I have know Dr. Petrus as a colleague for almost 20 years. I practiced next door to him for years in North Little Rock and we have shared many patients over the years. He is one of the most caring and best physicians I have had the honor to work alongside. I trust him with my patients as well as my family. As an allergist, I send many patients to him who need their septum repaired and who might also need rhinoplasty. I think it is imperative that someone with his specific training of ENT and facial plastics perform this surgery because he understands the anatomy inside the nose and can also make the outside look beautiful. He is the kindest doctor you will meet. He took great care of my teenage daughter and did her rhinoseptoplasty. Her nose was always cute but he made sure it was repaired both inside and out and she can even use it to breath now. And like all the other patients who have reviewed him have said, he takes time to answer questions and takes great care of you before, during and after surgery. And his staff is awesome. They treat you like family.

Dr.Petrus is the best doctor and specialist I’ve worked with. He took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable all through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through everything. My wife and mother (who are both nurses) love Dr.Petrus. The rhynoseptoplasty procedure takes a level of education, expertise, and skill that he most definitely possesses. He is the best of the best. I can breath much better now and my nose isn’t crooked anymore, it’s shaped perfectly. Super happy!

His office facility is warm and inviting. His staff is professional and takes time to ensure any questions are answered up front. Dr. Petrus explains each step thoroughly before he begins any procedure and then follows up with thorough instructions for at home care. I have been extremely pleased with every outcome. My husband had a severe deviated septum since birth with huge bone spurs, making it difficult for him to breathe. Dr. Petrus did an excellent job of correcting the septum, removing the several bone spurs deep in his nasal cavity, and even straitened out his nose externally. We are highly pleased with the work he did. My husband's nose is perfectly straight and he can breathe so well now. Choosing Dr. Petrus was the best choice my husband could've made for having his nose fixed. He is super nice and takes his time speaking with you and he takes the time to make sure everything is perfect in his surgeries. You can tell he truly cares about his patients, and he makes sure his patients are well taken care of following surgery. I highly recommend. 10/10

I just wanted to highly recommend Dr. Petrus and his fine staff. He is extremely professional, caring, patient and understanding. Not only does he administer his treatments extremely well, but is especially good at taking the time to answer questions and provide a detailed explanation of the background information on what specifically the treatment does and the expected outcomes. His entire staff was also very knowledgable and helpful. The whole experience was just fantastic and provided me with the exact outcomes I had hoped for. Agian, I couldn't recommend Dr. Petrus more highly.
