The dr. Baber was great,fast did his job. But the receptionist was rude the one at the very front with hair that reminded me of bird feathers. I came in for consult she never made eye contact. Very rude demands insurance, etc. No customer service at all. She needs some of the happy gas. Then on second visit I came in she asked me to wait a moment. So someone else came up and helped me. Even the people she works with knows she's rude. When my daughter went back for 30 minutes I said and started at her as many people came to check in not one time did her face change, from her snarl. Not one hello, how are you or any welcoming greeting. You had to announce your arrival to her. Terrible.

This place is wonderful..i drove about 1.5 hours to come here.The office staff was friendly, the staff in the back was amazing! Dr.Baker and his crew calmed my anxiety down about being put under. He did the IV! I never felt a thing! I cannot praise this place enough. Thank you everyone !

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Baker and he was so kind, comforting, and friendly. I have extreme dental phobia, and he took his time to make sure I felt 100% comfortable and at ease before beginning the procedure. The surgery took about a half hour. The post-surgery directions they gave were clear and the on-call nurses were kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Baker for this type of procedure. You will be in great hands with him!

I am shocked at the bad reviews on here for this place. I have been here 3 times and never had a bad experience. First 2 times I saw Dr. Baker, very kind man who comforted me and explained everything well. I suffer with anxiety and most places treat you like "oh dear one of THESE patients". Not these people. I had visited 3/20/19 and I was a walk in non the less with an emergency and they treated me very kindly and I felt they ALL had compassion. Even the lady at the front desk had empathy filled eyes. Dr. Baber and his nurses got me in on their lunch break! My first experience with him and even in great pain they took a weight off my shoulders with their customer service. When I returned for a check up today they were all very excited to see me doing so well. I just can't say enough nice things about these people, I am so grateful for what they done for me and this is the most I can do in return and I feel it isn't any where near enough!! Thank you!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and the beginnings of an implant done. They were fantastic! My previous dentist made scheduling this impossible so I turned to OMS and they got me in for my consult in just a few days and then my surgery the next week! Super fast!! Everyone was friendly and they sent me home with very clear post-op instructions. The one page document had everything I needed on it to get through the next few days including food suggestions and continuing care. I was surprised at how little pain I was in too, but I've never had anything else done so maybe that is normal. The dentist was very nice and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend these guys!

Horrible experience. Had to give 1 star just to rate them. Front office is incredibly unhelpful. Didn't even attempt to look up my insurance benefits with a company that doesn't provide an insurance car. Just told me to pay out of pocket and call my HR. They don't care about you as a patient. At all. Ladies are rude, crass, and just plain didn't give a damn about helping me.

The back room staff are wonderful. Had four wisdom teeth extracted and it was a breeze. I do agree with other reviews in that the front desk staff are very rude. The lady in front with the crazy bird feather hair is very short and demanding, and frankly has a demeanor not suited for customer service. Get past the front desk nastiness and the dentists and assistants are delightful. Dr. Baber is really great! 5 stars if not for the bird hair lady.

Worst dental experience I have had. Not only did they 3 times try to prescribe me medications I was allergic to, noted in my file and I had just told the nurse to her face, but they prescribed me the same pain meds before my surgery and then sent that script right in again immefiaimme afterwards. I guess that's great if you are a narcotic abuser. ( I have reported them to the DEA) They are also extorting me for 100% of my co-pay. They estimated my part of the surgery, which was not eventful, they knew the types of extractions needed, but then 2 months later sent me a bill demanding that same amount. It's hard to believe they screwed up an estimate by 100%. Of course they just threaten collection, which is 21st century extortion. Do not go here. Incompetent, thieves, liars. Period.

The doctor and his assistant did a fantastic job but I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The office staff is terrible to work with and have no idea what they are doing. The office staff was even rude with my insurance company when they called to notify them that the coverage was valid and the out-of-pocket limit had been met. They still charged $550 and told me the insurance company would send me a refund check.

I had the best experience possible with wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Baker and his staff were so helpful and comforting throughout the whole process. All procedures about the surgery and my recovery were thoroughly explained to me. Every appointment I had was easy, welcoming, and friendly from the front desk all the way to the back room. The ladies and gentlemen who work here are very experienced and can answer any question you may possibly have. Overall a business of great quality and service. Highly recommend.

Had a implant done here; they were very adamant our Insurance Did NOT cover implants; we paid in full close to 2 grand, this was in 2011; 2 months later Blue Cross Blue Shield sent them a check for 1,800. We would had never known if it was not for that letter BCBS sent us. They have very dishonest practices. Fast Forward 2019 my Spouse needs to have 3 Wisdom teeth extracted; they submitted the claim to the wrong State & this office gave me the serious run around; not admitting they were at fault, no apology what so ever; Office Staff is very rude; telling me basically it was my problem; I needed to figure this out; to call the insurance company back; despite the fact, I just got off the phone with the insurance company. Incompetent Staff; Lazy; expects the Patients to do their Job!! Run from this Place.

Fantastic. Dr. Baker is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, very professional, and extremely capable. He extracted all four of my wife's wisdom teeth earlier this year, did the entire procedure in less than half an hour, and her recovery was much quicker and easier than we could have expected. There's nowhere else I'd take my loved ones for this type of procedure.

I was pretty nervous to have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. I first met with DR Baber for a consultation which was quick and simple! No waiting forever no long drawn out complicated explanations. I had questions and he answered them. Day of surgery was awesome the ladies there are so sweet and make you feel comfortable. After surgery of course sucked all the pain and changing gauze. They have a after hours nurse that we were able to call for a couple questions. The office called and checked on me after a few days. I even had some concerns a couple weeks out and they were able to fit me in real quick. Everything went great would recommend DR Baber he’s great.

I came to Ozark OMS to seek treatment for jaw surgery with Dr. Lewis. This was after having spent a year and a half attempting to get the procedure done elsewhere but kept meeting dead ends with insurance and specialists from another oral surgeon's office in the area. The staff here were more than patient with me and all the questions I had, whereas my previous experience, I kept getting the response "I can't help you with that." My consultation was great. Dr. Lewis was very thorough with his explanations of the operation as well as what to expect before and after. He allowed us plenty of time to ask questions as well. He was very polite and validating. After the operation performed by Dr. Lewis and Dr. Baker, my family was informed that the procedure went perfectly and that I could go home. Before we left, he gave my family a lot of information about the procedure and how to care for me in the days to come. We were even able to get in direct contact with him on a weekend when we felt as though we had an emergency. Again, he was very patient and polite even at this time. Insurance, Healthcare, and money are always a cause for concern - from my experience with having spent a year and a half attempting to get this surgery, Ozark OMS was willing to work with me every step of the way.

I would not let Dr. Lewis operate on my dog let alone anyone in my family. Let me be very clear, he may be a very good surgeon, but he has HORRIBLE bedside manner. When you leave a consult crying because a doctor has the audacity to ridicule you for asking legitimate questions concerning a procedure, the best thing to do is to leave and never come back. Dr. Lewis, I sincerely hope you read this. My questions were not born out of some stupid Google search, they were born from the aftermath of tragedy in which a family member lost their life during a dental procedure gone wrong. You treated me like a three year old in that room....in front of my children! Your fancy medical degree does not give you permission to treat people like a**holes. I don't give a rat's ass if my concerns were the same ones you heard from 50 different patients that week....YOU ANSWER THEM and WITHOUT attitude. I will be letting every single one of my friends know what a horrible experience we had at your facility. I sincerely think you owe me an apology...not gonna hold my breath. PS. My son had his procedure done with a fabulous doc down in Springdale yesterday. Super professional, conscientious, nice, and about $2000 richer all because YOU were a jerk.

Went to get ONE wisdom tooth removed and just getting them to understand and to put one wisdom tooth on the paper work was a hassle. Finally got it fixed minutes before my surgery because i showed them my receipt. Had to call them the next day to see where my tooth was and doctors note (they threw the tooth away even though I asked for it and they ended up emailing me the Doctors Note) Told them that the pain medicine they gave did not help at all, they told me to take it in a different order and to call back if it didn't help. so when I called them back saying it got worse they told me that today will be the worse day for pain and that they won't do anything to help me. This unorganized rude mess of folk can go to hell.

Both Dr. Lewis and his staff have been totally gracious, professional and committed to success.Much to my surprise and delight, they made me actually look forward to the few subsequent appointments following my surgery. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout each visit including the initial surgery for which I had anticipated real discomfort. Prior to the surgery, I was, as it turned out, needlessly apprehensive. His staff and Dr. Lewis are clearly caring, competent professionals who were concerned for my success and comfort. They treated me like a friend.

I will just tell you that I hate everything about having to go to the dentist much less the oral surgeon. Dr Lee my Dentist is amazing and referred me to Ozark Oral Surgery clinic and I saw Dr Baker. This was the most at ease I have ever felt about my oral care and I am 48 years old. Not only would I go back but I also HIGHLY recommend Dr Baker for your oral surgery needs. Great chair side manners and is all about making your experience fast, comfortable and as easy as possible. I just want to thank the staff for making it a great experience. I have high anxiety about this type stuff and my experience was tremendous.
