stepping up my exercise once I was able. There is a period of time when you really have time during recovery when it's advisable to take things easy and not get your heart rate up; this just makes the body swell after surgery and you take longer to recover. I just recently had a procedure done at Elite by Dr. Bansal and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Growing up I have always been a very athletic, slender person. But due to genetics I have always had a double chin. It seemed no matter what I did, no matter how thin I was I always had a double chin and was always so self conscious about it. I had Thermi performed by Dr. Bansal, which was minimally invasive, and when my bandage was removed after just one week I was already able to see my jawline (which was nonexistent before the procedure).
